Clean looking, quite an array of hot appetizers besides drink menu. Silly ordering process- touch screen ordering followed by actual verbal order for drink. Touch screen requests too many unnecessary customer information.
Love the bubble tea options here! The waffle fries and chocolate egg puff are great too (especially with a scoop of boba ice cream)
The food is good but the service and time management is not.
Very reasonable boba and bento prices. One of the better boba places that serve food. Popcorn chicken is actually good unlike some competitors.
The staff here are friendly and have good recommendations for beverages - I got the Strawberry Jasmine Milk Tea, and it was delicious; the strawberry flavor isn’t overly sweet and adds just enough of the slight tartness strawberries can hace to contrast nicely with the sweetness of the boba. The cup the drink came in was surprisingly tall, it fits well in cup holders (a bit loose). Also, there they don’t seem to have a minimum for debit/credit cards (+convenience). They use a non-dairy creamer in the milk tea, though if you’re a strict vegan the non-dairy creamers still typically contain animal products as an ingredient.
Good lavender milk tea. The one in Union City has little pieces of actual lavender flower.
It was okay. I get boba maybe 3x a week and gave this place a try a couple of times. The boba itself is well made and has a god flavor and chew! the drink itself was okay tasting. Their menu felt like it was missing some of the classics like “brown sugar milk tea boba”, black tea options, or at least they were hard to find on the menu. I asked about it and they said they have jasmine tea. And another alternative to the brown sugar one...
This spot gives extraordinary service and enjoyable food. The best place around here. The meals arrived quickly and the rates were economical. I recommend this place.
This place is very bad service we need to wait more then 15 minutes for a drink
Omg Mr. green bubble replaced Super Cue!!!!! At first I came here for super cue, but saw it was replaced with mr.green bubble! I got a fresh watermelon juice 25% sweetness with boba, popcorn chicken, and egg puffs. It was really really good! They use fresh fruit for their fresh juices. In my opinion, 25% to 50% is enough sweetness. Their boba has a nice texture and flavor. Highly recommend!
A great place for quick drink. They have quite a nice menu with many different options. The service is quite good as well
Bad service and long wait.
My coworker introduced me to this place one day while celebrating my birthday on our lunch. I tried the fried tofu and house milk tea and I loooooved it! The employees are very kind and welcoming as well very patient 😊
Mr. Green Bubble took over Super Cue! Glad its here because Ive been wanting to try Mr. Green Bubble for a while now! Plenty of parking space in the lot. I tried their lychee green tea with lychee jelly and their gyudon beef bowl to go on my lunch break. The service was quite fast, even for the food (given that there was barely anyone there). The gyudon beef bowl was surprisingly really good! I didnt expect much since I dont usually get food from boba places but the meat was well cooked (not dry) and very flavorful! The sauce from the beef pairs well with the rice too. The lychee green tea was pretty standard; Ill need to try their milk teas to see if those are any good!
Charged the credit card, sent email confirmation with pickup time, made us drive 30 minutes, just to find out that the place is closed and nobody picked up the phone either. Quite disappointing
Boo. 11:45am. I came in. i know a bit late. cashier told.me they are closed..clearly said closing 12md. even customers inside was.told.to leave. smh
Great drink and I love the cups and u can reuse the cup.
How long ago did they buy their chicken? Who knows. We had the popcorn chicken and oh boy it was browning and looked old. Don’t get the chicken here. Their drinks are great but that chicken made me sick.
The milk tea at this place is really good. Came here with a friend once. One of the better milk tea and bolba places Ive been to. Offers great size drinks too. You can specify the amount of sugar and ice which is also good.
This is one of the better milk tea shops around. You can customize the ice and sweetness level. I got the matcha milk tea, however it wasnt really good. Tasted a bit funny. However, my go to drink of almond milk tea tastes pretty good. They brew the tea there and is made to order.
The.previous owner had much better milk tea than the current owner. i-Tea down the street is far better.
Love going to super cue. Food is not bad either
Honey Aloe is my favorite. It has a slightly sweet taste. Open late and at peak time the longest youll wait is 10 min after ordering.
This is my favorite boba place in the area - sure there are plethora of choices (i.e. gong cha, i-tea, etc.) but none of them matches consistency and quality of the drinks here. Everything is brewed to to the order and service is quick despite how busy it can get at times - it really is super cue.
