Chartreuse & Co is a place to let your imagination run free! Theres an amazing collection of décor styles, knick knacks, furniture, and everything in-between- all priced very fairly! The barn is chock full of vintage beauty and charm. Its absolutely worth the drive out to explore and bring home some fun items!

Great place for unusual treasures. A lot of old structural pieces. Dress warm if you go in the winter since many vendors are outside.

This is a wonderful hidden treasure! If you love antiques or old things made new again I highly recommend taking a drive. From knobs to old doors to pillows . . . And there is a little popcorn stand right outside the barn. Crabby popcorn is my favorite.

My daughter and I have been going to Chartreuse for several years. Our first stop was always Weathered by Susie Evans booth. Her candles are truly the best! My daughter recently moved to Arizona so now my husband joins me on my trips. I love all the new candle scents and was so happy to see you now ship. I shipped two candles to my daughter so she can be reminded of all our wonderful trips to Chartreuse!

They had nice pieces, but both times I went through the checkout, the cashier’s mask was not covering her nose, making the mask effectively useless. Customers also frequently pulled masks down to speak to one another in close quarters inside/had masks not covering their nose, and there seemed to be a lack of concern among customers to keep physical distancing.Although masks aren’t required outside, there were many times in a small tent, other customers would not be wearing masks in very, very close quarters. I didn’t feel comfortable looking around as much because of the lack of enforcement of safety protocols.I understand that the staff is limited in how much they can control customer behavior, but there weren’t even markers on the ground for checkout as reminders for customers to keep their distance or attempts to limit on the number of people inside. I enjoyed their shop, but wouldn’t return in person until after the pandemic.

Neat place for sure, but a bit pricey. This is to be expected given the area. I usually leave with very little, or nothing. I will pay the inflated prices if I cross something that I cant live without.They are big on the farmhouse decor. Lots of stuff painted white and distressed. Go too often and it all starts to look the same. I dont like that they dont allow returns.I think rating them on how well they police the use of masks is unfair. If you are scared, stay home.

Went here for the first time today. While they had really nice stuff, I was appalled that about half of the people there were not wearing masks. This included employees, vendors and customers. While they encouraged social distancing on signs/ per staff, there was no mention of wearing masks. I will not be returning until the pandemic is over.

I am disappointed that I can not get management to return my emails. I bought (2) $38.00 charcuterie boards, which I could not pick out myself due to COVID, I picked them up curbside in a bag and by the time I got home found that one them had cracked down the middle. But now no one will return my emails, even though I emailed this same person about picking up the boards. Really disappointed in a place that I frequent and have taken several of my friends when they are open.I am happy to report that Chartreuse replied to my previous emails and offered to replace or refund the board.

Went for the barn yard opening and annual yard sale on Friday. Food trucks, beer/wine tasting, and lawn games were all advertised. Nothing was there except a few vendors selling things outside. I was informed that the food trucks cancelled, I asked those working in the barn about the beer/wine and they said they had no idea where the lady was, and there wasnt one lawn game in sight. Very disappointed because it was advertised as a way to enjoy the day and spend some time, however we left after 20 minutes because there wasnt much to see and we were hungry, as we planned on grabbing lunch there.

This monthly sale is amazing! A nice mix of old and new but made to look vintage things. I’ve been going to Chartreuse for years, and the mix of items changes often enough for multiple visits per year! The toilets provided are port-a-johns, and there is only climate control in one of the five buildings. Be prepared.

Really cute, I am glad I stopped by there is a little bit of everything.

Nice country crafts flea market like setting

We were there for car parking with the boy scouts, but from what I saw it was really cool. Chip (owner) was a great guy. We heard some live music and saw a food truck. Looked like a flea market. Great atmosphere and the people were lovely.

Wow - this flea market blew my mind away! I wish I had a truck so I could load up a bunch of things and bring them home with me. Amazing place to go if youre looking to source Furniture, bye Antiques and refurbished items, or just to look around and be amazed by all the historical items for sale. Also had a lot of Salvage and Architectural pieces that are hard to find.

I was there within an hour of opening and the two large building where the higher quality merchandise is curated had extremely long lines. I waited in one for about 5 minutes and when there was no movement, and with 12 people ahead of me, I left.

First, the actual vendors are pretty cool. The parking lot attendants are far from bright. They give you smug looks if you try to bring a trailer. The customer that might actually be able to buy something get dirty looks... totally makes business sense. Further on pickup they kept trying to get me to go down the wrong aisle. Not the brightest folks. I know where I am going because I walked it first. That is something you do when you have a trailer... The actual selection is ho hum compared to a decent antique mall. Prices also stated to be firm which at an antique mall at least I have some bargaining power.

Used to be better when all the barns were open and the second floor. Now everything is already repurposed.

Fun family day shopping! Great atmosphere to mingle with the vendors, learn about their stories and their crafts. The big barns are chock full of amazing finds!

Disappointed with customer service. Although we loved the selection and had several items picked out, the young blond girl at the counter had a terrible attitude and seemed bothered by us asking for assistance. She was rude both times we asked her for help so we left. Headed back to Sweet Clover and Emporium antiques.

A wonderful hidden treasure in Frederick. The artistry is amazing in the barn. It is well lit and beatifully decorated. Great place to find unique special touches or to window shop for ideas for fresh decor.

Disappointed. I placed an online order and did not receive complete order. Emailed times 3 in July. Finally got a response that it would be taken of. It is now October and havent received item and no further email. 🤔

Way overpriced and the only uniqueness is in the white barn and in the grass, its an over done,yes beautiful, show room gauging the women who think its brilliant,when up the road,the same thing can be bought fir 20 dollars, is there 200!

A large variety but we felt the furniture was overpriced for the condition of it. Granted some are antiques but not great antiques and not worth the price being asked. Didnt like it that all pricing is firm/final too.
