The beautiful light filtering in, the reception desk that is staffed to greet its customers and the walls of the store - with the latest brand name eye wear for both men and women - you are ENGAGED!I was helped by Irina, team lead at the location.. I found her professionalism exemplary. Her care - on point. and her tone - calming. Above all, her customer service was just what I needed.Irina fixed me up with a pair of progressives. Then a pair of single vision lenses. If I had any questions, she was always available.I recommend Irina highly and this location specially as a place to get your eye wear.

Tony Simms is the most wonderful optician I have ever dealt with. Customer friendly, knowledgeable and all around great. I wont go to Lenscrafters unless he is working.

I haven’t had an eye exam in 35 years.. all the staff there was very friendly… While waiting to see the doctor.. Tony came over and asked if I would like to look at some frames while I was waiting… He was very friendly and professional.. made me feel very comfortable about picking out the right frames for me.. I highly recommend this lenscrafters office!

I went for an eye exam with Dr. Donna Glenn on June 3. Dr. Glenn was wonderful and I can see perfectly now.The young lady at the front desk (can’t recall her name) was friendly and cleaned all of the diagnostic equipment thoroughly before my screening.The eyeglass technician Terrance was friendly and efficient.I was able to pick my glasses up next day (today) as promised.Another helpful woman assisted me with my new glasses today. Her name tag said team lead, I believe.I would recommend this place to everyone. I scheduled an appointment for my husband today as well.

Highly recommend this particular location!Although Ive been in several LensCrafters®s stores and all of them had great services, but in this one I was able to get one great pair of each eyeglasses and sunglasses and save some money into the bargain. And all thanks to Irina and her advises, she helped me to pick an excellent Ray-ban eyeglasses. Since I was anyway planning to get a pair of sunglasses from ebay, but when I discovered that this store had a good discount on some sunglasses, Ive picked one without hesitation.

LensCrafters is excellent. I was welcomed as soon as I entered and I didnt have to wait for my appointment. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and Tony is absolutely amazing...true professional - he not only assisted me with finding me the perfect frame, but he also made sure it was within my budget and didnt try to oversell me. Look no further :)

I LOVE my new progressives! I was so nervous about making the switch because I’ve heard horror stories from other people about getting them at other places.....but they are amazing! I highly recommend varilux comfort lenses. They are incredible!!

Walked in with a pair of glasses that one lens had popped out of. They fixed them free of charge in less than a few minutes. I had been struggling to pop the lens back in myself at home for over an hour.

I had went to MyEyeDr and they accept my insurance but didnt have Oakley prescription glasses. I came here on a whim and worked with Tony. He helped me get the exact pair of glasses I wanted and we were in and out in just a few minutes. He explained I would have to wait a week or two for my glasses. 4 days later I received a text saying they were in. Although I know the shipping and manufacturing portion of getting my glasses is out of the hands of Tony and the rest of the Lenscrafters team, it was an added bonus for them to be ready so quickly. I want to personally thank Tony for being so professional and polite and making this entire process extremely simple. Thank you!

My wife and I have been their customers for a very long time as it is a convenient location for us and we have been generally happy with their services. Lately we notice significant deterioration in the service, long wait, rushed and tired agents, seems they are overwhelmed and over worked. Hope the management take notice otherwise they will certainly lose us as their customer.

Highly recommend this store. Dr. Crampton was great with the exam and Nancy was fantastic in helping me pick out some stylish frames. Nancy was also great when I came back later that day to purchase the second pair of glasses that she said my wife would prefer 😁

Mixed experience. Today, in the retail section, I did not receive good customer service at all. I was acknowledged and asked to wait, which was fine, except before the associate even asked the nature of my visit, they helped every other customer including those who arrived after me. A second associate came to assist and was the same way, therefore some people got helped twice before my visit was addrrssed.I was okay with waiting, but I am not okay with being treated as the lowest priority customer when they didnt even know what I needed help with. Even the customer that came in once they decided to help me was asked the nature of their visit in under a minute.Id leave one star, but I recieved stellar customer service when I bought my glasses about six to seven months ago. It would have been nice if he were there today.

The staff in the glasses side of the store is always pleasant to work with, extremely invested in making sure you get the right glasses for your needs. I was a little unsure as I entered. I received a positive greeting from the manager. I think her name was Alyssa or Allya. She immediately asked how she could help. She picked several frames and patiently helped as I made my choice. She also collaborated with another technician. I think his name was Tony. They both displayed a knowledgeable and confident disposition in assisting me. I would definitely recommend coming to this store.

I was having an emergency. The frames broke from my old glasses. I got the glasses out of town and I have ocular albinism so I could not just go to an optometrist. I went to lenscrafters hoping to find frames that would fit my lens. I need glasses to drive. I was told, we dont do that here and was dismissed. I have never been to lenscrafters before. I dont plan to go in the future.

Staffing was friendly and well versed in what they do. I took a prescription from an another place and they read it carefully and caught that the prescription was only for glasses for working at a computer and I was looking for a general use pair. Selection was great in the store. The only reason I gave 4 stars is even with insurance the price was similar to what I could get in costco with no insurance at all.

Me and my son had an eye exam with Dr. Niazi, she was wonderful and very helpful. They caught that my old prescription was over powererd from the old practice that was there. I am happy she caught it and she even gave me some different options as far as contacts for take home trials and told me to let them know which ones I preferred. Usually you feel rushed and kicked out the door at the eye doctor but she answered all my questions and gave me wonderful feedback and knowledge. I also like the high tech equipment with split view for seeing which lens is better during the exam. Also first time I ever saw that.

