They have some huge combines there. (9870) If they wouldve had a 9rx tractor there I wouldve given it 5 stars. I ended up just buying a hat.

A bit confusing as to where to go when you first enter. Everything is roped off and there doesnt appear to be any where to enter?? Also, the person who waited on me was not wearing a mask. However, service was as quick and professional as it ever was.
Very helpful parts department. I also like there way of playing it safe for there employees during the covid 19 virus. Sidewalk drop off protects everyone.

Rear window smashed about 6 months ago. I wanted to try to repair myself called Gladhill Frederick. They ordered the glass and called 2 day later to say it was in and ready for pickup. When I got there I started asking questions about any areas of difficulty. The counter took me back to shop and had one of their mechanics run through everything and gave me some hints on things to watch out for. Went home with glass and a couple of fasteners they suggested. Not any sign that they didnt want to help me. It has always been that way. Wouldnt go any place else

Morris Gladhill lobbied in Maryland and he is AGAINST the right to repair. He claims that farm equipment should not be included in right to repair legislation. He states that farmers DO have the right to repair their own equipment and he works with those rights of users as a John Deere dealer. If that is true, why is it required that an authorized John Deere technician come onsite with a laptop (or remote in if internet access is available in the remote locations it is commonly used.) with software not available to farmers to validate a repair and allow the equipment to resume operating. As it stands, farmers are unable to purchase licenses to this software to be able to maintain their equipment and return it to service promptly after a breakdown. Before buying John Deere or becoming a customer of Gladhill Tractor, make sure you can afford to send your equipment to the dealer or pay for onsite service for every problem. Make sure that you can afford the downtime of your equipment between the time it goes down to the time the dealer can have someone onsite to resolve the issue. (How long does it take a tech to arrive? 10 minutes? 2 hours? Next day? Next business day?) Gladhill Tractor does not have your best interest in mind, but wants to make sure that youll turn to them any time you need service. They do not want you to have a choice. Please make an educated decision when choosing your next piece of equipment to be sure Gladhill Tractor can support your needs.
Horrible business practices from this location, why does this dealer lobby against regular joe shmo from fixing his own green junk? Special place in hell for these kinds of people and anyone that supports them in that regard. Do better.
This place is great! The staff is amazing and super helpful and knowledgable and not pushy at all. We just purchased a riding mower here and will definitely be back in the future when we need parts or assistance or anything else.

So I am a newbie and wanted to wait until after I bought my tractor to rate Gladhill. I spent 34,000 on a new tractor and accessories and I can now say that pre- and post purchase, this company has been great. Real service, no used car sales double talk, Teresa knows how to communicate and explain. Delivery was excellent, and Jeff taught me everything I needed to know. Even after I took possession of everything, they were willing to answer my questions and not make me feel that I was a burden. I also popped a tire, and they fixed it for free! Only complaint? I didnt get a John Deere baseball cap! Haha. No really, great place.

Service department experience was unprofessional and unfriendly. I went elsewhere. If their sales department is the same, I am not suprised at why most of their big tractor and implement inventory has suddenly disappeared -- apparently NOT due to sales. Are they going out of business? .
