Have had severe hearing loss for 10 years... went for testing at ACUTE HEARING and have hearing aides for about2 weeks...they were very thorough in testing and courteous and knowable about the loss of hearing I had.... I am hearing things I have NOT HEARD FOR MANY YEARS NOBODY knows how wonderful ALL THOSE SOUNDS I were I HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO HEAR .....silence until now... birds chirping... the ice maker ... water gurgling from fish tank and on and on IT IS VERY EXCITING TIME of my life... I am so happy I went to ACUTE HEARING... Lowell and Grace have both been SO HELPFUL IN RESTORING MY SEVERE LOSS THROUGH Hearing AIDES... Thyey took all of this as personal and just as happy for me as I was!!!!! I did not mention I am 73 years young ! IT IS NEVER TOO LATE IN LIFE TO GET HELP I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACUTE HEARING!!!!!

The staff is wonderful. They have treated my hearing loss with outstanding results. I’m very thankful.

They were help you with any questions that you have to ask sometimes they will go out of their way to help you if they have time great people

They were very friendly. Very professional. Explained my hearing loss very well. Even though the hearing aids were expensive. We were able to manage the cost.
