The service at this store is great, your a person not sum number. The Tech is a genius and can really make stuff happen when you think there is no fix he swoops in with a result.

These guys will take good care of you. My phone would not turn on or charge, sprint hotline was almost entirely useless (the only help being find a sprint store), so I called these guys. The person who answered the phone said YO, I was like is this a sprint store? He apologized and said yes I thought you were somebody else calling back. No need for the apology I thought it was knida funny, whoever it was was very polite and helpful and told me to come on in after work. When I got there the person at the desk remembered who I was based on my phone and the issue I described, and even remebered my name, talk about feeling like my call mattered! He set me up with the tech who instantly fixed my phone. It was a simple problem that I couldnt fix because I had no idea how to get my otter case off. Needless to say I felt a little stupid, but they were professional and didnt make me feel dumb with any snide remarks or eye rolls... Its rare to find that kind of customer service today, when all that matters at most places is selling you something and getting you out of the door with the hope that you wont come back until they can sell you something else. Its good to know that if something serious does go wrong with my phone or even if I just have a dumb question about it I know where I can go and be taken care of. These guys get it, I highly recomend them and wont be going to any other store.
