My check engine light came on so I first to my BMW to the BMW dealership and was shockingly quoted an astronomical estimate for what turned out to be a faulty thermostat. I refused their estimate and vowed never to go to any BMW dealership for anything! I made a call to Absolute Car Care and was immediately treated with superior customer service and was quoted an estimate which included the breakdown of the pricing estimate. They fit me in and as promised they replace the thermostat for the estimated price. As far as I’m concerned Absolute Car Care will have ALL of my business moving forward. Good communication, reasonable rates, thorough diagnosis.I had a rusted dust shield on my right rear wheel. They evaluated the problem, recommended replacing the part, and noticed that I also needed new rear brakes. Since they were working on the brakes on both sides, they replaced the left side shield to avoid another visit in the near future. They evaluated the front brakes, too, and found them to be in good shape.Mike is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I’ve gone to Mike and his team for the last 2 years for my car and have always felt confident in the work they produce and feel well taken care of. My most recent repair was for a hole in my exhaust and an oil change on my Lexus IS250. I couldn’t be happier. Have used them twice now and am totally satisfied - just recently needed some light repair work and an inspection sticker - they understood and scheduled me for a time convenient to me. I have used Absolute Car care for many years. They do a very good job with the little jobs (and dont overcharge) or larger fixes. I have been to many mechanics before and I can honestly say they are my favorite. I have referred my sisters to them and they took good care of them also. They really care about taking good care of people and let you know what things might be coming up in the future so you can plan. The thing I like the most about them is they are very honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience! Needed a car starter- for those snowy days in Framingham- Set up the appointment, confirmed the price, dropped off the car at 6:30am. Car was ready by 1pm. Picked it up at 3:30pm- works like a charm . Whole experience was easy & smooth. Great communication, great service, great product. I highly recommend this place.

We recently had to have our car repaired in Framingham, while we were out of the country for an extended period. Absolute Car Care was recommended by my brother, who has been a customer for many years. Since we werent there to see first-hand what needed to be done, we had to trust Mike to give us an honest estimate and fair pricing. He didnt disappoint! By all accounts the work done was excellent, the cost was reasonable, and the customer service was terrific.

Love Absolute Car Care! They were recommended by a friend, and they were professional, prompt, and courteous. Not only did they fix my car which had a radiator leak, but they also picked the car up at my house and dropped it back off! You cant imagine how convenient that is when I have two children under the age of four! And they EVEN noticed that my inspection sticker was expiring this month & asked if I would like it inspected and a new sticker! Saved me a trip!

This is the very best auto repair place anywhere. Absolute Car Care has been working on our Volvo as well as our 94 Mercedes for quite some time. They communicate well on what needed to be done...do the job right the first time....and have been extremely fair about the repair prices. I have referred several people to Absolute and none have been disappointed.

Needed a tire repaired. They got it done quickly and basically for free! They even dropped me off at work.Theyve definitely convinced me to come again if my cards needs anything more major.

Took me right away. Everything was addressed and they even vacuumed the floor. It is so refreshing to receive great service at a reasonable price.

First off i called a week in advance to get the price for my breaks..never got a quote. And the woman at the front desk is extremely rude. Then I came to my appointment and they still couldn’t give me an estimate of how much it would cost OR how long it would take. I dropped my car off at 10am. I called around 12:30 to check on the car the woman answered and said she wasn’t able to tell me if they even started yet.. she said she would have mike call me.. he calls me at 1pm and asked why I called and I told him I just wanted to know about how long it would take and an estimate on the cost. He said they would be taking in my car after lunch meaning after 1pm.... I don’t understand why they had my appointment for 10am if they were just going to look at it 3 or more hours later... I told him I hadn’t been anywhere else but here and honda in natick and.. he said “well i think you should come get your car and take it to honda then” and I said I had already been waiting for my car so it’s fine.. and he said “nope come get your car” and I said I couldn’t because I had gotten a ride to where I was (from them) to wait for my car to be fixed... and he said “well you need to find another ride and come get your car” then proceeded to hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. My parents have brought/referred a lot of people to this business and now none of us will be going back 😊

For my First Experience with Absolute Car Care on Thursday, 10/29/15, IT WAS PERFECT! The Owner, Michael was a Gentleman, Very Knowledgeable and Answered my questions Perfectly in a Calm Understandable Manner! I was 45 minutes Early for my Appointment & my car began being serviced very soon after I arrived! Two Service Men came into the office to check on Other jobs to do that day and were very cordial with the Owner about the work to be done! They satisfied me concerning a slow leak with one tire, re-set the Sensors for the 4 tires regarding air pressure & put an inexpensive Plug into the tire so it would not leak air in the future! I Plan to visit Absolute Car Care in the Future with Any Service work that I need for my car! I Found A Quality Auto Repair Shop That IS SUPER!

Absolute Car Care only went 15% over original estimate due to additional work added after that estimate [which I was forewarned may happen]. My car repairs were completed a day ahead of schedule, at my request [which helped a lot because I had a wake, funeral, and burial to go to]. Absolute Car Care also have a very generous warranty on their repair work. The only thing this business needs to improve is their communication skills, because I asked an employee to phone me on my cell phone, but instead their call that my car repairs were completed went to my landline, which inconvenienced me. I was at the aforementioned wake at the time, which is why I requested a call on my cell phone.

The name says it all... They do absolutely everything, and they do it right! I was having issues with my remaned Jasper 350 motor, leaking coolant from the heads and a valve tick. I glanced at there website and Facebook, both of which extremely professional! I called John that day and he insisted I bring it in Asap. I took it on that afternoon and I was updated the next morning that I will need a new engine, but covered under warrenty. By the next day they had a new engine at the shop and the old one was out. The vehicle was finished earlier that next week. I am extremely happy with John and his team. I am somewhat mechanically inclined, and it is evident that they took the time and did the job right. I would ABSOLUTELY reccomend them to friends and family!!

I was looking for a place to get my inspection sticker done and I googled any location in Framingham and I came across this one. I was very lucky the people here are super nice. I believe Wilber was the one who inspected my car. It was very quickly done! And he also informed me about my tires, they will need to be rotated. I was also told by another mechanic that I will also need to change my breaks. They did not change my breaks until I gave them a yes or a no which I liked very much. Most places Ive been to will just do them and tell you that you needed them done. By anywho My experience here was great and will definitely come back in the future.
