This is best experience Ive ever had with a repair shop. Brian jacobson was the most professional and best person Ive had to contact regarding the repairs. Brian actually cares about your repair and your well being. He made sure during the entire process that it would be as perfect as possible and I cant even thank him enough. I work consistently on the phone with people for customer support and Brian will forever be my number one in customer support for any company I have ever had contact with. Its incredible what Brian/caliber will do for you. They actually care about you and whats going on with your car. Jesse Bragg is by far the best manager of any establishment Ive ever been too. He paid out of pocket for my car and no other company would of ever done that. He even personally installed stuff on my vehicle because the other employees were busy with other cars. He really really cares about his customers and wants to make sure they get a perfect vehicle in return. I cannot express how much caliber did for me. Having major body work done after an accident is not something I would wish on anyone. However, the good people here made everything so easy, from constant communication with me, to handling insurance and working with the car rental company, to making sure I was 100% satisfied, that I would happily recommend them to anyone in that same situation. I was sent here from American family to get hail and wind damages repaired. This shop seems to be working with American family to rip people off. They did not want to provide info about the paint and warranty until the vehicle was completed. Then they don’t call me back. The. The manager calls and says I cannot take my vehicle. Then he says he did not say that. Then they say the vehicle is worth 30k when American family says it is 23k. I put my trust in your shop but I see I now I should have researched a little more. I have sent in the information to the customer service team. We will see what happens.

I came in for an auto body repair after a hit-and-run auto accident. I was a little stressed about my Jeep, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff put me right at ease. The job was completed one day earlier than forecasted. They even performed a courtesy wipe down of my interior without me asking- little details like that are big to me. Def recommend those business.

Professional workmanship. The location is sort of hidden in Fountain neighborhood. 10/10 will choose to go here again in the event my vehicle needs repair. They kept me informed and they also communicate with the rental company and insurance for me.

We recently took our vehicle in for some hail damage repair. They did a great job fixing our vehicle and had the work done faster than expected. They did such great work we then took it back for some headlight work as well. Brian and Art were fantastic. They had our vehicle in and out in no time at all. Highly recommend them.

He’s a fantastic guy who obviously takes pride in his work and I can’t thank him enough. My car was originally fixed at a California caliber collision center they did a great job but I needed a couple more things fixed like my camera calibrated and the windshield washer fluid hose replaced. I expected it to be a hassle since the work was done in another state. Instead Jessie Bragg was a tremendous help he was able to get my car back to me in a short couple of days and he did all the leg work of talking with the California location and getting my car back to its new condition. This place is a great place to get you car fixed

Caliber Collision has done work on our car before, we hid a deer. This tine it was hail damage, both times they did as promised, the work was done on time, Bryan called as promised to keep us up to date, could not ask for a better job and can recommend Caliber Collision to get Your work done right the first time.

The GM was extremely unprofessional and had kept me waiting to speak with him for 30 minutes after the receptionist had let him know I wanted to speak with him. He was on the phone for who knows how long before straight up disappearing from his office. GM lacks any customer service experience and only cared about getting money. Absolutely unprofessional from the top down, severe lack of communication and they had nothing but excuses why they took 6 days to do an 8 hour job.

Beware! Only take OEM parts to this collision center to get fixed and or paint correction.They will tell you that exact thing only once you have spent a significant amount of cash. Then explain that there company should never have said they would warranty the job that was performed.Front bumper and hood, both aftermarket- The first visit it took two weeks and multiple repaints. Second visit after paint failure on front bumper took another two weeks and again multiple repaints. This was explained to me that normally this product would not be covered under warranty even though it was given in writing.Now the hood is showing paint issues and after multiple contacts there is still no definitive answer to whether they will cover it. Keep getting told its probably because its aftermarket.Never take anything more difficult than OEM to this Collision Center. It seems to be to far out of there scope.

They had one job. That was to fix my bumper. That’s it. Here is what they actually did: waxed my tire walls, cleaned the inside of the windshield, cleaned the dash and the touch screen appliances, vacuumed the floor (it had confetti everywhere) cleaned the leather seats (they had dried food and milk crusted in them, from the toddlers) cleaned the whole outside of the car and of course did an amazing job fixing the bumper. I never had a car place go above and beyond like they have. Awesome people over there.

We went to the Caliber shop on Murray Blvd and they are awesome!! The process was so seamless. From getting an appointment to providing a renting a car to updating us on the progress everything was a piece of cake. I definitely recommend them!

Simple repairs are not that simple these days. Abra was able to coordinate the specific OEM repair parts at less cost than the dealership. The repairs were performed to like new conditions in a timely manner. I recommend this team.

This location exists a 5-star experience, through and through! First, its important to note that, no matter how good a mechanic or body worker is, they can only do what theyve learned and experienced in their trade. But first, I want to talk about cars, as it is important to recognize their constitution. Though made in a factory with the same materials and robots, vehicles are more like living organisms. Each one reacts to how much and the way in which theyre driven and climate in which they reside. That makes mechanics and body workers more like doctors than most people realize. With that said, these tradesmen do the best they can based on education and experience. Though in most cases, everything will be fine the first time, dont be surprised or upset if you have to bring something back. What counts is whether they collect any potential mistakes and how they treat you in those interactions. Jesse and Amber did an amazing job with both me and my vehicle from beginning to end, and believe me, Im not an easy customer! Their constant professionalism, ability to be flexible with my timelines and willingness to go above and beyond in every interaction I had with them makes this a 5-star experience. Good is the second time they have provided the same level of commitment and experience to my vehicles. I absolutely will go nowhere else!

