Dr Higenbotham is the best. Very thorough, professional but friendly and reassuring service. He goes out of his way to explain things. You don’t feel like a number there. The staff is very nice too. Great place!

Dr. John provided me with simply the best vision care service I have received in quite a long time. He is patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is both excellent at, and willing to, explain every procedure in laymans terms so that you as a patient feel like a partner with him in the course of your care. The vision correction I experienced was outstanding, and the ONLY reason I will be seeking care elsewhere is due to changes in my insurance coverage. Excellent experience taking my son for an early eye exam through the infantsee program. The ladies on the phone and front desk were kind and professional. The doctor was exceptional and explained the process well and showed he really cared.

Dr. John fixed a misdiagnosis from another eye doctor, regarding my pink eye. He was very caring and pleasant. Would highly recommend.
