Please let me share my experience with you. Talk about VIP Service. There were people stacked 3 deep and we did not mind waiting. This store is busy as a direct result of its staff... The manager has a motivation and warm welcome to his presence that is infectious. And his staff follow suit and compliment the entire experience. I did not even live near this place but was drawn to it from clever and intuitive Facebook Marketing. Our experience start to finish was amazing. We came in to replace an iPhone 7 with an 11.after 15 mins of comparisons, an easy finance option and we went with an iPhone 12 pro max! Switched our service and got them to waive the fee and moved everything over carefully explaining what was taking place each step. Service was so good we returned and bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra two weeks later. I was going to wait but all the benefits were available now and there was no need. Remembered who we were, gave us a loyalty discount and we felt like Rock stars... And you know what? So did people buying an iPhone 8 and a Galaxy Note 9. These guys deserve to be this busy and the owner of this store I hope reads this review. In todays generation? Your blessed. Yo! This place fr is the spot! My LCD on my phone has been messed up for a minute now, but i continued to use it because it wasn’t that bad. Well my boyfriend always came here to get his phone fixed, and always told me to get it fixed here. Today I dropped my phone and my LCD got MESSED up, couldn’t even see my screen. Daniel and his team worked quickly to fix it and not only that, he explained exactly what my costs would be. No hidden fees or nothing & on top of that he told me what they use for the phones (nobody ever does this to me so i found the information to be very helpful). And on top of the great customer service, my phone was fixed in 5-10 minutes. Super grateful for Daniel and his team! If you need your phone fixed GET IT DONE HERE!

On 07/10/21 I went and took my iPad for a screen repair, told me I was going to be ready on Monday 07/12/21 around 4 pm. I got there around 3:40 pm and it was ready. The price of the repair was great and affordable. Totally recommend!

My phone broke last Saturday and when I went to buy one the next day, all cell phone stores were either closed or out of phones. I couldn’t believe how hard it was to buy a phone with cash in hand. I called D2 wireless and they told me they had phones in stock so I made the drive and it was worth it!!! Daniel is great. He helped me walk out of there with a Galaxy S8 for a reasonable price and it will be paid off in just 3 months unless I can pay it off faster then that. And also I have only had the phone about a month now and when I got the phone I got a free screen protector and when that tempered glass crack he sold me a brand new tempered glass today for only $5.
