I brought my IPhone 7 in to fix the charging port yesterday and now it works better than ever! Luxse and Nick were great! They were very kind to show me how to check my battery health and very transparent with how the process works. I will absolutely be going back for my next repair!

Great Great Great service, super quick and great people to work with. I went down the street to a guy who didnt have the screen for my iphone 5 after I shattered it and he didnt provide me with much help or if he could help in the future. On my way home I passed by these guys and it was the best decision I made. They had the parts, said come back in 40 min and it was brand new, and no issues yet. Highly recommend them

Awful store. Do not waste your money. I got my iPhone fixed here by a lady named Ruth. She did a terrible job, not to mention it was extremely expensive. It’s a complete rip off. iPhone cases on display are also overly priced and you can find on amazon for a third of the cost. Save yourself a trip. Save yourself money. No matter how urgent it is, do not go here. Awful experience.

I have broken my phone twice and I went to staples the first time. It cost more then they said and it took awhile. The second time I went Fix My phone and it was cheap and the guy was really nice and quick

My phone randomly stopped working. Brought it here and they said they would diagnose my phone. They opened it, leaving black dents around the edges of the back glass, and said they couldnt find the problem. They still charged $30 for diagnosing it.

This place...I went here because my camera quit working and I happened to be next door. They charged me $30 to diagnose my phone but couldn’t fix it. Afterward, I took it to a family friend who opened it up and found missing parts!! So not only did they SCAM me out of $30 to do nothing, they STOLE parts from inside my phone. Avoid!

Went in today to get my cracked screen fixed on my iPhone 6, I had no hope for my phone as it was pretty bad. It was pretty desolate in there but a man popped out from his back office, gave me a price, ran my card and said 20 mins or so and it should be ready. We were in the area for about an hour or so, so we just came back in and sure enough it was done and ready for me waiting! He even put on a tempered glass screen for me for a little bit more. It was a completely painless process, the store was neat and clean and the people were friendly. I would definitely recommend for cell phone repair!

Run Do Not Walk, Run From this Place. Took a brand new phone for a repair on cracked screen.. Emily destroyed the whole phone. She caused the LDC to leak out of phone.. Had to purchase a new phone.. No Im sorry or anything.. Im taking this place to court!!!!!!

My sister, mom and I went in to get my sisters phone fixed. When we went in and asked the gentleman how much it would cost to get an iPhone 6s screen repaired. The man said the price of getting my sisters iPhone 6s fixed would be $149. My mom was a little upset because the last time my sister got her phone fixed it was only $90. But to be fair it was an iPhone 5s, so different phones cost more. Understandable. So we left and tried the mall to see if maybe we could get it cheaper. That ended not being the case. We came back to this store and the my sister stood outside knocking on the door for 29 mins and no one would answer. So we assumed he closed 30mins early. We decided after we got dinner to go back and the man was helping another costumer and told her if she came back later this week hed give her $10 off. Ok awesome. So we came back as my sister gave him the phone that gentleman next to him said that will be $220. Wait what? Thats not right. Yup $220 he is charging me. Yet my mom sister and myself all told the man multiple times in the beginning it was a 6s. So we now have to pay another $71 to get it fixed. I understand that it people make mistakes but thats a scam. We came to you 4 times and 3 of the 4 times the price was $149. So why would I pay more? Thats crazy. Bottom line if you have an iPhone take it to Apple. The repair for a iPhone 6s screen is $129.

I got my screen for an iPhone 6 replaced and after waiting about 2-3 hours, the screen was defective. They will have to replace my screen (once again) because it was done incorrectly the first time.

Shattered my phone screen today and found this place. When I called they told me the price without the usual run around I’d get from other places. Walked in and had a new screen 20 minutes later.

Over priced and very unprofessional. Tried charging me more than what it would cost to just buy a new phone. Would not recommend.

I went in to get my week old brand new Samsung Galaxy S7 screen fixed. Not only did they quote me a different price then charge me a higher price when I went to get it done but also had completely different time ranges for it to be fixed. I have a very busy schedule, time is always restricted. With all of that aside, they fixed my screen but not a week later, the back of my phone came off and my battery was warped. I eventually took it back to the store and told them what occured. Im assuming he was the manager, but after explaining to him what happened and the strange time line/obvious correlation between getting my phone fixed and the back and battery not working, he literally argued to me about how it couldnt possibly be their fault because they just take the battery out and put it back. As a manager myself, to argue with a customer is absolutely appauling or poor business management. After agrueing him for a good 10 minutes, he said he would give me a discounted rate to fix the problems for my phone. I agreed due to just needing to get my phone in a working condition and to get back to work. I bring my phone in 5 separate times for them to switch out the warped battery to find that each time the battery, that I waited for them to order each time, was defective or didnt work on my phone. After the 5th one, Emily called her manager to find out what to do and trouble-shoot the issue. He said to try one more thing, to clean the port with alcohol, and if that doesnt work, that they cant do anything else. So not only did they break my brand new $800 phone but they charge me $200+ more to do so. To add insult to injury, the manager never contacted me even after stating to his employee that he would and continued to deny any responsibility toward damaging my phone. Emily is the only good point to this store, she tried her best to only have her hands tied by the manager. This store is a borderline scam and a mockery to the business world.

The owner of this store Basheer is a fraud. Took my phone to get the LCD screen fixed and paid $230 for them to not install it correctly and had to come back and get it fixed again. A few days later the problem comes back and then as im scrolling down my LCD cracks again in the same spot where it was loose to begin with. After talking to basheer he informed me that bc it had cracked the only thing that he could do was replace it at a discounted price. And that it was my fault that the crack happened. Dont ever use them for services

They lost my records so i had to repay for a screen protector.also stopped by twice during business hours on different days (once at 10am once at 2pm) and they were closed

Had them fix an iPhone 5s screen. Found out it was one of the owners but yet 2 months later the screen just falls off. No cracks or damage to the phone, screen became unglued. Took it in to the store the next morning and was told to basically kick rocks. Went back to speak with a manager who was not available. Gave them my contact info and no response. Dont waste your time with a 30 day warranty especially when the service done is horrible to begin with. Go see CDC Cellular Repair Services,LLC on Industry Lane.

I had the battery replaced for my 5c and now my screen keeps popping out of my phone. The frame is bent as well.

Been twice but could not make repairs needed either time.
