Fixed broken screen but then claimed battery was leaking. Scam! Battery had been forcibly removed from phone and had a gauge in the side. This was a new phone.

First time I went here to get my screen repaired and he got it done quickly, I was so thankful! Second time my phone was dropped in water and I took it to him and he fixed it by the time I got off work! Awesome job very quick and reliable !

I try to support local merchants. In this immediate area, this is the only store of this kind available. I have bought from them on two occasions only out of absolute necessity. First was a phone case. Their selection is huge but the quality is obviously bought in bulk and very cheaply made. Cases costs $20. A higher quality case can be purchased on Amazon for $7-$10, but if you need something now, you’re sort of stuck. Next day, case broke, noticeably defect in case. Went back to exchange, owner started arguing that it was my fault. I showed him it was obviously defective case, argued more then begrudgingly gave me another. I explained that I would be a frequent customer due to the fact that no their store nearby had the variety of products like he did but that his lack of customer service would prevent anyone from returning. Second visit some weeks later, bought new phone by mail, needed screen protector. Went in, young man working counter, very nice, quickly put protector on phone, great job, no bubbles, again $20. Again can be purchased $10. Third visit, went with a friend who had purchased a car charger week before, $20, very poor quality, quit working after 3 days. Owner sitting at car insurance desk, told employee to tell her it was her fault, physical damage. She said all she did was use in car and it quit working, employee stated again not their fault. He asked when she bought it she said few days ago and had receipt. Again not happy, he grabbed cheap replacement and put on counter. Owner never got up to interact in transaction, was smirking at desk. On the other two visits, several customers also returning products that don’t work. Same result, telling hem their fault, but if you disagree a couple of times, they will eventually give in, but obviously not happy about honoring their product. As others have posted, YES, they are taking advantage of people in neighborhood due to any competitors and all products are inferior and over priced to have a higher profit margin. What they don’t realize is that they are losing repeat customers, tat can spend their money elsewhere for much superior quality. Will never return and will not support a local merchant that takes advantage of the residents in this area.

I took a phone here to get a charging port fixed and they fixed it but in the process they broke the LCD when taking the phone apart and refused to own up to it. They tried selling us a screen for $230 on top of the $50 for replacing the charging port or a new phone for $275. They take advantage of people who appear to have money. We ended up having no choice but to buy a new phone from them cause as we have our 2 week old daughter at the house and her mother needs a phone to contact me or emergency services in the event something happened to our child. They couldnt even do the right thing and admit they had broken our phone and fix it. Be warned!! December of 2017 is when this took place!!

Didn’t call me back to pick my phone up. Clerk said he Forgot. When I got my screen repaired, my front camera didn’t work. And they replaced the screen with the wrong match 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