Place is always closed and doesn’t update their status so I drive there and then I just have to go home. The tea is kinda disappointing as well anyway so whatever.
The tea and the boba at this location are the best in Fremont! The service is friendly & fast. They also offer many different combinations and choices, the tea is very fresh and not too sweet.
Pretty decent milk tea shop. Tried their brown rice milk tea and it was pretty good. I love shops that allow less sugar and less ice because many boba shops are way too sweet.
Good spot to grab some boba before going to the theater. They have a new Galaxy drink menu. I liked the Starry Night -- butterfly pea tea + lemonade and crystal boba. The butterfly pea tea is blue on top and purple where it touches the lemonade. Its a beautiful drink. They also have snacks here.
Drinks are decent and not too sweet like many other places. Their snacks are pretty good especially the waffle fries.
Liked Taro tea, but along with boba i could able to sip something grains/ flour. Not smooth boba pebbles
Tea is delicious and good quality. Boba tastes good too. Nice workers
My SO came home with some calamari and I as soon as I put a piece in my mouth, I wanted to spit it out because it was covered in cinnamon. Not tasty.I have no comment about the teas (I didnt have any).
My fav is mango blaze but its not available right now. Feeling sad
I got the dark roast oolong and it was a great drink. Tasted perfectly and the boba was spot on as well. Less ice meant less ice so that was great. Regular sweetness wasnt too overwhelming, but still showed up in the drink. The flavored boba is unique and definitely a must try. Really depends on what is made that day, but fun nonetheless.I would go back without hesitation.
I love the drink combination here. A little pricey but always fresh and satisfying.
As with the San Francisco and Cupertino locations, this particular branch of Super Cue has gone through renovations, and I must say, it is all for the better. Not only has the physical store been spruced up, but the entire menu and logo have been revamped.
Great variety of drinks and the best popcorn chicken around
The best tea place. They brew tea right in front of you, so its fresh. I like the aasam tea with pearls. Most tea places offer pre made teas and I dont like that. Super cue is best so far.
Really good place for reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I feel there is a better place, so I cant claim I love super cue, but its definitely worth the stop.
We ordered 2 drinks, 1 crispy chicken, and 1 fries. The drinks and the fries were ok. The crispy chicken wasnt what I expected, and its definitely not crispy. $2x.xx. In my opinion, somewhat pricey.
Decent drink. I order the Earl grey milk tea with boba. Tea is not overwhelmingly sweet, can taste the tea. Boba is alright. Could be chewier
This place offers a great boba tea with a right combination of sweetness, milk flavor, and tea taste. Also the super milky is a unique item you need to try!
The menu here for drinks n snacks are very limited in my opinion. Its not to big of a place to sit and hang out with friends. Theres no seating outside. The prices are comparable with other boba spots. Were had a really experience with the workers forgetting to make a drink for us. We had to wait for everyone elses orders to get filled before we got ours made. They didnt even apologize or even seem to care of their mishap. Wont be coming back.
The drinks here are usually pretty spot on.They participate in the FiveStars program and offer a free drink for every ten purchased.Recommend: Sea Salt Tea Crema
Usually busy but for good reason. Lots of choices, nonstandard boba if you want something different.
Good selection. Tea tastes good. Boba is cooked correctly and great
Food and service good, just a bit long for the wait for just a party of 6
Without a doubt this is the best milk tea in the Bay Area. The tea is strong and they add just the right amount of creamer.
Best Boba in Fremont, fun little place. Highly recommend the taro and watermelon
Its an okay spot to get tea, they give you options for levels of sweetness, brew of tea and ice. Skip the popcorn chicken its a small serving.
I like their fresh tea, one of the early adopters of tea-espresso, and not too sweet
They used to have daily lunch combo, set lunch with boba drink for $6~9, which was really a good deal. Its no longer available. I still go there for milk tea. Earl grey milk tea and Jasmine milk tea is my favourite. They have relayout their interior, its more spacious now.Sign up their loyalty program and install Fivestars app, they always have BOGO promotion.
There is something unique about their drink menu. The drinks are always a bit unconventional, but if you want something different, this is the place to be.
Solid tea offerings for novice and savvy boba folks. All their fried food is good.
Service was very meh. I had a passion fruit tea I think. I rather go to iTea or gongcha. It was late at night with freezing weather and they didnt confirm sugar/ice content. Most place would tend to ask.
