Navid was excellent to work with. We switched 6 lines over to Verizon. He was patient and friendly through the whole process. There were lots of rebates that he walked me through. He followed up with many phone calls and texts after the purchase which was a tremendous help. The customer support he gave after the sale was truly outstanding.
I had a great experience at this Verizon store. I was helped by Darren and Navid, and the manager Dana was also very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible and were extremely patient and knowledgeable. I walked away super happy and satisfied. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Highly recommend going here!
Dave was the man! Great customer service. Thanks helping upgrade me and my family!
I had an excellent buying experience with Navid. He helped me to purchase an iPhone through Verizon Wireless telesales group in order to get me the best price. He was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. If you go to the store, ask for Navid.
The rep that helped me did a great job explaining all the questions I had.Very professional.
I want to start off by saying that once my devices are no longer under contract I will be switching providers. I have had nothing but problems with Verizon for the last 2 years. This particular location being the last trouble I experienced. Went in around February to get a free IPhone and add a line for a deal I received by email (boyfriend needed an Iphone for work and he’s solely an android guy).Customer service representative we spoke to convinced us that taking advantage of their in store deal, which was buy one iPhone 12 get one free, trade in our iPhone 11 Promax, and pay off the iPhone 11 that that was close to being paid off and eligible for an upgrade and still add the line with the deal I received via email. Told us he would do a little switching around to make it work for us (should have been the first red flag). I asked about the payment for the traded-in phone, he says it’ll be good and done because of the deal (aka no more payments on it). I asked that question several times throughout to make absolutely sure that was the case and was told yes repeatedly. We had to go collect the other phone and when we got back we were passed on to another customer service representative that was given the lowdown of the situation and was told to help us. He couldn’t get the kiosk to accept both deals (second red flag), then told us he would have to call a tech to get it approved (third red flag). After he did all that and it still didn’t work I tried to call it off, at this point I think we had been there for a few hours, and he kept telling me “no, no I got this I’ll be right back” and went into the back again to call someone to get it pushed through. He finally did and everything was situated. Our quoted bill was going to be very similar to what we were already paying which was the ONLY reason we agreed to this in the first place.Couple months go by, we’ve sent in the iPhone 11 Promax and it’s been accepted for trade-in. We get what’s supposed to be the final bill and it’s higher than what we were quoted. I contact customer service they tell me that the traded-in device was still being paid off and part of the bill. I explain the situation and they tell me my only option is to give the phones back but since it’s been more than 14 days the chances of them being accepted were up the manager of the store and they can add a note about it, but can’t guarantee the acceptance. I make an appointment in store. Find out what both of the representatives did never should have happened and they automatically assumed it was a newer woman working there, but when I explained who it was the guy seemed shocked. My boyfriend went back the next day to talk to the man I think was the manager again (he told us he would be there in the morning and what time to come, he wasn’t). Ended up having to speak to the first customer representative who profusely told me that all of this will be taken care of in my bill would be the same. He was rude and basically told us what was done was done. So now I have a line I don’t need and can’t get rid of because one of the phone payments is connected to it, an extra phone payment that wasn’t supposed to exist. Now to top it all off Verizon has removed my promo for the free phone from my bill. Why, I have no idea, but I am so sick of this company. I’ve got the FIOS too and that only works about 75% of the time. I’m done. Don’t waste your time with this company or location. I don’t even want any kind of apology or fixing of this situation because I’m sure they’ll somehow screw it up more than they already have. I only want to warn people to stay away.
Im giving Verizon Natick 5 * based on my experience with Navid, the representative that help me this time, (if you need help he is your guy), he was very kind, charming and professional, he also look for the best solution for my needs and money.
The worst experience ever, they had me on the phone for a very long time with no answer. I went to the store in person they said the problem with my phone was fix, actually become worst. I live in Framingham and sometimes I do not have signal here. THE WORST COMPANY TO HAVE A PHONE WITH!
Verizon is a world class company. Verizon have 5G first and still selling 5G to most of their devices.
I just left the Verizon store at 6:20pm. They close at 8pm. There were at least 4-5 staff members in the store. There was only one other customer. A young clerk came over to me to help me. He showed me the apple phone I was interested in. I asked him if Verizon offered any trade in. He told me I would have to look it up on line. I asked if he could help me with that. He said no because I did not have an appointment. I asked if he had other customers coming in. He said no, but you dont have an appointment. I said you will not help me? He said no. This was very disappointing. I will buy elsewhere.
Dana was fabulous. He helped us with everything we needed and made the whole process of buying new phones and fixing our account as painless possible.
