I have been a customer here for a long time they take the time to listen and set your hearing aids up and understand that you need to come back for follow up because the office setting is different than outside . They are easy to work with and have financing available to help out also. They have plenty of offices if you need a different location later on. All in all a great place that cares for you and your hearing .

Its been a few years since Ive been to Bluegrass Hearing, other than for a hearing aid cleaning, and thats because Ive had no problems at all. I havent noticed any further loss of hearing, and my hearing aid just keeps on working! A special call out to Mary at the main office. Shes always so nice and extremely helpful!

The service at Bluegrass Hearing Clinic in Frankfort has been excellant from the very begining of my Hearing Aid experience. I have had only one problem and that concerns follow-up appointments. It has become very difficult to obtain a follow-up appointment in a timely fashion. Sometimes it can be as long as three weeks. Being in Frankfort only one day a week creates the problem. Other than that I would reccomend Bluegrass to anyone.

My husband can hear things he hasnt heard in years. the Dr. and staff made him feel so comfortable even during this pandemic . the did a wonderful job.
