I recently moved to the area. During the move I misplaced my glasses. I found out that this shop can make a replacement within an hour. Gail went above and beyond trying to help me. She contacted the store in my previous city to obtain a copy of the prescription, and they faxed the prescription to her immediately. Her husband, who also works there, made my glasses within 30-40 minutes. I was highly impressed by their compassionate care for their clients. To me this is the highest possible level of customer service. Thank you. You will be my #1 choice when it is time for my new glasses.

I reached out to the doctor’s office today to determine if it has been 2 years since my last eye exam. (for insurance purposes) The receptions were short with me and when I informed her that I would bring it up to the doctor she became sarcastic. Not feeling good about returning to this office.

I went into this Fort Worth Branch because I missed placed my glasses; being new to the area, I didnt know what to expect. With that being said, their professionalism, hospitality and experience made me feel like I had being going to this branch for a long time. Thank you ALL for making me feel comfortable, welcoming to Texas and for going the EXRA, EXTRA mile for me, I really appreciated it. You GUYs Rock! I recently had a great experience while shopping for new eyeglasses. Before I buy anything I prefer to do price comparison. Prior to coming to this store I checked several online retailers. I found what I needed, but I was hesitant to buy online due to the fact that eyeglasses must be checked and custom fitted on site. So, I came to this store, and I found that they have wide selection designer frames. And they had the frame I wanted priced only slightly more expensive that the one I found online. After using my insurance benefits it became much cheaper. I have special bifocal lenses that had to be ordered, and it took some time to get them, but its just because I have strong prescription,and it usually takes longer time. During my shopping experience both of the employees that helped me were super helpful and attentive. It made me feel important. Great service, great people. Thank you. Will deal with you again.

Very rude worker asked a question about a pair of glasses and she had a very rude and sasy way of explaining them to my aunt over all it was not a good experience with them the last time my aunt got a pair their they broke

He is very knowledgeable, and helpful all the time.Optical side recently updated their inventory, and now it has much better selection then before. When I first visit this location the gentleman there was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt purchase then but he quoted me a price. Because of his customer service I decided to purchase my glasses from them. I went back today and the young lady was the opposite. She was about to charge me a 100 more for the same glasses. Until I mentioned I was quoted a different price. I questioned why there was a sticker on the glasses. She then said oh the glasses should be a lower price then what was in the system. If I wouldnt have questioned it I would have paid a 100 more. My question is how many people have she overcharged because the price was incorrect in the computer. And I was confused by the person that was supposed to be the receptionist but she was basically just sitting there eating.

They where rude and made me go 2 times back and said my apointment was canceled at the end

The ladies who attend have a rude and moody attitude an older man was by my side asking for information and when the older man left the lady who attended him rolled her eyes in an annoying wayIf they dont like their work, why are they there if they bother with peoples questions?people are going to buy ... not to get the free stuff

Want to wait over a month for a pair of glasses? Then go here. Not quite sure what happened. The staff were not very helpful and didn’t seem to care a whole lot about how long my glasses were taking to be ready. Luckily I was able to buy another pair from a different place in the meantime (my old ones fell apart). Never in my life have I ever heard of waiting that long for some damn glasses. On a lighter note, I do like my new glasses, when I finally got them. One of the few places that still carry Silhouettes. That’s why I went here.

I use to think that the employees there were nice and helpful and I enjoyed doing business there at their location for several years, I have four pairs of designer frames I purchased there that I am still real HaPpY about and enjoy wearing to this day but, that was not the case the last time I went in for an appointment, the receptionist for the doctor refused to allow me to use the facilities before the examination, my complaint to the management fell upon deaf ears so, I refuse to patronize these peoples store on account discrimination.

The staff and doctor are extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service. Even on a busy day its worth the wait.

I like this place because they have walk- in appointments. And the doctor there is soooo... friendly! And he is also very THOROUGH!

They where fast I went in there bought some glasses 2 pair and they where really nice and they said dont leave yet by the time I was done doing paper work he had finished both my glasses. And they also help you find your budget.

Doctor was nice, staff was rude and had an attitude. Worst experience ever. Some Hispanic worker with glasses. And a white woman red hair. Never have i been so annoyed with a rude customer.

Great Dr. however, the office is not ADA compliant. Wheelchair users who cannot stand to transfer cannot get their eyes examined.

Woke up today thinking i needed new glasses, so i schedule and appointment and luckly they had a spot open for the afternoon. Came in to get a new pair of glasses and an eye exam. Ladies at the dr.s office were very nice. Walked over to the retail side to look for a frame, they were super helpful, i had estimates done for different frames so i could stay im budget. I ended up getting some frames that i loved and even got them done the same day as my visit. Couldnt be any happier with my visit. Also the dr. was very nice and informative about every procedure he did.

The doctor was incredibly thorough and friendly. definitely knows his stuff!