I visited verizon wireless store twice in this week. Because I had issues with my account online. The store associate Navid and his manger both were very helpful both times. Absolutely recommend going to this store. If you ever have issues with placing order online.
The experience I had at the Verizon store in Framingham was very unpleasant and it left me with a very bad impression of the manager that was on site on Monday, November 2 at 7:30 at night. I was not able to catch his name but this guy was simply not willing to help at all. Perhaps he was having a rough day and just did not want to even check to see if they had any appointments available for this week. Additionally, he refused to even let one of his employees check up on that. I also asked if they could check to see if they had any iPhones SE in stock and he refused to check or let his employee check either. I have the impression that he just did not want to help me for whatever reason that I do not know. This is unacceptable and it should be reported. I just wonder how is that satisfactory customer service. No wonder this store has such bad reviews. It that rate it will either replace that manager or just close that location.
Fast extremely helpful team in and out in 1 min
Very helpful staff.
Ive been a Verizon customer for years. I had used online chat w tech coach twice to try to resolve a problem with my phone Friday and they suggested I go to the store and get a new SIM card. I walked into Verizon last night and after waiting for a rep they asked for my ID. It was one of those rare times that I didnt have my purse with me. In the past theyve only asked for your password on your account. Nobody told me I needed an ID to get a new SIM card. I could have provided all phone numbers, names, as well as the passcode and all identifying information on my account. I wasnt looking to change anything I just wanted a new SIM card. It seemed completely unreasonable to me that they couldnt help me without an ID. So I had to wait and go back today. I was going to go to an independent Verizon store, but they charge $10 for a new SIM card and to get one overnighted it wouldnt arrive until Monday. After a second trip & getting a new card today my phone finally is working properly. Its extremely frustrating to have 3 days without a working phone and to not have exceptional customer service. I understand their need to protect privacy & have corporate rules, but as I said I wasnt looking to do anything to change the account or even access info, just get a new SIM card. The manager should be able to apply a level of reasonableness & make an exception, especially for a long time customer that spends a lot of money with them every month.
I went into this store on Sunday morning not knowing if they would be able to help me set up a refurbished phone purchased elsewhere. Upon entering the store, I was quickly assigned a rep. Ivan was helpful, efficient, and friendly. He helped me to make sure the phone was compatible, and then he switched the SIM cards over and gave me very detailed instructions on how to finish setting up the phone when I got home and gave it time to charge up. I had two of my small children with me, which can be challenging. Ivan engaged with them and even let them participate in putting my phone screen on, which they thought was very cool. This was above and beyond. I appreciate the good service. Thank you Ivan
Can I give less than 1 star? Been trying for over five hours to get my new iPhone activated.
Was very pleased with the help of the rep Dana at this store. Thank you again.
Great service!
I was amazed I was able to get in and out quickly. Fastest experience I have ever had at a Verizon. Great job!
Once youre actually able to been seen (usually a 30 minute wait) the customer service is great. Just wish they had a quick way to let you know what can be done online vs. in the store vs. the oh, you need to call the main number to do that...
Awful experience. Not helpful and quick to dismiss my questions. Super lazy and just kept saying to call a number instead of explaining what could be wrong. Honestly will never go back to that store again after how rude they were (2 different workers too).
Best service of my young adult life.
The workers here are great. Always happy to help and knowledgeable.
My phone was dropping calls, after quick diagnosis and a new sim card, Im all set.
Came in here with my father-in-law, who was looking for a new plan and to switch over from AT&T. The employee, Muhammed, who helped us took the time to show us the best plans, and also let us know of the promotions available. He even gave his personal recommendation of the phones that came with the plan. There was some technical difficulty with them porting the numbers over to Verizon, but they finally managed it and now my in-laws are very happy with their new plan and new phones.
Navid was very sweet and patient.. great customer service 😊
Liz was fantastic,. She was very patient and had answers to all our questions. Really enjoyed her help.
Outstanding customer service. Quick in and out. Problem solved and wonderful advice. Just one complaint, handicapped parking should be at the front entrance, not all the way to the left end of the building. Healthy people have preferred parking. We have a long walk to the front door. Fix the problem, you get 5 stars. I did not choose to be handicapped.Thank You Verizon!
Great service. John and Cody were very helpful.
I have been here twice and both times the employees were incredibly inept. The first time they couldnt figure how to apply a Verizon wireless gift card to a new phone. The second time they refused to take back a phone still under warranty because they didnt understand how a manufacturer could extend a warranty. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.
Solid service, decent prices. Beware the upselling. Every product other than phones is much cheaper elsewhere.
I found that the saleswoman was rude, and spoke to me like I was incapable of understanding how my phone worked. She needs to check her attitude at the door and start listening to customers instead of assuming their issues before they get a chance to finish their sentence.
