These guys were absolutely personable and were a joy to do business with. Devices are just devices but people can make the entire experience better or worse. These guys were the best!!!Update: Well went back because wife did not like the A71 phone and got the S21 instead. As like last night, Jay and the guy there were absolutely awesome. They took the time to take care of everything and my wife was very happy.

The customer service at this location was some of the best Ive ever had, the worker was kind, helpful, informative and patient. Even though it took a while to set some things up it felt like no time at all with the amazing employee for company!
He was very efficient - handling 3 customers at one point of time. Had some problems loading my data from old phone to new but figured out how to fix the problem.
Switching over from competitor, I have not had the ideal new customer experience...device issues lead to three days of misinformation, miles of road traveled needlessly, many calls to customer support dropped and not returned, conversation after conversation explaining the same problem to different people who transferred me to someone who could help...only to be sent back to the place I started to begin with. Wanted to be un-lady like various moments with rude associates, wanted to return the device in a fashion that would have left bracelets on my wrists...if not for Steven, Tech Support out of Tennessee, who answered my early morning call and gave me reassurance that my phone issue would resolved and told me how Verizon goes the extra step when disaster strikes. And there was Matt, the last Customer Support I spoke with, that listened to my issue, all the hassled of the last three days in detail, and with sharing his personal experience with an upgraded model of my defective device and what steps Verizon could take to resolve this problem. Crossing fingers on the fourth morning, I returned to the store that I had purchased my phone from, where Johnathan made my feel like part of the Verizon family, got my phone traded out for a model upgrade and made sure of my satisfaction and happiness with the resolution, my new phone and I am....I am. Thank you Gentlemen and Verizon.
Today was the second time in the store and Johnathan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in earlier in the week and bought my wife a new phone for her birthday and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was helped immediately. Today my wife and I went in after her receiving her phone and Johnathan transfer everything from her old phone to her new phone with ease and when we left she said to me that he was a very nice young man and very helpful.

My husband and I went into the store wanting to upgrade our daughters phone. We didnt really have a phone in mind other than an upgrade to her J3. Alex recommend the A51, and even explained that its newly released and perfect for someone upgrading from the J3. They didnt have one in store, but they called another store and was able to have it ready for us in 2 hours. Very impressed with our service. Will return.
Jonathan was extremely helpful, and interactive. Explained the products, and services very well, and was very informative. When we had a hiccup with setup he was able to handle it professionally, and ensure a smooth transition. Excellent guy, will return to him when I need phone accessories.

Kasei Dixon and the staff were very helpful and timely with my request. Iβve come into this store 3 times so far for different reasons and the service has been exceptional each time. They help as much as possible in terms of pricing when other cellular carriers donβt tell you the whole truth. Definitely will be back. Not to mention, itβs a brand new store in a developing area.

Switched over to Verizon and just needed my new sim card activated to my account with my at&t phone. One customer limit in the store at a time... hour and a half wait. You could probably handle my issue without me in the store.