I have been going to LensCrafters for years 20+ years, this location for roughly 10 years. I have never had an issue getting glasses. I was told because the Dr at this location had changed, I would need to get my prescription from the former. Which I did easily, however I have also had times when I have had to get glasses at a different LC location and I have never had an issue because my script was in their system. The consultant also confirmed the scripted I had faxed over matched what she had in here system, made no sense. Why did I have to have it faxed if you already had it? Then I was told they didnt have my prescription in stock. This was after I told them I didnt want transition lenses, or any protective coatings. 20+ years never had an issue and suddenly they dont have my script? The Consultant wasnt rude, but wasnt very helpful, and seemed to lack customer service skills for a manager. I will not be back to this location.Update: Went to MyEye Dr. They took me right in, sat with me and went through all my different options including pricing. They listen to me, and took the time to understand why I wasn’t spending over $300. Customer service was outstanding, the person helping had almost the same script issues I have and had helpful suggestions for glasses, and my options for contacts, which I want to transition to.

My Partner and I went to the store so she could request a copy of her script for her glasses- she explained that she wanted to get new glasses but online. During this time the receptionist reported the doctor she saw was no longer working at the location and moved to a different location- the doctor nor the office notified her of this change- they also reported they couldn’t print out a script for her without the doctors approval-We asked if they could write it down for her instead- a man did so and not only was the man rude and unhelpful but the numbers he wrote down were not labeled and he didn’t even explain how to read the script to her- so she had to google what each of the numbers meant-This eye doctors has the worst customer service and doesn’t alert you when your doctor no longer works at the location.

Had a great experience @ this LensCrafters today. Scheduled an appointment online for 12 pm, arrived ten minutes early, filled out one form and then was promptly taken in the back within 5 minutes. The exam was thorough and my prescription was explained well by the doctor.The technician who saw me at the front desk, the doctor, and the technician who helped me find my glasses were all wonderful! Very nice & professional.

I am trying to understand if is included protection plan to discount?

My child needed an eye exam. They scheduled an appointment for me then cancelled it less than 24 hours before his appointment time because they wouldn’t see him until he was 7 (which would be in six months) now I’m left waiting weeks longer for an appointment somewhere else while he is having trouble at school and complaining of headaches.

The only reason I did not rate this company a zero is that rating is not available. Visited this location 10 times to have eye appointments and eyeglasses. Eye doctor seemed knowledgeable however the prescription did not work and later her boss came up with a different prescription. Had the glasses ($1300 worth) redone 4 times, the staff kept measuring them incorrectly and then they offered to remake them twice more with the same prescription and measurements, why would you bother? I then returned the glasses. They then offered me to go to the Lakeforest location as they would be better capable, if you are not capable why are you doing this? I told the manager at the Lakeforest location that I would like to try on the glasses before paying for them and she said she would have to ask the regional manager. Its been 7 days and no word, I called her and one of the associates said hold on and Ill get her and asked my name. He then came back to the phone and said she told me to tell you that she had left and to call her in 3 days. I had previously asked for the district managers contact information and was told he doesnt want people calling him. I had asked for the customer service line to the main company and was told we dont have it. A quick internet search of the parent company Luxottica found no contact telephones in the US and no email information at all. I seem to be a gluten for punishment after rereading my review so maybe I should have returned the glasses and written them off after the second remake and thats on me. I would recommend that you dont go to either location and possibly not use the entire company. I am a long time Ray-Ban customer and will not ever by one of their products because they are owned by the same people.

I have gone to this location for years. After how I was treated the last time I was there I will never return.

Waited over 45 minutes to be seen. Finally couldnt wait any longer because my children were with me and falling apart. I went to put my contacts back in and right as the doctor came and COMPLAINED that the stroller was blocking his way. HE was complaining to ME that he had to wait for me to move the stroller. Thats audacity. An apology for the inordinate wait time would have gotten him a lot farther than a complaint. This family of 6 will take our business elsewhere.

My appointment was at 3:00. I walked out at 4:20 with my new glasses in-hand. My experience with Dr. Smith was thorough, professional, informative and friendly. I dont know how my experience could have been better. My previous eye exam and purchase of glasses was at a private eye care facility in Urbana. It was crazy expensive, and the eye dr was uptight, over sold what I needed, and $750 later I couldnt adjust to my unnecessary trifocals. Dr. Smith and her staff at LensCrafters are aces. If you need glasses or contacts, dont hesitate to visit this office. Great selection of frames.

Avoid this store at all costs. Between my wife and I, we have gotten three pair of glasses from this place in the past year and pockets of spots always form on the lenses within a few months. The staff attitude is terrible when we went back to get replacement lenses. Also, I was told my insurance would cover free eye diagnostics and was encouraged to do it. But I was charged over $80 afterward.

Walked around in the store for a while and wasnt even acknowledged. Go to a different location or a different store all together.

Got my lenses tonight for my raybans, shoddy workmanship, visble rough edges, distortion in the lenses, ladies who work there were smoking when I arrived, right by door. I had my two small kids with me and we could not enter without smelling/ walking through their smoke. Very off putting, will not return after I get theses lenses fixed/ returned.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Tried twice to buy sunglasses but representative was so rude I left. Apparently they don’t need my business.

Fixed my boyfriends glasses for free when I black out drunk punched him and knocked the lens out. Customer service 10/10.