Bought a new phone 3 weeks ago. At salesman suggestion bought an Invisible Shield Screen Protector for $49. Seemed logical. Protector cracked in my pocket without impact within first 7 days, I brought it back and they swapped it. They reminded me to register it and next time it would be replaced for free thru mail. Well day 21 it cracked in pocket again, without impact, turns out it costs $5.95 to for shipping. I now went back to store to return it and turns out they have a 14 day return policy. Manager would not do anything. Would it have been unreasonable for them to look up my account and see that I have been a 20 year customer with 4 phones on a family plan and say something like .....its out of policy but they will make an exception? I can now throw the $49 in the trash or pay $5.95 week to replace it.Avoid this store. Avoid Verizon. Avoid Invisible Shield. Apologies for lengthy comment.
Worst customer service ever! Someone started helping us look for a phone. We were browsing for 15 minutes and decided on a phone. But then, the sales representative had moved on to another customer and it took more than 30 minutes to find someone to allow us to pay for the phone!
This was truly an amazing experience. Definitely a marked change from what I experienced in this same store about 4 months ago. Both the sales assistant, Marissa, and the manager, Joe, did not only make sure that everything was in order, but helped work through issues with FiOS as well helped get an amazing deal on the devices. Definitely did not expect this level of service and very pleasantly surprised.
For once, there wasnt a half hour wait; in fact, there was *no* wait. Jarrell is an amazing sales person, who made sure I heard about all the options, yet never made it feel like a hard sell. And he made the impossible look easy - and solved a huge problem for me. UPDATE: Plan that would cost $10 more turned out to be $130 more every month. And then lost 2Gig/mo life time bonus for switching plans (and then switching back when I found out how much it really cost).
Very efficient service, answered my questions. Provided me with my jetpack to keep up with my work on the road. 5 stars rep.
I went to this store because I needed to switch my sons phone to AT&T and needed to she why there was a hold on the account that was preventing this transition. Dion, the sales manager was rude. I told him I thought the phone was locked. He said in a very defensive way that they dont do that except on new phones. As the conversation progressed he became more arrogant and rude. When I asked him if he could look at my account and see what the hold was he said I had to call customer service and they would figure it out. Last I checked you could do this at a Verizon store too.i had heard of people having terrible experiences at this location, and I did too. My issue was not resolved. Dion was awful to me. I do not recommend this store. The location in Hudson by Cabellas is 100% better. They are nice there. My advice, avoid the Verizon Framingham location.
We came to purchase a new phone. Darran greated us and he presented different options for a phone of our preference. He was willing to give his own opinion but didnt push us either way.We chose a phone and he helped up selecting appropriate options as and synced our old phone.
Friendly people great service
Usually a busy store Rt 9 east bound in Framingham but tonight it was nice. Walked in and was able to get service right away. Joe the general manager hopefully solved my problem with the peel remote app I was having trouble with in trying to delete it. Well see how it goes. The staff there is always very helpful and courteous. The only drawback is that there always seems to be at least a 45 minute wait. That made it very nice tonight to walk in the door and have no waiting.
Yet another Secretary of State complaint for a company that would rather scam you out of your money rather than try and sell you a service they know you will not want. Went in for my SIXTH PHONE with Verizon, when I left it took me a day to realize that they added the INSURANCE PROTECTION without my notice or consent, which totaled 50 DOLLARS A MONTH!!! 600 DOLLARS A YEAR!!! Joe the manager was surprised at my angry demeanor when I confronted them about their criminal activities and childish attempts to pad their margins.Be aware this is how companies must put the icing on their bottom lines and squirrel away a few bucks in incentive dollars into their paychecks. What a sad and pathetic business model these stores operate under. What a truly pathetic attempt to steal peoples money. There is no decency in the utility industry anymore.
I went into this store just before noon on a Wednesday, and a representative greeted me and started helping me but then said I had to wait 15-20 minutes for assistance with my account because another person was ahead of me. After 25 minutes of waiting I just left. Not sure why the guy at the door just stands there and takes names. He could be actually helping people!
I love Verizon wireless and fios
Everybody in the world is going through a hard time right but the gentleman that waited on what professional and thats hard to find today
Really hepful, Liz is very knowledgable.
Not showing any reason from a financial point to purchase a phone from Verizon. Better deals with other retailers.Verizon still not acting consumer friendly.
Great service by Josue. Knowledgeable efficient well done!
The Magnuson is a beautiful hotel and by far the least expensive. I am paying $100 for the night, which includes a buffet breakfast. All the other hotels in the area charge at least $250 per night with no breakfast.I strongly recommend the Magnuson.Thank you.
