The store is nice and clean. Its located with bunch of other businesses but there is ample parking. The Fruits and vegetables look fresh. There is a nice Pan Shop inside. Although the Pans are overpriced pretty much like everything else. Everybody in the store needs to learn proper customer service. One of the cashiers just forced herself in the middle while we were getting Pan. There is a spanish guy working there and all he needs to do is give us the Pans we point out to. But for some reason this lady cashier made sure she makes it difficult for everyone involved with her broken spanish. That was an awkward experience.

I found this store is very good so far. Prices are quite reasonable and good discounts. Fresh veggies are mostly available. I prefer to go here for Indian groceries. I have observed many brands item here most of the time unavailable. They are keeping majorly Lakshmi and Deep brands items which is not good in quality. They should bring more brands which customer looking for.

Ive been visiting apna Bazar every week since it opened in Fremont. Veggies are fresh, and you get all the Indian groceries you need. Also has some great snacks !It does not have a fast food counter and sweet counter like the Sunnyvale branch does. Itd be great if they do!

Good selection of East-Indian groceries and produce! Prices are good for the area! They did a good job with the decore of the store! Excellent selection of rices offered for sale! The outdoor display of produce reminds well of a farmers market, which is held on Sundays nearby! Service was good!

Newly opened Indian grocery outlet in South-Central Fremont off of Fremont Blvd and Irvington blvd. It is conveniently located, spacious and has adequate parking. Quite a huge selection of groceries and items.

Poor customer service. Happened twice now. I was here 9.30 am Monday. I was preety much only customer in line. 3 or 4 ppl were there near my counter. They are just making other work. In the end I had to fill my own stuff in my bag. Manager / owner are you reading this?Etana accha shop khola hai. Accha lagata hai yaha shopping karana but your ppl need some training on how to serve the customer & give preference to their needs & not be kaam choor.

Great store, well stocked and medium priced goods. Veggie area inside should get more attention as some of the stuff was old looking and wilted. Outside open air area is very nice with nothing else to compare to so I will say very good for selection and freshness except for Beet Root. They were not fresh and were soft to the touch and not firm feeling like they should. Maybe sell at a discount to be used up n making vegetable juice? Not helping an otherwise very fresh over-all appearance of a 5 STAR store. Keep up the good work and try just a little harder!

Spacious and well stocked. Variety of items at reasonable prices. Also there vegetables are relatively fresh. They dont have counter serve food section like they have in Sunnyvale branch but thats non issue for me. This place does the job of grocery store better than its Sunnyvale counterpart.

EXPIRED PRODUCTS MIXED WITH NEW ONES. Watch out. They opened in November last year with lots of fresh produce but the quality has gone down. In packed goods be very careful and check dates. We have had 4 instances where we bought different products and each of time found that they were expired. Frozen Indian stuff is twice the price of the same packed food you get here made in USA. After the 4th instance of expired product that we bought, I am done. Also now Delta variant is spreading and some of the store attendants don’t wear a mask. Go and shop at your own risk.

Amazing grocery store. I visit here every week to buy my groceries. They have the best vegetable farmers market with fresh fruits and vegetables. I even buy my roti and chapati from here. They are tasty and easy to prepare. I would recommend everyone to give it a try. Thank you🙂

You can possibly find everything you need. However items not priced are out to get you. Ask for the price on non priced items in the shelves. Or else youll find out Its priced above the ordinary.

Very rude cashiers, and price gouging is rampant. We witnessed one employee defrosting packaged frozen produce by banging on the dirty floor.

Comparitevly other indian shops prices are cheaper. Working staff is also good. Could get almost all indian vegetables. Not fresh during weekdays. Weekends can see fresh vegetables. Dont know when vegetables get unloaded so can get fresh ones 😝

The manager is very rude and immature. The store is not bad but they don’t tell you about no returns or exchange. Its just written on the side of the entrance, very easy to miss.

The use of sidewalk space is a great idea. Must broaden the aisle with the refrigerated/dairy section. I reduced one star for this issue.

This is stupidity shopping here, make sure to check the products expiry date, I baught the roti’s and it got fungus in 2 days even after freezing, There chapli kabab sare expired as well, most of the frozen items are expired, please be careful before purchasing them .

I went today 5/15/2021 .. to buy Laxmi Kolhapuri jaggery, I bought 3 each pricing$ 5.99z. I was surprised to see that the small container jaggery cost at much. I went back again to another cashier and she said $6.99, and then I went to the third cashier as the price increased. Another cashier told me $4.99 . I was very surprised again. I called the manager and asked about the price. He told it is $3.99. All the three cashier told their own price, it’s cheating on customers, we trust the cashier and they charge their own price . Apna Bazar a big name is playing with customers trust. Manager gave me an excuse that the cashiers could not under stand the BARCODE. I returned the jaggery . Would not recommend anyone .

All good...but...============I was waiting for so long for Apna Bazaar to open in Fremont as I liked the Sunnyvale Apna Bazaar so much. I happy that they have opened in Fremont.They have excellent choice of Veggies - Keep it up always like this.They have good and fresh groceries (Laxmi brand mostly).Though they have decent choices, the grocery are not organized properly. I guess they need more time.They have start Paan shop which was missing in bay area.Everything is good here...but the staff attitude is not good.There is no one to help find items. IF we ask the staff they are not courteous..Though this shop is best grocery shop in Fremont, they may loose if staff attitude does not change.

Pros: The place is open 24 hrs most of the items are available. Paan center available inside.Cons: vegetables even though displayed outside are not fresh. No one around incase we have any questions.Items not cheap compared to new india bazar or ICC but on par with other grocery stores.

I am surprised to see 3.9 overall rating. This is hands down the best Indian grocery store in the tri city. Very well maintained, has lots of stuff, clean, reasonably priced and helpful staff. I went there on Friday late evening and there were hardly any people, so no long lines either.

As usual, indian stores in Bay area dont take food safety seriously. I had bought multiple things and among them was Yogurt. Took home immediately and started making Kadi (Yogurt based curry). The curry turned out really sour. Trying to figure out what was the culprit, tasted the Yogurt, it was really really sour. Checked the best by date- it was wiped clear.That said this is the case with all the Indian stores. I saw in cash and carry store, people keeping Dosa batter out in the package before loading it for hours. The stores should start taking seriously and shouldnt wait for some health issue to happen.Dont want to give bad review for a store that opened recently. Will see if I encounter this issue again and will update the review accordingly

Worst ever grocery store, they are price gouging.. they even die for 10 cents to charge for the bag and they will let the customers put the stuff in the bag, it supposed to be them who should do it. avoid this place.. too much expensive
