Eye exam is regular as expected. I bought glasses from the store, costly which I realized comparing the price from other optometric stores. The quality of glass is not up to the mark at all. This is my first time buying glasses from here, I am wearing glass for 30 years, never been found such fuzzy glass. Its a waste of money.I was contacted by the stuff of the V eye P Eye care day after the review. I went back and they took a very good care. They recheck my eyes and changing the glasses in free of cost.Thanks.

Prompt scheduling; I was seen quickly; welcomed in; all staff were friendly; wide selection of frames (price, material, and style); Dr was clear, answered questions, explained testing; and discount made the final bill acceptable.

I always go here for my annual check up but this time I was very disappointed and they didn’t do a good job at all, felt they were just rascist and what so ever attitude, last year doctor said I need glasses and my eyes are too dry, but this time he said no you are fine than I insisted him that I can’t drive in night and I need glasses than he said ok it would make you see better and didn’t do a great job at alll!!!! I will be never be going there again and exam just took 5 mins and wait time was more with no patients inside 🙃and in Urbana I didn’t expect this kind of service.

I started going to V. Eye P. Eyecare in 2017 when I found rimless glasses that no one else carried. My eye care insurance was honored and because they are an independent shop, I got a much better discount there than I did at a previous national optical shop. The quality of the frames is far superior to the discount place and the service is so much more personal. Recently I lost a piece to my glasses and they mailed me a replacement part quickly at no charge. Michael and Rose, thank you for your great service and products!

Beware of these cheaters! Their warranty is a big scam and they do not stay on their words! Highly unprofessional!

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to get tested for contacts and new glasses. Very professional. The eye doctor was very personable and took the time to explain to me everything about my vision and the shape of my cornea etc. I transitioned here from “My Eye Doctor” and I much prefer this place.

Literally the best experience I have ever had at the eye doctor. The entire staff is kind, and willing to help, and the doctor couldnt have been kinder. He took his time to explain what was going on and how my prescription was affected by the structure of my eye. I will always be coming back to this office!