Really enjoyed our lunch, every dish was delicious.
Good drinks and food. Their combo bento boxes are cheap and excellent
Their matcha milkway, so good!
Awesome Boba & calamari 😊 staff could be more friendly tho
I like Boba tea here. The cost is reasonable!
Neat place. always come here grab my milk tea and then go pump the gas st costco next block away.
We ended up with a White Grape Oolong Tea w/ Mango (light sweetness) and lychee jelly per our request. While it was still a little sweeter than Id probably make for myself, it was still really good and by any one elses standards probably just right.
Good taro milk tea with boba the correct consistency. Service was fast and they had a good variety of personalizations for the tea (different sweetness, toppings, and tea strength).
Awesome place offers wide variety of flavors with interesting combinations :)
This place is amazing the tea is freshly brewed and its amazing the boba and rainbow jelly are very chewy
They have a huge variety of teas like teaspresso, flavored tea, milk tea etc...
Nice drinks by they are pretty slow at making them
The tea here is notable for the fact that you can pick how strong the tea strength is.Unfortunately, the ramen they serve leaves you quite disappointed
I came here for the first time and was very disappointed with my drink. I got the peach oolong tea. It tasted very diluted. There wasnt much peach flavour. I also tried my friends drinks and it also tasted very diluted.
Love supercue in fremont. not only are their teas yummy, but they let you do half/half toppings for the price of one! i always get the brown rice milk tea and get half boba/half taro. delightful.
Didnt have the popping bobba mentioned on website :(
Great spicy spicy buffalo wings and avocado smoothies
Our go to place when riding our bikes from milpitas. Fast friendly service, they take cash or credit cards.
Great milk tea, gets busy in the evening. Wait can get long.
Good drinks. Love the Mango Super Milky!
This is my FAVORITE place in the Bay Area for pearl tea. I cant believe this place doesnt even have four stars. That saddens me.I dont drink tea with milk in it unless the place has an almond milk substitute option (which is SO rare). I dont like the non-dairy powder alternatives either. My personal favorites:OsmanthusHigh Mountain OolongPeach OolongDark Roast OolongGenmaicha
All of the tea is made fresh to order from the teapresso
Best tea/boba in the area.
It looks like the milk tea drinks are made with real tea as they proudly display the different types of tea they use in the tiny jars near the pick-up area. Thats so good to know!Service is actually really good for an Asian cafe. No attitudes, no frustrated looks, and surprisingly generous! We ordered crispy chicken and french fries but somehow the cashier heard crispy chicken and fish balls. My bf has no interest in fish balls whatsoever so we had to tell them that the order was actually FRENCH FRIES. Not only did they quickly agree to fix the order, the guy let us keep the fish balls too! He said that we had to wait for the fish balls so we might as well keep them.I was also pleasantly surprised by the lack of line. Im so used to waiting 20-30 min for my milk tea that this is something I would totally rate up for. It might be because theyre pretty quick with filling the orders and most people get it to go. They also take credit card with NO MINIMUM. Another huge plus!Okay, onto quality of food and drinks:-Im usually really sensitive about sweet drinks/dessert/chocolate, so I tend to order less sweet when I get my milk tea. I was surprised by how bland the drink was having ordered mine less sweet. But this isnt necessarily bad, it just means that their normal sweet might be the perfect sweetness level for me, for once! Who wants a drink loaded with sugar anyway, right? I will be getting my drinks there normal sweet from now on (:- I thought the oolong crema was a little disappointing. It wasnt anywhere as tasty as the MF oolong from Gong Cha, but it wasnt terrible either. Got this one normal everything since I didnt specify.- If you order mild for crispy chicken or the fish balls, they might still be a little too spicy. I dont have a great tolerance for spicy foods, but Im not a total wimp either. The spicy aftertaste is what gets you!! The chicken was very good though!- They serve ramen?! Mixed feelings about trying it. Will update review when I get the chance to try it! :P
Good boba and bento boxes.
Had the iced matcha latte was delicious
A little pricey for the size drink....only tried for the first time...and not bad. Will go back
Good boba place in the east bay.
Best Boba and good snacks.
Good prices, pretty average cafe.
Like their drink. And snack
So sad. First time eating ramen without meat. 😭😭We went there cause they open until 11pm.
Great crispy chicken
The owner has changed, something different than before.
The only downside is the calamari. I wish they werent the rings
