Best experience ever!!!!! I was greeted by two beautiful souls Alicia and Lizeth ❤️❤️ They made my entire day and made me laugh the entire time! Also Dr. McPartlin was awesome!! Made me feel very comfortable being there and told me everything I needed to know about my vision!!! Again the best experience I’ve ever had and an eye doctor visit.

Great customer service

Just got my ray ban glasses. Obviously depending on your insurance is what you’re going to pay. Most of the frames are nice Name brand. The lady working there was very nice and patient with me while choosing my glasses. Dr was great as well. Only thing is they said they would text me when my glasses were ready so after like 8 days I called and they said they were there. And I didn’t receive any message but it’s all good now. At least I called.

I have been treated very nicely by all staff members. I did not have an exam there, but purchased two pairs of glasses. When the glasses I purchased were causing marks on my nose, they swapped out nose pads for softer silicone pads. Then when that didnt work they made two different adjustments. When that still proved to not fix problem they honored 90 day warranty and I picked out another pair that was lighter weight and better for my nose. They even extended 90 day warranty on other pair so I could make sure problem was fixed!! The only little problem I had was that both times my glasses were ready they did not contact me...I had to contact to see if they were ready. Other than that, very nice service. Not sure why another customer complained about warranty. 90 days is a good warranty in my opinion:)

Doctor was great and quick. Frames and lenses ladies in the store also great. My contacts were shipped to my house with no problems. They were also very patient with letting me pick glasses. However when I picked up my glasses I was wearing my contacts. So I tried them on and they helped the frames fit my face but I could not see clearly because I had my contacts in. When I took them home and put them on after taking my contacts out...it was VERY blurry. My right eye could see perfect but my left did not have any correction to it. They put lenses on the right side but not the left. I am currently trying to contact them to fix this. I have never had this happen before.

Doctor was nice, but I got screwed over with my insurance. They billed it as a contact exam instead of just a regular exam and so they apparently took money from my insurances allotment for contact lenses each year. In the end, I should have paid 0 dollars but I ended up paying 94$, hopefully the rebate works and I get 50$ back. The office itself is tiny as well. I would suggest going to a legitimate office instead of one at target.

Doctor was nice office was small. They were trying to charge me for additional declined anything that my insurance did not pay but still ended up paying more than I should have. Made appointment ahead of time decided to make it during my lunch break (since I had an appointment). However, the walk in had priority! Waste of my time to even schedule an appointment! If its first come first serve bases! I also feel like my contact prescription reading was wrong.

Way too expensive for frames. Return policy is awful. Customer Service is not good if you have issues with glasses. Went to Walmart. Better return policy and very helpful.

Ive been ordering contacts from here for a year and Ive got no complaints. Theyre always very nice and try to keep me satisfied.

The Optometrist is excellent.
