When I looked up the menu I was pleasantly surprised to find Indian flavors and wanted to try them the image is of a double scoop of paan and saffron pistachio. It was really good. The paan was really nice if you fancy it. You couldnt go wrong with saffron pistachio. Will definitely go back to try other flavors.

It tasted pretty good. The line could be long from time to time. They had more flavors in pint containers in the fridge than you could choose for a single, and it was the only reason I gave it four stars but not five.

Very nice and friendly staff! Ice cream was great flavor! I got mango and saffron pistachio and chocolate chip. It’s very rich in flavor. Can’t wait to go again. Even after my ice cream melted made it home and put it in the freezer and the next day I ate it, it tasted the same! Which I am so surprised and amazed. And it was nice and creamy as well. I also asked the girl that was helping me where they made the ice cream and she said downstairs. And you don’t get that a lot from ice cream places. Can’t wait to try the coffee flavor they have but they were out of it when I went. 😣 but I recommend for you to try this place it’s so good! And friendly staff!!! 👌🏼

I came here today for the first time and was surprised by all of the Indian or exotic flavors as they called them. I got a scoop each of the saffron pistachio and faluda (Indian dessert). The saffron pistachio had a ton of pistachios in every bite and the faluda ice cream was on point!! Both were delicious. No tastings are allowed currently and there is hand sanitizer by the register. They allow 10 customers in at a time. I cant wait to try their other flavors!

Unique flavours. Sitalphal / custard apple flavour and tender coconut are good. Staff is courteous. Nice neighborhood. There is a park near by to sit outside and eat.

They have some unique flavors like cardamom pistachio and custard apple. My favorite so far is the mango: simple but well-executed. It’s smooth but not overly creamy, which works well for a fruity ice cream. Their other flavors are richer if you prefer super creamy ice cream, such as the pistachio ones (they have several pistachio ice cream flavors including saffron, plain and cardamom)

Very unique and exotic flavors. Falooda and cardamom pistachio kulfi are two uncommon flavors. They didnt have all flavors available. Lines can get a bit long on hot days. The menu is inside, not outside, so you have to decide inside. We got a flight of four flavors which was a good sample. There were only two workers so it took a while to get served.

Ive been here a couple times and its a great place to stop by for a treat once in a while. Amazing flavor combinations and great ingredients. (which do make them more expensive). If youre feeling adventurous I recommend coming here. 👍🏽

These ice creams are just perfect: Not too sweet or chunky. Textures are smooth and not too rich or icy. Its variety of flavors reflect the Bay Area’s diversity so there’s definitely a favorite flavor for everyone.

I love Niles and it was a 90 degree day so we decided to walk in and grab a cool treat. One scoop was almost $4 and it was finished by my hubby by the time we paid and walked out. They were so tiny! The staff was friendly and the ice cream was good but not amazing. I’ll prob not come again but that’s me because I love good portion and quality. 4 star for staff and the place was clean and convenient.

Always absolutely incredible flavorsPistachio Saffron is the best, most bourgeoise-est tasting thing ever, my legs get weak eating it. Incredible.Its hard to explain the depth of flavor available here unless youve been here, or something of similar caliber, but Im not sure where that would be found.Cardamom, saffron, rose, ube, are just some of the wonderfully deep flavors that are commonly used here, along with more conventional things like unicorn vanilla (just vanilla, with swirls from natural things), or other wildly flavorful and delightful flavors such as honey lavender, etc.If you dont mess with dairy, or you eat vegan, this is hands down the only place you should to go to get your next level frozen treat on.For those who do full strength cowjuice, this is also the best spot to go, Strauss based goodness.

This place is amazing! Definitely worth a try if youre in Niles. Such unique and natural flavors. I live so far away but I definitely want to go back every time we pass the town. Staff is super friendly and let you sample their house-made flavors. I loved it! Theres another ice cream shop a block away and its always packed and a Baskin Robbins less than a mile away but I would choose this place over both.

If you want ice cream with exotic flavors. Then this place is for you. Notable flavors that are my favorite is honey lavender, saffron pistachio, earl gray tea. Im pretty sure you get the idea. They also carry the regular flavors also. The ice cream isnt overly sweet. The flavors shine through on every bite.

I have been going to this place for over a year and half since my wife introduced to me in late 2019. Have been a loyal customer and loved the different ice creams they have, my favorite being cardamom pistachio and falooda. Would recommend it highly, friendly staff as well.

So overpriced. They got rid of the food they used to have and now sell a single scoop of ice cream for $4. A simple cake cone is $1.50! We wont be back. There is a much better ice cream place just down the block. So sad because this place used to be great.Edit added after business response: Your staff charged me $1.50 each last Saturday for the cones. Its also labeled as such on the cone display. Our total bill was $25 for 4 single scoop ice cream cones. Thats more than most other places.

Nature’s Organic Ice Cream is amazing! I tried the earl grey and matcha berry flavors and both certainly did not disappoint. The earl grey had an amazing earl grey tea flavor but it’s perfectly balanced with sweetness. The matcha berry had little bits of berry mixed with a premium matcha flavor. Would love to try their other flavors next!

Here at 3pm on a Friday. Was pretty quiet at first but it became very busy within 20 minutes. Almost a full house now. Only one staff was here so service was pretty slow. Place is ok. Nothing special with the drinks. Have not tried their foods.

