I used to work second shift in the NPI department and the supervisor Ridvan Karsi is extremely rude and unprofessional and at times down right hostile. He needs to be fired and replaced with someone with a little more self control.

This place is absolutely useless when it comes to shipping and receiving. Have been setting for almost 6 hours waiting to deliver. Take any freight to this place. I have never been to a place that is this unorganized. The people don’t care. And are obviously very very slow.

The worst facility I have ever been! I am waiting 5 hours to be unloaded, and they didn’t even let me use restroom!! Hate this place!

Ordered a replacement phone yesterday Asurion said as long as my claim is submitted by the cut off time I should get it the next day. The cut off time is 6:00 pm and my claim was submitted around 1:30 pm EST. It was not shipped out and I did not get it today

This is a warehouse with lots of security involved. It is no longer called Genco it is a FedEx company

Extremely slow and made me wait 45 minutes to deliver 1 small box ...updateno change in their speed, its been 45 minutes again, i wasnt late for my appointment but i am still waiting .. terrible business to deliver to
