I was calling to get my brand new generac pressure washer repaired. When I explained the problem he asked me where I purchased machine. I told him it was an online purchase. The first thing he said to me was that’s your first mistake. After that the whole experience was not professional at all. It was like he didn’t want to even bother with me. Going to bring my machine somewhere else.

The Oakland/Deep Creek location was a horrible choice for tractor service. I took my running tractor in for a smoke problem that was believed to be a bad fuel injector. I authorized diagnostic services only. The diagnostic should have taken a couple of days, or a week at best. 61 days later, I got fed up with waiting for them to complete the diagnostic services. I went to pick up my tractor. It was no longer running and in various states of disassembly. To add insult to injury, the manager tried to charge me more than $900 for a diagnostic they never completed. Further, he said that I needed a complete engine overhaul. The problem seemed to be with the manager and not the mechanic. Sadly, I had to take them to court to get my money back...which I was successful in doing so. In the end, I replaced a fuel injector for the tune of $62.00. My tractor is running fine. Think twice about having service done at this location.

Called to inquire about blade removal and sharpening and was told about having to put in a work order. On arrival it took some time before the counter staff person acknowledged my presence and it seems that existing work orders meant a one week delay -which the prior telephone call could have explained. Apparently everyone waits for April leading to the one week delay. And the cost minimum would come to $45 dollars- no further estimation seemed possible. I have alot to learn about tractors.

These people working here are top notch. I looked at 5 different places before looking here, they were very professional and could tell I had a disability and recommend the best tractor for what I needed. Hope the owner sees this! Good people !

Find someplace else to buy your equipment. I purchased my commercial O-turn from these people new. Gave them the business. Now I need parts that they dont have in stock. They wont give the part numbers out over the phone because I might find them elsewhere. The were rude and lost my business for sure. I was just saying yesterday. I need to buy a new mower next yr. It wont be this place!

Took an 041 Farm Boss to have the starter rope repaired, knowing it might be hard to get parts for an older chainsaw. Agreed to pay $35 for an estimate for how much it would cost for a complete overhaul and servicing. Got a phone call MANY weeks later and was told it would be $275 to replace the starter, recoil and kill switch and do a tune-up. Got the saw back, MANY weeks later, and a screw fell out of the starter assembly immediately. A phone call from them assured me it would be okay to put the screw back in. Tried to use the saw a week later, but it would not run. Took it back. Weeks later I was told there was a hole in the fuel line, and another $70 for repair. Now told that the saw is ready for pickup, and that the saw will not run unless the choke is left on, and they cant get a carburetor for it. Now were into the 5th month of dealing with poor service and $345 in the hole.
