This guy knows how to run a business. I went there to buy a planer. The owner insisted we open the box to inspect for damage before I took it away. We did and there was a little damage from shipping (totally understandable). I needed up passing due to the damage but had he not insisted we look at it first I wouldn’t have discovered the damage until I got home. Instead, I bought about $500 in Milwaukee tools. I ended up having an issue with one of the tools I bought. I won’t go into too much detail, but I will say that the owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right. I definitely recommend this shop and will be looking to them for future tool purchases.
