Today, September 17th Verizon gained a new customer because of the amazing experience I had at their Alata Mere location all because of the manager there named Ed.Ed went above and beyond to help today, and I cannot say enough about his expertise, professionalism, and most of all, his customer service skills, but I will try…I came into the Verizon store a very frustrated T-mobile customer, and when I explained to Ed the issue I was having with T-mobile, he immediately resolved the issue; a T-mobile issue, not a general phone issue, either. He then explained to me that if I wanted to transfer from T-mobile to Verizon how simple it would be. I told him exact what I was needing, and he promptly began showing me my options, jotting down my costs, and proceeded to take care of every single thing. I left there feeling completely content and absolutely astonished at Ed’s ability to help me from start to finish with nothing but transparency and kindness.Ed saved the day! He’s the absolute BEST! I would 1,000 percent recommend him/them!

I’ve been a Verizon customer for two years now, but this is the only place that I’m 100% sure will give me the best deal available. The store manger, Freddy, provided my boyfriend and I with fast service, a very entertaining conversation, and the best deal. ( after this was our third store of the day) Whenever I need any assistance with my Verizon plan, Freddy and his team will be the first that I go to.

Worst Verizon store I have ever been to. My husband and I signed up for promo which was a bogo in August. Was told it would take a few months for the phone to show up free and then we would be credited. Came back in December bc the promo still did not reflect on our bill. Was then by told new manager it was taken care of. Came back in January because changes still did not reflect on our bill to be told that they misinformed us of the promo and that we didnt qualify. Explained why we opened a new line was for this promo and I needed it fixed. Manager told us we needed to change the plan so he could qualify us. It is currently almost March and only changes that have been made were to out us on a more expensive plan so we could qualify. Called again today to be told he would figure it out and call me back in 30 min and its been 3 hrs. Ive called twice since and he is to busy to speak with me. The customer service is horrible. Do not go here...

Piss poor customer service. Guy had me waiting for 40 minutes when all I needed was a screen protector. Poor communication skills. Do better.

This place has zero support on Friday evening. New hire left alone while the manager went home and the other guy was on a 20 plus minute bathroom break which then turned into his lunch break. This business idea makes ABSOLUTELY zero sense. Then when the new guy comes over they tell me to call customer support. I asked for the managers business card and they said they didnt have one for me. I gave 2 stars because I have had a decent experience previously.Just spoke with manager as I was still frustrated with the lack of customer service I received last week. She was very pleasant to speak with and seemed very receptive of the information that I provided. This experience is much more in line with the customer service I have received in the past. I appreciate your time and feel confident that this issue will be addressed. I have upgraded my rating of this store as it is more reflective of my overall experience.

I consider myself a natural salesman, but what I ran into today at the Verizon store was more natural than I. First I’m a at least it calls and text kind of guy, so getting a phone was not a for sure thing. But after a few minutes there talking with Lauren who must make the company proud and Kathleen a star in the making I was ready to buy everything. Professional and warm goes along way with me. Very nice atmosphere, and they gained a loyal customer today.

After being with another provider for several years, I wont mention here, my wife and I switched to Verizon for a number of reasons. Thanks to the store manager and her employees the change was an easy one and we left the store confident that we had made the right choice. We have already recommended them to family and friends.

Very poor customer service. I ordered service and a SIM card with Verizon online. Verizon online Customer Service Agent in chat session was very helpful and offered to change my order to pickup from a local store rather than wait for it to be shipped.Unfortunately they sent me to a non-corporate store by mistake. The woman who I dealt with at this location was rude and acted like I was such a both.I would NEVER consider using this location and would make me think twice about using Verizon based upon this experience.I drove from this location to a corporate store about 15 minutes away and they were very helpful and friendly.Do NOT go to the 694 Alta Mere Dr, Fort Worth, TX (non-corporate) Verizon location.

This was by far my best experience at a Verizon store. I worked with Devon and he was absolutely and positively incredible. I switched from Sprint and he found me a great deal on a phone and he made sure that all my things were transferred and even offered himself for Assistance whenever I need it. He is bringing the customer service experience back to the forefront of sales. he told me hes there every Saturday this month you should definitely go see him.

I switched from AT&T and this was my favorite experience at a cell phone store. I worked with Devon and normally I would refer to him as awesome but Devon told me awesome means God like so my new favorite word is amazing. . And he truly is. We got all my stuff transferred all my accounts logged into and even got a discount on a case, I really do love him. Professional, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Do not but any Kyocera phones from this store.If you decide to move to another provider, the phone will not work.This Verizon store has a network lock on it and refuses to give the unlock pin.This quote from the Kyocera company that made the phones for Verizon is: Verizon has the unlock code and they must give it to you.Verizon continues to deny having a code.I now have a phone that I paid good money for that will not work.

