Marisol was extremely patient and helpful the whole time. I didn’t expect to have the experience I received and I am happy waiting for my order to arrive.

I had the best experience at my eye lab in west worth village. I had purchased glasses and the prescription was off so I went back in and not only did they redo my eye exam but Victor wouldn’t let me leave without finding a pair of frames to fit my old lenses that way I could see while I waited for my new frames to come in. He has been so helpful every time we have gone into the store. All staff is very friendly but I feel he really went above and beyond to help me.

I went in to look around at frames. Never been there before. Casey met me at the front door, asked if he could help me and then came to me two or three times to see if I needed help. I just wanted to look around and he was very courteous to let me do that. When I picked out frames he was very helpful. He showed me all the things I could get and the different prices it would be and helped walk me through my choices. I also got sunglasses and I chose a frame that would not be good and they were helpful to guide me to choose another frame. I could not ask for better service, nicer people and the prices I got. I added several things to my glasses and after shopping other places I know for a fact that I got a good price for what I bought. I would not hesitate to go back!

Went in only for an exam and ended up walking out with a great deal on my exam, frames and any other add-ons I wanted on the lenses. Victor was great and very knowledgeable. I was recommended by somebody and I will definitely recommend as well.

I went in for an eye exam and my first experience was not the best they could not get a prescription for my eyes and was gonna refer me to an outside doctor. When I took my test everything was blurry I couldn’t tell the difference between each lenses. Come to find out there was makeup on their lenses during my exam. I came in the next day and did a retake and was able to get my prescription this time thanks to Latoya Landers!!! She was very helpful and did her best to see that I was satisfied. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful with what to purchase! Please recognize Latoya because if it wasn’t for her I was not gonna come back there again. Thank you Latoya!!

We went there today and checked into the transition lens for the glasses. Latoya worked with us to get the best deal based on our needs. With getting 2 pair, we decided that we could use 1 pair as sunshades and the other one, normal glasses. We then tinted each pair. Latoya was able to help us save hundreds of dollars to get glasses that will serve the purposes we wanted. Latoya is a fantastic person with years of experience and the desire to help the customers in any way she can. Good job and thank you.

Mrs. Latoya was phenomenal. She went above and beyond any expectations I had. My husband and I had both had appointments. They called us back simultaneously since we had our 3 small children with us. Many of the places near me have really bad reviews so it was hard to trust what I was gonna get was what I needed, but thanks to Emily and Latoya I got some of the best service anyone could ask for. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere was nice, and the frames they offered were very nice. If you are skeptical about coming here then let this be the push you need to go.

Worst place ever! Second time I go there and they cancel my appointment, I just left because they told me appointment I made online wasn’t approved even when I have confirmation e-Mail but they rejected to see me, worst people and place

The prescription I was given for contacts was wrong. I didnt find this out until my purchased contacts arrived and I tried the prescription for the first time, since they didnt have any trial contacts in my prescription at the clinic.Customer service for this company is a joke. I had to call 3 times to get a refund started successfully, which had to be agreed to by the manger of the store. Refunds can only be processed in person, which is less than convenient. The very excessive background noise contributed to making their customer service center an unpleasant experience. Shout-out to lens.com for agreeing to refunding my incorrect contacts no-hassle even though theyve already been opened.At least my eye exam was correct and I have glasses that work, also purchased from a 3rd party. If youre looking for a cheap contact exam that might be close enough, this place will be great. If you need more confidence in your vision services, might wanna keep shopping.

One of the most amazing experiences at an optometrist I’ve ever had!Ease of making an appointment was a def 5/5! We got in the same day!Staff is AMAZING! “Paperwork” is done on a iPad, so simple. Pre appointment test took no time at all, and the best part was that it was in office/telemed! Their machine to do the actual eye exam was efficient and the optometrist on screen was very patient and kind.Let me tell you about Latoya.... I seriously have never had so much fun picking out glasses and contacts! She kept us in stitches and was super knowledgeable.Definitely our optometrist for life!!

Wow what an amazing experience at myeye lab today I came in to fix my glasses a screw came lose and fell out I couldnt get it fixed so me and family came up here as soon as we walk in Emily welcomed us in and helped me right away she took a look and said it couldnt be fixed but then said they are under warranty only 5 dollars I said ok but then Emily instead of ordering then and taking 15 days she walked over grabbed the display model and took my lens out the old ones and placed them in the display wow the fit and fixed with out waiting 15 days I was super excited. Then I mentioned I needed a contract exam and she got me in in no time .wile waiting for exam Latoya was walking by super sweet she played and joked around with my little one this place made me feel so welcome .then wile I was doing my pre exam Emily and I wher talking about these new contacts I was reading about that chance the dark lens when you walked outside she said they have those I w a s in shock well after the exam I found out I can get them this made me super super excited now I get these contacts that I was just reading about the other day Im super stoked to check them out .thank you so much Emily and wile cashing put Latoya helped me out so much even was able to get me a different pair for at night to try fo and she went out of here way to get me those to try and they even stayed open after closing to help me out I feel so humble and grateful for both Emily and Latoya they are really wonderful people that make this place feel like a family oriented place I Wille forever be a fan of this place Bruce of these two thank you again Emily and Latoya for a wonderful experience. 100% recommend this place if you dont believe go find out yourself.
