Ive been a patron here for 5 years now. What a great experience every time. The staff is fun and friendly. Dr. Li is bright and enjoyable to visit. He has even pulled some strings to get me a last minute supply of contacts before my honeymoon. I cant recommend Corvision enough. I live an hour away without traffic and I still come here. Cheers!

I got my current glasses here.Dr. Li was very helpful throughout the process. The selection of frames here is also quite nice, particularly the ic! Berlin titanium frames.All-in-all, no major issues and would recommend visiting when in need of new glasses.The only real downside is how busy their schedule can be. Tried to make an appointment earlier this year, and they were booked full for several months (although that may be due to limited service during covid), but this may be a non-issue when things recover.

Dr Li and staff are the best! I’ve been coming here since he opened his office in Fremont! I’m now moving to Houston but best believe I’ll make my yearly appointment every time I am in town! He is definitely worth it!! Thank you Dr Li!

Dr. Li has been the only optometrist Ive seen who didnt make me feel like I was making up random answers to Is 1 better or is 3 better?He takes care to either remember or note down our conversations and goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and secure. The rest of the staff is also friendly. Ive been going here for 4 years even though I moved and its no longer the convenient option.

Great optometrist (Dr. Li) and staff! The staff was patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Li was very friendly and answered questions patiently. He also went over important medical history thoroughly. The optometry, despite being small, is well stocked with different contact lens types/brands. Their glasses selection is broad, from cheaper option frames to Ray Bans to Tiffany. If your insurance covers them, definitely try to book an appointment via their website soon! They get booked pretty quickly.

I’ve been here for 3 years now and still appreciate the friendly staff, and especially Dr. Li. They always remember me even though they only see me once a year for my annual contact lenses replenishment. Small office, clean and laid back, and communication and response is quick and helpful. As in, they go above and beyond to help out their clients! :)

The management is bad, i asked them if i can exchange my frames which they agreed during the time of purchase, when i went back to do it, the guy at the counter told me its 150$ extra for any exchange for a frame which is much less than the price of the original one. Fake promises is bad for business.

Great experience with Dr. Li, and was especially considerate in these social distancing days. He helped extend my existing contact lenses prescription, and ordered my new annual supply without requiring me to go into the office.

Great service, they were so patient with our little kids and Dr answered all our questions (we had a lot). Excellent and broad selection of frames and contacts.

Excellent care and service

Dr.Li was so good and his eye checkup process with all detailed explanation was so awesome.But, the problem is with frames part. I have ordered a frame, while choosing the frame it fits perfectly and I proceeded with the order. And it took more than two weeks to get this delivered. After my glasses were ready, I wanted to try it in their office and for that also they wanted me to book appointment. That again was taking one more week. And to ignore this delay, they suggested to do curb side pickup. Once I received my glasses (my bad), I didn’t try immediately. I tried it from home but the frame was too loose. When I bend down it fell down. This was also my bad, I reached front desk 1 week later, but they were not ready to exchange my frame since it was used. In order to do that, I had to buy a new one they said. The staff person completely changed his tone, that was so disappointing me. The front desk lady I think her name is Sara, she was so good she understood my concern and she tried to help me. But other staff who is actually in charge for the frames section was not helping me. Then Sara helped me to tightened up my frame but I was not satisfied. For few weeks it was good and again my fame is falling down whenever I look down. If I picked up my glasses in person from office I wouldn’t have gone through this problem. Because immediately I would have returned the frame. Lessons learned. I give 2 stars only because of the frame problem and my experience with the staff. If they concentrate more on customer service regarding the frames part, it would be so good. Hope this post would help others to know more about their process on exchanging frames and how to ignore this problem. Thank you!
