The service was adequate and friendly, but the product is not working well. They may want to press me for an upgrade when I was assured the present product would be satisfactory. Its not in a variety of environments where other hearing aids Ive owned have been.

This doctors office is very friendly. And when your test results come back in from your hearing they really break it down for you. To understand everything completely. They offer you drinks as you wait. It is a wonderful place, but it can be costly if you do not. Have the correct insurance.

Great overall experience! I really appreciated the fact that I wasnt rushed into anything. It took me weeks to make a decision and Tim was very patient and supportive. Insurance made it a little more to the process, I would suggest having pamphlets available for the hearing aids that are suggested, to help with pros and cons of different choices.

My grandmother is very hard of hearing someone called her and she came in. They were able to get her tested and get her some hearing aids in her budget. She has been the absolute happiest person since. She says this allowed her to get back the little things in life. Beyond thankful!

We have recently switched hearing aid companys and I just want to say that the lifetime services free of charge, no office visits, and no charge for the testing is really a plus. This really makes the difference in a purchase you get so much more. Our other company was all charges after the one year warranty was up :( Kudos to Beltone my father is very satisfied with his purchase.

The audiologist was knowledgeable but immediately recommended the most expensive model then became very hateful and pushy when I did not immediately agree to buy and demanded to know when my wife could come back with me and wanted to know why she wasnt with me that day. Endless to say I didnt go back and I wont ever.

Went in for a free test. They wanted way too much info for something that was supposed to free. And they where rude.
