The location is kinda hard to find via the gps as its kinda in the cut and the store looks deserted.

The customer service was very nice. The manager is helpful, kind and informative. I only wish that the store was better sealed. It was a rainy day and the store smelled of wet mildew like an old basement. That is totally not the staffs fault. Hopefully Game stop Corp. will look into it. My asthma was set off badly. I would have rated it a 5 if not for the wet mildew problem.

Its a small location and they dont necessarily have it stocked beautifully like the other stores. It feels crowded. The employees are super nice and passionate. My son is a novice at this place but we are getting very acquainted pretty quickly.

I would definitely rank this Gamestop one of the best. Yes it is a little small but the level of costumer services they give here is one of the BEST. If you ever need help with an item that you are looking for, ask for JAMES. He is very helpful.

This game stop didnt let me return a couple of my favorite games. I had already finished a couple games and tried to get some store credit for them but they refused and got mad at me and asked me to leave, I dont know if it was store polocy or just the cashier. I tried to return call of doodoo and call of jury duty.

Store never has any stock but the employees are nice and helpful just dont go expecting to find a controller or headphones are much of anything else

Wonderful customer service. After a really horrible day, came to the store to get a switch associate sold us a used one for a reasonable price and gave us great customer service! James is the best.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. I came in today to pick up an item my Home store didnt have. My husband and I werent greeted until we had been looking around for a few minutes. I asked the Assistant Store Lead Miguel, if he could possibly hold an item for me until Friday, he told me he would only hold it for today and tomorrow. His tone was unwelcoming, and he was very short with me. He had said he wasnt allowed to hold things that long and told me I could go on the app around 8pm - 9pm if I wanted it held till Friday. He was explaining this in a very confusing way, so I was not fully understanding at first, he became progressively irritable with me, hastily showing me what to do on his phone with little explanation, making it seem like he had better things to do. Nonetheless, I thanked him and apologized for my misunderstanding, I got no response from him. I then repeated myself, still no response from him. I was still standing at the counter when he told me that he needed to go take care of something and walked off. I grabbed the item and returned to checkout, which he seemed to take his time. He approached without a word, asked me to put in my phone number, asked if the item was all I needed, I replied yes, he circled the survey information, handed me the receipt and said have a nice day. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced with GameStop. Its really a shame that they got my business instead of my Home store on Hulen. I definitely will not be returning to this location. As for the item I asked him to hold? Think Geek was more than willing to hold it for me, since my home store didnt have it in.

Great place to buy your games I enjoy coming to this one the most James the manager is super cool usually very clean and very organized, even though they have so many people coming in there messing stuff up all the time for me its a great area the personally if you go in there I would ask for James some people can be snooty but for the most part it is nice and convenient if you live in this area I wouldnt avoid it and go out of my way to go somewhere else either way I love it

Great selection of Xbox 360 games. Staff friendly as always and there to help. Walked in expecting very little and walked out with seven games.

I went on Black Friday my mistake. The little store was crowed. This being day after a holiday and being Black Friday i thought there would be a sale on items in the store after all their website said so but mistake number two. The staff was helpful and i did get what i went for. Just a little disappointed because i could have went to walmart and got the same thing.

Placed a hold for a game online and five minutes later got the notification that it was ready. Fast and easy transaction without a hard upsell on their yearly program thing. Even picked up a pair of Doctor Who socks!

Miguel is a con artist. He sold me a broken copy of Mkx and when I brought it back trust thing next morning, he said it wasnt like that when I gave it to you. Yes it was, you were mad I came in right b4 9 and you sold me a broken game. Then when I return it instead of giving my money back, he replaces it under gpg replacement so I couldnt get my money back. Very poor customer service from migu3l

My one stop shopping for everything Xbox, PS4 and Nintendo. From the consoles, peripherals, new and used games this is as good as it gets! Buying used games allows me to buy alot more games over buying new games at $60 a pop! They also sell all of the online gaming prepaid cards so getting a gift for a gamer is simple and easy without trying to figure out what game they may like. Just get them a Gamestop prepaid card if youre really in doubt about what to get them. Its also a great place to buy your new release game titles on release day so you can get pre-ordered extras that come with the game for pre-ordering it through Gamestop!

If you say you have a game because the box is out to showcase. Please have the game when i bring up. Christmas time child wanted that game.

Ive had problems with this game stop in many ways. Mainly is that a few of the employees are listless and almost angry in response to my patronage.Trying to get information on new games, expected and incoming releases is spotty. They arent keeping track of gamer related information and dont seem to hire people who are avid or excited gamers. I dont usually hold a standard for game stores but this place always brings me down and makes me feel negatively about every visit.

Big dude at register was very rude and condescending, just talking down to all customers and acting like he didn’t want our business, i was very close to walking out if not for the other employee that was present who treated us with respect and was very courteous, if i do come back i will make sure not to do business with him.
