Poor customer service, they have no one to answer the phone you have to leave a message which they dont call you back

They were outstanding to work with. They have the nicest people .They went above and beyond on, they did body work that we had not even asked them to do . The the paint job looks great. They got the work done in a the time they said they would.. Very happy !!!

The guys at Alabama Auto Body are amazing. They gave me a quote and ordered my parts. Painted my bumper then brought in my van. They were able to work with my schedule and had the work done within a very timely manner. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this shop. Never increased the quote. Very impressed

These guys are less than a mile from my house in Fountain but would still be worth a drive from the Springs! They are friendly, helpful, and were able to get me in immediately to look at my car. My husband has also worked with them for auto body work and was very pleased with the result. Definitely recommend!

Great collision repair shop. The computer estimates ensure that everyone gets the same rates, they honor their estimates as written, and they really make sure you understand what needs to be done to fix your car. They treat people with respect and take good care of your 4 wheeled baby.

Went in to get an estimate on my car after the hail. They took all the information took pictures of the car and we’re supposed to send an estimate they said the car would be totaled. However they never sent the estimate to my insurance company when I called to check up on it. They were cranky with me. I gave up I never got an estimate from them I had to go to different body shop to get an estimate. I believe since it was a total loss they wouldn’t make anything from it and didn’t want to fool with it.
