Tasty ice cream and nice selection. Great service and fast!!!

Not so good experience - more about the customer service. Went here on a Saturday at about 8 pm. Not many people around. Since this was our first visit here, as a local guide, took pictures and then tried entering the store. The girl at the counter rudely interjected mentioning that its a 6 person, 2 party store policy. In her defense, it is visible while entering the store, but who pays attention to the different stickers before entering a store? We hunkered back down waiting for our turn. We got in after one party left and then we were generally looking around in the store looking what flavors to buy - not try. It had not been a minute and like any first timer, we were talking among ourselves and asked her a couple of questions. Sounding impatient and disinterested, as if we have been there for an hour, she gives a blank stare and responds. We quickly bought a tub and left.I definitely, will think before getting ice cream from this store. There are at least 3 ice cream stores on the same street. 2 stars for probably the only time we will get ice cream from here.

Cute little ice cream shop with ice cream cones and a lot of choices for sundaes!

Stumbled upon this place when looking for the Silent Film Museum, and it is an amazing find! Has that nice Ma and Pop feel to it, and so many options of desserts and drinks. Service was so fast and friendly. Got the Marble Black Raspberry, and it is the right amount of sweetness! Highly recommend this place! Will return if Im in the area again~

Amazing ice cream shop that serves up absolutely delicious ice cream at extremely reasonable prices. I went for the ultimate in decadence with smooth flowing caramel and it was great once in a blue moon when you’re looking for something ultra rich. They don’t skimp with a scoop either. I ordered just 1 scoop in a waffle cone where they thankfully don’t surcharge depending on the vessel (cone/bowl) and was met with the world’s largest scoop. There’s some limited indoor seating as well as outdoors but when I went in the shoulder season between summer and fall, it wasn’t crowded at all. Service is quick and efficient.

Excellent selection of ice cream flavors!I had a scoop of burgundy cherry and pistachio and both were absolutely delicious, creamy, full-flavored, and tasty. The scoop size is rather large and prices are comparable to other ice cream stores. But most other stores do not carry cherry ice cream and certainly no pistachio ice cream that has real and whole pistachios in it.I would not go anywhere else any more for ice cream! I am hooked! You aught to try them out!

Came here after a big lunch because I was craving some ice cream, and boy does it not disappoint! Got the waffle cone with two scoops, and the scoops were enormous. Slightly regretted getting two scoops. But the flavours Ive tried are amazing! Lovely staff as well.

The flavors are amazing. I always try the brownie Sunday. Its in the historic Niles district, plenty of parking across the store. They take card as well.

We enjoyed the cones and cups of a few flavors. Particularly liked the Ube which we don’t usually have at grocery stores. We ended up buying a eight dollar prepackaged big cup and indulged ourselves at the store...

This is a small locally owned ice cream shop. Ive never had a flavor here that I havent liked. They will soon be switching over to Loards Ice Cream which is also locally owned and churned in San Leandro. Dont be concerned - Ive enjoyed Loards for years. The flavors may change a bit but Im looking forward to being able to enjoy a favorite of mine from childhood - Butter Brickle...along with other new one to the shop. Now I dont have to drive to San Leandro! The previous ice cream provider was awesome but they apparently decided to retire. I love supporting a locally owned and tasty business!

The best ice cream I’ve ever had if not the absolute best. It’s so creamy and flavorful and it tastes like the ingredients are super fresh and high-quality. My personal favorites are the bitter chocolate, caramel and strawberry.

Go there this weekend.

They have some of the BEST ice cream around! No lie. The Tin Roof Sunday, Pralines and Caramel, and Cookies and Cream are three of my top favorites from here. But they have PLENTY of other flavors to blow you away with. Ditch Coldstone and try this place instead!! You WONT regret it.

This place is great! Very friendly staff. Very often in the summer youll see this place full of kids and parents trying to keep track, creating a fun atmosphere in and around the shop. Its a sit, eat and enjoy kind of place. And lets not forget the ice cream. Its creamy and delicious. Strawberry and Cherry are highly recommended.

Sweet little shop featuring many Homemade flavors.I had a Black and Tan which was 2 scoops, one vanilla with caramel syrup and the second scoop was coffee ice cream with Hot Fudge topped with whipped cream I declined the cherry, but requested a few nuts, in which I was given the choice of slivered almonds or chopped walnut.Service was fast and friendly by the two women behind the counter, perhaps a mother daughter team?Ice cream was delicious, and I recommend a visit or two or three... 🤩

I dont eat ice cream, but my husband and family do and they love it. The baked items are really good, especially the brownies and peanut butter cookies. Lots of parking. Really creamy. I love their pistachio flavor as it have full pistachio nut beside not extremely sweet.Tips: if you can’t stand the long queue or limited seats. Get a bucket to enjoy at home :-)

This was a cool little spot in Fremont, plenty of different flavors to choose from and the staff was very helpful. I loved that that the waffle cones here werent stale at all, they were very delicious. I would definitely return to this spot to try different flavors and to try their mini pies, the best part they are open late too.

I live right up the street from the place so I figured I would write a review. I have been to this place a few times, and every time I was satisfied. They have really good quality ice cream for a very reasonable price. Very good and comforting environment, extremely well kept, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this shop for locals or passers-by that have a sweet tooth. :-)

Definitely fell in love with place on our first visit. There was no wait to order and we were offered samples of the best seller, as well as the 2 seasonal flavors. I chose the Black Raspberry Vanilla and I was very happy about that selection. My sister ordered chocolate chip cookie dough and it was good too. As others have mentioned, it is a little pricier than other chain stores but I promise that its worth it (flavor+portion+local business=😍)

I was introduced to this ice cream shop by a friend and soon realized that its probably the best place in Fremont to get ice-cream. I would venture to say that it may be one of the best places in the entire bay area to get ice-cream. Good prices and great ice-cream.

OMG. If you want some ice cream, then you have to go here! Their ice cream is so creamy and delicious. Their flavors are awesome too! I usually get a double scoop on a waffle cone...the Pralines & Caramel and the Tin Roof Sundae (has nuts in it for people with nut allergies). They are also very nice their and the scoops they give you arent little scoops, they are a very good size scoop :)

The ice cream flavors are more natural and less sugary tasting. The owner (older gentleman?) was very nice and offered samples even after we had cones in our hands. The single scoop was pretty large and worth the $3 price.We sampled a limited recipe ice cream that tasted just like peach cobbler. So good!They offer pints for takeaway and even large commercial sized tubs for parties or events.

A relatively new shop in the historic Niles district of Fremont. This place is so good, it put all of the other chain ice cream places in the area out of business. I love that everything is very reasonably priced, especially their pastries, cookies and cake. Loved the ice cream? You can take a tub of it home! It gets crazy busy here though so be prepared to wait a few minutes to order.

So far, I came to visit twice, and my experience has been wonderful. My kids and I love their ice cream. This is a nice little place to take the kids after school, or on weekends. Niles area alone is an old but charming little town.

Great place to have a snack! Ice cream is really good and affordable, and the shop is complete with a Pokemon Go gym. My favorite flavor of ice cream is chocolate mint chip, but for most people, I would recommend the Marble Black Rassberry. However, being allergic to nuts, I wish they had more nut-free flavors.

Prime corner spot on Niles Blvd., Cant miss it. First visit impressions, delicious, creamy texture, classic and new flavors offered. The staff are friendly, the portions offered are good. Shakes and malts of any available flavor are always an option.