State Farm paid $96 for them to take my car apart they totaled it and I had to pay $96 myself to get it put back together this is a rip off

Good and very friendly service can have asked for more during my repairs that were being made to the insurance they kept me informed and apprised of everything that was going on had the chance to pick up my rental car from them and also was able to return it to them so I didnt have to go out of my way at all then made it a seamless process and I would recommend them again as far as having them do my insurance claim

After one of the massive hail storms this summer, I called Abra to get a quote while I shopped around for the best price and earliest time frame to get new glass for my car. Rep#1 quoted me around $800 for both front and back windshields that day. The next day, after I had called almost everywhere I could, I went with Abra, and Rep#2 pulled up my information from the day before and said, Yep, we can get that ordered for you right now. I said, Great! Lets do that for both front and back glass. Later that day, I get a call from the Rep#2 who tells me that I need to get her my VIN so that they can order the molding for the back glass, and I quickly do so. She assured me that I was all ready to go for the appointment. I go about two weeks secured that my car is going to get fixed. The day before the scheduled appointment, I call Abra again to get the total cost of the service to make sure the funds are in the right account, and Rep#3 tells me that I do not have a front windshield glass replacement scheduled. I tell them, no, I definitely do and I was quoted a price twice from two reps at this establishment. Rep#3 tells me that it wouldnt be possible to get the glass in by tomorrow to do the repair with what I already have scheduled, but that Rep#3 could still make sure the back glass goes as planned. Frustrated, but still secured that at least some part of my car will be fixed tomorrow, I go about my afternoon. An hour after the phone call, I get another call where Rep#3 explains that not only can they not do my back glass tomorrow anymore because they didnt order the glass when they assured they would, they also tell me that the manufacturer has, in fact, D I S C O N T I N U E D the back glass of my car. Rep#3 then suggested I try a salvage yard or the dealership I got it from, in another state that I cant drive to with the current destruction of my glass. I went two weeks thinking that my car was going to be fixed and everything would be fine only to find out that, through various oversights, not only was I not getting any replacement glass, my cars glass has been discontinued from the manufacturer. There were multiple opportunities to let me know of these issues, and yet, nothing. If I could rate in negative stars, Abra Auto Body & Glass would get a -100 stars.

My car was involved in an accident. My insurance company gave me Caliber Collision as a shop suggestion since its close to my house. Was initially told about 2 weeks. Ended up being about 5 I think. Most of the front of the car had to be replaced and it looked really sharp with the new body parts. I was told there was no engine damage, but the oil cooler had to be replaced. All they did was replace the oil filter and put oil in the engine. When I went to pick up the car, one of the fog lamps was out and the right side mirror had a hole in it. They took the car back and fixed the light and ordered a mirror that apparently was missed for 5 weeks. Running car had horrible burning (something) smell. Took it back again and they said they didnt smell anything. A couple weeks later, the turbo blows on the highway and there is other work being done on the engine. Car has been in the shop for a week now. Turns out, yes there was quite a bit of engine damage that wasnt detected, wasnt addressed, and wasnt fixed which led to catastrophic failure.

If could give zero stars I would. I took my car in was told it would be a week at most . I dont have rental coverage on my insurance. I rented a car 13 days later I call . The employee I spoke with said he was waiting on the supplement. I called my insurance and called the employee back on 3way. My insurance informed him that he did not follow instructions from the email sent to them . The employee was calling leaving phone messages. When the email stated he must send the supplement via email. They got the supplement the next day . They manager paid for a rental for me for the 4 days but does not feel that his employees negligence to follow instructions is there fault. So I was out the money for the rental because the employee couldnt not and did not follow simple instructions. Horrible customer service

Had a dented rear quarter panel and cracked bumper on my 05 GMC Envoy that the insurance was fixing. Abra got me in very quickly to repair it. They first told me it was a 5 day repair, but I was surprised when they called me at the end of day 3 to tell me it was done. The work was perfect, you could never tell there was any damage. Customer service and communication was great. I was very impressed and would recommend this body shop.

Amazing service, fast turn-around of my car, and the vehicle looked fantastic! When there services were unavailable due to the large volume of cars they were working on from hail storms, they were honest about timelines and expectations, and referred me to other capable shops that could take on my vehicle.

These people are supposed to be a preferred shop for insurance companies. We were sent to them after someone rear ended our car. They double booked us, cancelled our appointment and when they finally saw us a week later denied the work and have left us high and dry. All because they don’t have their act together. This is the most unprofessional company.

I had a horrible experience!! I have been to this shop a couple of times. I was referred to them by USAA. They are under new management now and I would not refer them to anyone!! The service was horrible. I got off emergency leave got my car back after they had it for over a week. I brought it in before I went on emergency leave and the mechanic test drove it and told me the problem was my hub was going out in the back. I told them that I heard the noise coming from the back also. I get my car back on June 4 the day after my emergency leave and they said that the problem was fixed and they changed my hub. I said ok. I get in my car and get on the highway and the same problem is there. I call the shop and let them know. First they ask me if I told the mechaninc that it was coming from the back like im the proffessional. Then they told me since the mechanic detected the noise coming from the front that is what they fixed and in order to get my car fixed I could bring it back in and I would have to pay for them to fix the back hub. I have never been so upset. So basically they took my money did not fix the problem and im just screwed out of my money. I had to go spend another 500 to get my car fixed somewhere else. I would never recommend them to anyone else EVER. I have called USAA and also let them know so that they do not refer no one else to them. It is obvious they do not care about customer satisfaction only customer money!!!!