Jarrell at the Verizon Wireless store is the epitome of Customer Service. I was given all of his attention and professional help to solve a voicemail issue I was having with my account and phone, and he provided tips and offers on how to move forward, all free of charge. I wasnt even buying anything, but Jarel (or is is Jarell? Sorry Im horrible with spelling names!) truly cared and wanted to make sure my issue was resolved. I will always come back here for any issue or future purchase because of my great experience with Jarrell. He should be recognized and more people should provide his level of service and have his knowledge base!
Just purchase my new phone from ☆Adan Fernandez☆, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade, very knowledge young man, he took time explaining to me how my new phone works. Thanks again Adan, best of luck with everything
This corporate location is much better than the rest, go here for the best service.
Met with Chris a service tech there and he was awesome!! Patient, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Sales rep very aggressively. I went in with my daughter for 8 S but he kept pushing the newest I Phone. Must be commission deal...
Friendly and helpful staff. Very good selection of phones and accessories. Verizon owned location. Top rated network.
A bunch of incompetent people at the store and on the phone, wasting honest peoples time. I spend 1 and Half hour on Sunday and 5 hours on Monday, just 2 more hours on Tuesday and they are no way close to finding out what is the matter with my Voicemail. Really? Does this phone come from Mars or what? Verizon must spend more time and resources training these techs on being courteous and apologetic at every step of the way than on solving problems. All this while on trial period! I hate to have to research another company, but that seems very likely the thing to do.
Lots of staff but very slow, it wasnt really busy when I was there and it still took a lot longer to get what I needed. Friendly staff just all going in different directions
Very helpful, super cool, tons of phones!
Excellent service - phone & iPad
They were not able to accomplish what I wanted in store. I had to make a phone call where they proceeded to try to sell me things. They already have enough of my money, gesh!
I went in on Sunday after my old phone fell into water and would not start after couple days of attempting to dry it up.The salesperson ( Mohammad) was patient and answered my questions. He did not have a phone I wanted to get ( I was due for upgrade) . He actually was able to start my defective phone, so I could buy time to order what I wantedYes, I was offered an expensive cover and some other services, but all in all the service was excellent.
Best technology. Horrible service
Liz was amazing, very helpful and attentive.
They were amazing! They went above and beyond to help me!
Extremely helpful, solved a serious problem with one of our smartphones in a matter of minutes.
Went there as my tablet would not turn on. After a 40 minute wait I was told they could fix my tablet by hooking it to their computer overnight but wouldnt do that for me because even though I purchased the tablet from them, have Verizon for my cell phone service, cable and internet I no longer paid for tablet service as I use my home wifi. Went home and found fix on Utube. Waste of time waiting and customer care is terrible. Only want to help you if they are going to make money off you. Seriously thinking of changing to a new provider when my contract runs out.
The salesman have his name tag on backwards upside down. Ask him about a call I received from Verizon about an upgrade to Google he said there was no deals didnt show any phones told me to send my Droid back and get a replacement. Though Ive seen many a deal for Verizon Droid phones but he knew nothing
I arrived early, 2nd person waiting for the store to open, when they opened the doors there was a mad rush instead of asking who was first they just started to point to people and assign them to sales reps, 2nd person there and guess what, I had to wait because all the reps were now busy. So after realizing I would probably have at least a 30 minute wait, I googled from the store, saw there was another Verizon store up the road with NO WAIT, so friendly, not pushy, and ordered my MAX, better customer service, in and out in 30 minutes. It is worth driving down the road 2 miles to Framingham to the VZ resale store, and they saved me money!!
Nice facility, friendly helpful staff. Wait was reasonable.
Ive been here four times and every time Ive walked out. Horrible customer service. No one acknowledges you and/or doesnt care.
If you go into this Verizon Wireless store, expect ZERO customer service and only high-pressure sales tactics. I will never set foot in this or any other Verizon store again. I had bought a cell phone cover as a gift but had to return it. Simple enough or so I thought. I went in and was pounced on by someone who said that I would be helped in a few minutes but mainly wanted my home phone number to sell me some add on services. So I waited over ten minutes then approached another clerk, told her that a simple return was all I needed. She said that I would have to be checked in then it would be a 30 minute wait 30 MINUTES to make a SIMPLE RETURN. No way I was going to wait so I walked out.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service as other reviews have said.
