We couldn’t find the place, I don’t know if they’re still in business

Angelina was amazing. She helped me from the start. I was very precise and thorough and she helped me understand every step of the process. Outside of her amazing customer service, she was a very smart, loving, and fun person to spend time with while we waiting for my new phone to update. Super impressed with her, and the other coworkers who were also very nice and informative. I don’t leave many reviews but Angelina deserved this one!!

Everything went wonderful with my visit to Verizon... the customer service was above average... my only issue is that my phone number has to be changed to become a Verizon customer which Im not please with but otherwise all went well

I just got off of the phone with one of the most helpful human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure in encountering. Christopher was so patient and helped me through activating my daughter’s phone when everything I was doing was not working for me. Whenever I have any issues with my service I will definitely go to this location and make a b-line for Christopher and recommend that you should too. Best service ever!

Man my experience inside of La Gran Plaza’s Verizon Wireless was awesome...Justin was the young man that helped me.this guy was great at telling me everything I needed to know.and has made my friend leave Android and come to the iPhone community 😂😂he was great...until I found out later I had to port my own number over to the new phone.took days for them to do it and it’s still not done.but my in store experience was good.I love my phone and would recommend anyone to go see Justin!

Christopher was AWESOME! Not only was he professional, he was extremely knowledgeable. He didnt pressure us about purchasing an item. We told him what we were looking (Moto phone) for and he provided us exactly that. He was friendly all while having a really bad toothache. It was a pleasureable shopping experience. I will definitely return for future purchases and I hope he is there to provide me with the outstanding service as before.Side note: While Christopher was in the middle of our sale, his manager came and interrupted trying to pressure us into buying tablet. I thought that was rude and unprofessional. He left his customers, interrupted our transaction, and began his pressured sales tactic. We were shocked! Such unprofessionalism from a manager!???

I started researching plans, devices, and networks a week from today. I looked at I-Phones as well as LGs array of different devices. What caught my attention the most was Verizons 5G Ultra Wideband service. The service is 25 times faster than 4g service.The only con so far is that the coverage area is very scarce. The customer service representative Angelina Ulloa was courteous and educated about her job as she was able to give me plenty of insight into my purchase.

I wanted to comment on the rebate as well as other offers such as discounted rates for using autopay. I think those are good deals and Im happy to be a part of Verizon.

Julio at the Verizon Infinity Wireless store in Ft. Worth, TX was a blessing to work with. He outlined everything I needed to know regarding data service to my iPad. I really appreciated the discounts and rebates they were able to find for me so that my monthly expense was very manageable! When I was walking up to the counter, another customer was leaving and whispered to me, these guys are the best!! .....and I totally agree with that person’s comment!

This person made me come to the store for pleasure, it closes at 9 pm and closed 8:40, he made me drive 35 minutes for pleasureI do not understand why I close before are the complaint as high as possible
