Quick in, quick out. They had what I wanted in stock.What more can you ask from a store?

Returned a mic covered by the extended warranty purchased. The exchange was quick with no problems.

Fast service. If you like funko pops go there they have a good variety

Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very informative in terms of all the different games in the store, I had a really delightful experience, and had no difficulty finding the perfect game for me.

I am not a fan of how they have items on the shelf they actually have in stock. But I mean they have good sales so I cant complain much

Please be aware of how this store is operating. This facility is a smaller store and had more than 20 patrons in the store 12/27/2020, plus there was a teenager with no mask while in the store. The mask requirements were posted on the store door but it was clear no one was following those requirements. There was no 6 feet social distancing and there were customers inside the store coughing. This made my son and my husband uncomfortable and soon walked out with out a purchase.I would expect all places of business to follow the Maryland Covid guidelines and it’s very troublesome some that this facility chose not to.

Not all employees go by the same policy...very frustrating when one tells you one thing and you come back to something entirely different...

Great place and super helpful. Lots of games, equipment, and merchandise. Great place to get socks too. Most people do not know that, but yeah cool socks and games. What else can you want?

Theres this really nice girl that works there but I dont remember her name. I spoke with her a bit and shes a sweet heart. The location also offers plenty of opportunity to preorder anything you could want.

Nathaniel is a great employee. I needed headsets for my sons but didnt have a lot of money to spend. I needed a recommendation and he explained to me in great detail why he picked the one for them he did. Didnt try to upsell me, just knew I wanted to do something good for my sons and helped take care of it. This GameStop always has better service than the one in West Frederick.

I can always find last minute gifts for my teenagers here! The best place to find anime and superhero related knick knacks and apparel!

There were people coughing people with no mask and there was no social distance in the store . Also there were more than 20 people in the store at one time

I have been here 4 times in the past year to stock up on used games. Most times (3 out of 4) I left empty handed because although the display box is on the shelf, the actual game is not in stock. If you enjoy this kind of disappointment and dissatisfaction, this is the place to go. If you want to actually be able to purchase a used game that is being displayed for purchase, use the internet and look up ANY other used game store in the Frederick area. I have done business with 3 other places and not had any problems.

Plenty of merchandise. We traded in a ton of games and received fair prices as well as additional discounts with our GameSpot membership. Staff are friendly. Parking is plenty as this is a strip mall with a huge lot. Store was clean and active inside with demos onscreen.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to be sure you are happy. Good selection.

I have shopped at this store many times. Employees are a little flaky. And if you call they act like they do not know how to answer the phone. Sorry but sometimes Im not wasting time to go out there if they dont have something. Corporate should hire better employees!!!!! Wont be shopping at any Gamestop in the near future!!!!

Used to be a game store that had games for all platforms not so much the case any more. I would say a little more than half the store was game related merchandise like backpacks glases and pins and figures. The 1/3 i would have to say was systems new and used and games and accessories. Not what it used to be.

I have been shopping at this gamestop location for years. For the first time, I was made to feel like I was not a valued customer. Today was pro day sale and I wanted the star wars battlefront ii delux game and several others. They didnt have it in stock. Now in the past numerous times I have purchased games that needed to be dropped off the store with no issues, but tonight the younger lady told me I would have to pay extra. Never had been made to pay extra because they ran out of stock. Wow I was so shocked I put all my games back and left

This is an adequate store with plenty of games and fair prices, but a large emphasis at this location seems to be on non-gaming items such as toys, collectibles, and clothing.

That place to get used games

Overpriced games and never any sales on 1st tier releases. Why bother when you can go to best buy 1/2 block away and save $20-30 on most of the games. You can also download the games directly from Xbox or PS at a much lower cost.Most likely a 2nd hand clothing store will be taking this rental space soon enough.

Dont do in store pick up from this GameStop store.I ordered an item online for in store product pick up from this location, I never received confirmation from the store that it was ready for pick up. I had to call the store to ask if it was ready 2 days later. Staff told me it was ready and behind the counter waiting, so I drove +20 miles to the store to find that they had the item for sale out on the floor.

Good prices, helpfull and friendly. its a little cluttered which makes it moee difficult for me as a disabled person to shop there but its a great place to get some used games or gear.

They need to improve on their prices because sometime their prices are higher than the store they used games are higher than the new games I have a tendency Im going around to different stores and pricing different games because I buy a lot I saw one game at Target for $15 and I went over to the GameStop the same game was $30 and it was used and I couldnt understand that I just think theyre just ripping people off and they just overpriced net club membership Ive been having for the last 4 years and earn me nothing I think they give it to you just to keep up with what you buy but Target is a great place to get your video games and if you find it cheaper somewhere else they will match it

After waiting in line for 30 minutes, watching the two high-school students taking their Sweet time casually ringing up the 20 customers in front of me, I noticed there were a few people in front leaving in a hiss fit. Apparently the game or accessory they wanted was not in stock, but displayed on the shelf. Ridiculous, I thought, why would they display out of stock items? Well sure enough, after 30 minutes in line, the kid rings me up, Um... I dont have this in stock right now, sorry. Naturally I was a bit annoyed and asked, why is it on the shelf then with a few other boxes?Well thats the display boxDisplating what? That you cant buy this here?Very upset with the whole experience. Ive come here before, but never had to go through this. I might be asking alot, but is it too much to list out of stock items somewhere or pull the display boxes off the shelf? Unhappy