The manager was horrible. I went there on Saturday to get my mother an upgrade. Worked with a young salesman named Chris. Very well mannered. We were getting two galaxy note nines, a blue and purple. (Buy one, get the second for $200)They didnt have them at there store, so Chris told me that he would personally pick up the phones and we would meet back at the store at 6:00pm. Chris called me back and told me his manager would pick them up and they would be ready to pick up Monday, after 2:00. So Monday, I took my mother back to the store. I was told by Chris that his manager did not go and get our phones. Chris apologized for his manager. And told us she promised that our phones will be there Tuesday, we had her word.Chris told me he was off Tuesday, but would meet me up there, to make sure everything went well. great customer serviceSo Tuesday I take my mother back up there, per the time we agreed to meet. My mother is 77 years old. Chris called me up, upset. Dont bother to come in, because she didnt get the phones. Chris wasnt the only one upset. I told him I was already pulling up . I asked him if his supervisor was there. He acknowledged she was.My mother and I proceeded to follow Chris to his supervisor. I told her who we were and that we were the ones she was supposed to get the phones for. I asked her why she didnt get them, making us come up twice, giving us her word. there was NO apology NO Remorse. NO nothing. she just said, I quote I had things to do. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I own my own business and Ive never seen nothing like this. I would reprimand her. she does not need to be working in a position like this. If it were up to me, I would fire her. my mothers been with Verizon for many many years. and she asked me, maybe we should go somewhere else. It had been a long and frustrating day before my phone broke so Imagine the frustration I had when it broke. I went to Verizon off Alta mere and was helped almost Immediately by a gentleman named Chris I told him my situation and said I had no idea what I was going to be able to do, Chris was extremely nice and helpful he gave me all of my options and spent a good amount of time with me within 5 minutes of talking to Chris my frustration was gone not just from the phone but from the whole day. He helped me out tremendously and I left the Verizon store a lot happier then when I had arrived. Thank you so much Chris for all your help you even turned my day around, if I need anything I will definitely come to your Verizon store and ask for you. Five stars because I was extremely satisfied with the service I had today. :)

I just switched from a basic phone to a smart phone, and I was struggling to get the hang of it. I walked into the store frustrated contemplating returning the phone. I talked with a Mr. Devon, he was very helpful and understanding. He walked me through about 12 different things on my phone and never once got frustrated with me. He then helped me to set up THIS email account and printed out the information for my records. Talk about GREAT!!! customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this store. THANKS DEVON!!!

I walked into Verizon store not knowing what to expect, especially when in these days customer service is dead. I spoke with a gentleman named Devon who for lack of a better word was absolutely amazing. he helped me transition from iPhone to Android and made sure that all my data was on my new phone. he took about an hour out of his day to help me learn my new system . I have been enjoying Verizon so far especially the customer service. Go in and see Devon any Sunday you will be wowed!!!

WORST service I ever dealt with!!!! They don’t know how to open business accounts, seemed like every time I walked in they were in an altercation with a customer and were over charging for phones and accessories. The manager Lauren has a very bad attitude. Same for the district manager Sally! Gave wrong data plans and split up my accounts into two different accounts. Basically they don’t know what they are doing! The business department of Verizon had to call them and school them on what to do and they still don’t understand the procedures for business accounts. Thank you everyone go to a corporate store and don’t deal with Verizon Express stores!

I went there only to replace my broken phone. 3 employees worked on my account, they had no other customers.. I said same plan, no insurance! Well,..........when I saw my bill what a surprise I got! They gave me a upgrade plan, they charged me for insurance, they charged me three activation fees. It took me an hour on the phone fixing all the problems. I wouldnt even give the manager one star!

Went in to upgrade my phone with Mauricio and eve, they had great customer service skills. Were able to get me a new phone and helped my transfer all my info and transfer liability onto my sisters account. Very knowledgeable sales representative highly recommend to anyone that wants to upgrade or transfer to Verizon. Hands down best verizon store in the area!

I went back to Verizon a few days after purchasing my new LG G4 phone because I couldnt get all my messages and data to transfer from my cloud. Robert Green was very helpful with helping me get this done. He also stayed late after closing hours to assure that all my data transferred and was working properly.

Sarah and Chris are criminals. They lied to my parents claiming to be giving them free items but they charged them full price on top of a service plan. Absolutely disgusting what they are doing.

Had an issue with another Verizon store so I drove out of my way to go to this location. They were super nice and allowed me to use their land line to contact my husband since my phone screen went out. Everything was taken care of and they didnt make me feel like I was inconveniencing them like the other store did. Would recommend for any current customers and potential to stop here first! Wish I had gotten names but you guys rock!

The people here were very nice and patient, but overall kinda clueless. We switched from another carrier to Verizon and now are paying way more than what we were told it would be, and we never got our rebate to buy out our old plan so now that is a $600 nightmare. Every time we have called or come for help we just end up more confused.

The staff is among the worst I have experience and they told me I should wait because they have promos and the other Verizon stores are being bought out.