Love this place! Lots of great flavors, the Exotic Flavor list is a tasty surprise. From that list, I chose the Lavender Honey and the Raspberry Rose. Both flavors were amazing! Will be going back to try the rest of their tasty offerings, no doubt about it!

Only their vegan flavors are pure vegetarian.Flavors: Falooda and Pistachio / CardammomThe flavors were REALLY good - you can tell they have mastered their recipe.At first bite you really feel the consistency of the milk. The whole flavor, that evenly coats your tongue and holds in the ice cream flavor. But doesnt leave the slimey feel, or weird after taste.Our flavors had just the right amount of sweetness (which I think causes the after taste). They were also not over powering - not too rosey, isnt overloaded with the basil seeds. Nor was the cardammom over powering in taste, and you were able to taste the pistachio, which is hard to get out without the essence.We didnt understand why there was a huge line with Niles Ice Cream and not here - as the prices are comparable. And the tastes are probably cleaner, and still get the variety.Definitely will be going back!

Hands down, the best ice cream I’ve ever had! All other ice creams now seem too processed and made with powdered milk. The quality of the ice cream at Nature’s is amazing because of the ingredients they use. Creamiest Straus Milk is the game changer. And then there are the amazing flavors! Cardamom pistachio, saffron pistachio, mango, custard apple, and my favorite paan. You have to try it and you will realize the difference.

I am an ice cream connoisseur and this is very high quality ice cream. They offer unique flavors as well as traditional and fun ones, so theres something for everyone. I love flower flavored foods so I got a scoop of rose and a scoop of cardamom pistachio! Highly recommend if youre in this town!

This review is for ice cream only. The cashiers were super friendly and let us try a ton of samples. My favorites were Honey Lavender and Cardamom Pistachio Kulfi.

Each ice cream is so exotic and amazing. The chicoo ice cream for example is made of a tropical fruit associated with different countries and they named it according to what different countries call the fruit in an effort to promote unity amongst their crowd and I thought it was the coolest thing ever!

Yummy Ice Cream flavors. We ordered Custom Ice Cream Cake (Orange Cardamom, Rose Petal and Saffron Pistachio) for a birthday party and it was all gone in a flash. Cake was decorated with natural color sprinkles. I would highly recommend to checkout this place.

Went there today for ice cream treat with my wife. They have exotic flavors that we love, but the store was very hot inside and the ice cream were almost melting . We took one scoop each and believe me it was a tiny one scoop which did not even satisfy our crave due to such a small portion.My wife’s scoop was really melted so she said that she will opt out for another flavorContacted the the owner and she apologized for it and invited us to come back again when AC was fixed . We did go back after a week and the ice cream portion and quality was much better and it was free from the owner as good gesture and to say thank you for being our customer .

I stopped by to buy 2 pints, one mango and the other birthday cake. Not very impressed with birthday cake. Im a big fan of cake chunks in ice cream but this does nothing for me. On the other hand the mango ice cream is delicious! And then docking them a little because it took them a bit to realize I was in the store and even when they realized I was there and looking to be a customer they didnt really greet me. The transaction was efficient but lacked warmth.

I love this ice cream shop! The flavors that they have are amazing. Some of them are really subtle flavors, which I love. The owners are extremely sweet, and the whole environment is lovely. I recommend the Rose flavor. It is the definition of perfection.

The best ice cream in bay area! Cows milk ice creams are wonderful and unique. Vegan ice creams are extra-ordinary! Talked to the staff - ice cream is made at the store. The ice cream maker is an Indian lady (hence the Indian flavors and full cream! ). Worth the drive from south bay!

The richness of the flavors totally surprised and intrigued me. Ube and Faluda was my choice this time, and hopefully I will get to try them all soon:-) Cant wait to go back!

While it wasnt to my taste I appreciate the creamery for what it is. My brother got this unicorn vanilla flavor and that one was pretty good! Interested to see what they provide in the future, there arent any real safe flavors.

We pre-ordered pickup through Grubhub, for a pint size of custard apple/sitaphal and rose flavor.The shop is located among a group of other restaurants, with a small park and parking lot right opposite. If not for COVID, the location is ideal for a weekend icecream getaway as you can sit outside in the park and enjoy the dessert.While picking up our order, we also bought cone icecream. I had my favorite chocolate with chocolate chip icecream and it was really yummy. My husband bought falooda and again it too was really good.Custard apple flavor was beyond words and you can actually taste the natural fruit. It looked like vanilla icecream, but a single spoon will reveal the flavor.Rose flavor looked like strawberry icecream, but again its the pure flavor that stands in our mouth.PS: Our Grubhub order seemed to have been picked up by someone else. But we got our pint size icecream when we showed our email receipt. I would recommend not ordering for pickup and just go there directly and order for takeaway.

Small local eatery, you really need to look for the stuff you like to eat as the menus are limited. It would seem to be more than one business bundled together. Although different folks are waiting they all have either ice cream in mind or some health-related meal. The decor is limited the meals are small. Not sure well make it back this way.

Best ice cream in the Easy Bay! All flavors are true to taste. No artificial colors or flavors. My favorite is caramelized banana and betel and fennel (paan)! We also had a cafe latte and it was fantastic. Fortunate to find this gem. We will be back.
