Made an appointment Friday to get my windshield fixed. They said wait until after the weekend. After they wasted my weekend, no show, no reminder, and they wont even answer their phone. Not professional at all.

My trailer lights were out, I called him all the way across the country.He talked me through the problem in less than 30 minutes and no charge!Great guy and friendly as could be.

We used this shop to repair a hard top for a Jeep. Many other shops said they couldnt fix it, not only did this shop do a wonderful job repairing it, they also charged less than half the original estimate because they said it didnt take as long as expected. (Quote was $1,100, Norman only charged $500) I really appreciated working with Norman, and I would highly recommend this shop for anyone needing service.

I went for an estimate. The people were great! Jennifer was very helpful. They got me in and out quickly.Ive seen other work they do (mine is not in the shop yet) and it is spectacular, which is why I chose them.The price is higher than some shops, but you get what you pay for. Id rather save up the money to have quality work done instead of find the cheapest guy in town & live with lower quality work.The shop is out of the way and Google Maps gets you close, but ask for directions so you go to the fence to get in instead of where the map tells you.

Had my car for a week. Always a little worried when a red vehicle gets painted, but they matched it perfectly.

The first time I used them everything went as planned however, they were about a hour late. The second time they were several hours late. The third time they called to let me know he had the three windshields I needed then never called to setup a time or day to install.When I had my windshield replaced by another company they showed me the short cuts Rainbow Glass took the last time the did my Jeep.I will not use them again.

This business has been giving misleading information about pick up times of a hail damage vehicle. This vehicle was supposed to be picked up on Friday it is now Monday the 74 year old owner says he couldnt get to it because hes out doing bids at Fort Carson.( trying to get more work when you cant handle what you have.) He did bid the vehicle and now claims none of his suppliers have glass for this vehicle. In addition to these bad business practices he hung up on me and told me to go somewhere else... poor business. Now we are 4 days after the storm and all other glass are scheduled out for weeks .

After this storm our neighborhood has been flooded with storm chasing scam artists. Normams guys got a job doimg a neighbors windshield. His employees are rude and oblidgerant. Cussing and spitting. When a convo to get other storm chasers. His employees decided to become threatening and aggressive. I spoke to Norman... . Nothing.... Police arrive and remove his company from the neighborhood and not to return. Company van does a burn out and police then jump in and head after rainbows company van. Buyer BEWARE!