The staff at this Verizon store are professional and courteous
You wouldnt believe how long it took me to buy a phone, first made an order online then I got an email stating my order was under review and I need to call the fraud department I thought it was spam initially or some hacker trying to get my information but I called anyway he said I need to take a picture of my drivers license front and back and send it in and Ill be okay, I did it except I had to do it twice and even after doing it twice and didnt work I was told that I had to go to the store well 4 hours later I finally got a phone but then I was told it that I need to put a deposit down, I told him that no I dont need to put a deposit down I was cleared or approved for two lines with no deposit necessary so there was another 20 minutes wait for him to straighten that out Im not sure that Verizon really wants to sell cell phones are you?
Extremely professional. Such a long wait!
Please tell me how Joe is a manager at this store, he was the rudest man, saying he cant help me and just walked away, when I come back he gives me a wrong or fake account for my phone. Seriously if Chase was there I would have not been treated like that.
Manager of their store told me every product was going to break and wouldn’t refund me after my screen protector broke the first day twice (2 of their new screens). It was one of their lifetime guarantee free replacements for life ones that’s they never mentioned would be $5 and would have to go through online to get a replacement sent to me by mail. It was almost $50. The salesman ranted and raved what a great product it was so I decided to spend the extra money. I’ve always had one on my phone that I purchased through amazon for about $10 with lifetime replacements and lasted me months. He also fought me on amazon not selling lifetime guaranteed glass screen protectors until I proved him wrong when I showed him. The manager was very young and unprofessional. My mother told me she left that same Verizon store the previous week irate with the young manager as well. Glad to know it wasn’t just me.
Great customer service
All okay. Friendly. Helpful. Busy
About 7 employees and 5 customers in the store we were third “in line”. Not great at math but how can there be a line when there were more employees than customers? Two employees who stood at the door (when they weren’t going in the back room) entering customers in their tablets. Not helping customers.Waited 30 minutes and were never helped. They don’t call this store the 7th circle of hell for nothing!
I prefer the kiosk at BJs club.
We are verizon is been years.Very nice reception in the store, amazing electronics and they help on everything abouth it.Thanks verizon!
I tried to switch from Verizon to Sprint and had a horrible experience at the Sprint store across the street from this Verizon store. I had a great experience with Verizon and would recommend anyone go here. The staff were helpful, supportive, overworked but knowledgeable and basically worked non-stop until my complicated plan was setup correctly. Im not sure about the complaints on here but would urge these people to go try some of the shoddy service at Verizons competion. We were misled and mistreated at Sprint and management took zero responsibility. Verizons staff handled a complicated procedure with complete professionalism and basically worked their butts off to get it done. I may not like the corporate stance of Verizon and hate the idea that theyll soon run the world but... I like the staff at this store and really appreciate their service.
The customer service is nice, mist of them, but the waiting time is too much!! Most of the time is more that 25-30 min
Very clean and new store with good selection
IPhone 5 receiving emails but I could not send them. Waited on the inevitable line for around 20 minutes until solutions specialist Chris Blickman came to help me. He said my problem was an Apple problem and once I downloaded the latest iOS all would be fine...hmmm...sounded questionable to me but what do I know? Off home I went, did as he told and voila! Did not work! Still could not send emails (BTW, I would like to note that Apple had told me that Verizon has been having problems with their emails). Next day back to Verizon I go and this time short wait (first thing in morning) and I met with solutions specialist Antonio Miravete. Explained the challenge (without letting him know about my earlier visit) and he reviewed that they have been having a lot of problems with their emails and that Verizon was working on it, etc. Finally someone who was honest and took responsibility. He downloaded a FIOS app and I now can send emails. Thanks, Antonio! You were a true professional.
Waited close to a half an hour to have my number changed to a different phone. While at least three associates seem to be wandering around aimlessly.
PLACE IS NO GOOD! Long wait and pushy. Go to the verizon store at 1245 Worcester road framingham ma 01701 called amcomm wireless and ask for Billy
Waiting to preorder my new phone
Nobody at the front desk. Probably 3 or 4 customers in store and then they tell me it will be an hour wait! To hell with that...I walked out.
Very helpful and pleasant.
Always a long wait here. Needed to buy a new phone to replace a broken one and waited 2 hours for an employee to complete a 10 minute transaction. Was only supposed to take 45 minutes and we got skipped over in the queue.
Had a poor experience here, my girlfriends phone malfunctioned and the service rep just referred us to tech support over the phone. Didnt feel like he listened to us at all.
Very helpful staff.
Got a phone on an old line. Took a lot of time but got it done right.
Organized helpful staff
Typical Verizon interaction. Customer service is an afterthought, if that.
Met me at entrance asking what I needed, answeri my question about plugging headphones into phone with thick case
Horrible customer service, they have no clue on what it takes to retain a new customer...going to switch back to AT&T.
