This CubeSmart location is great! The units are clean and I had my stuff stored there for almost 1.5 years. I was afraid that there might be some insects or bed bugs, but everything was in a pristine condition! Check in and check out process was very smooth. Not too expensive as well. I would rent again if necessary.

Absolute fantastic storage facility. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and convenient location for their self storage needs. Check-in was seamless (I did the digital check-in and was able to stop by after hours to get access to my unit after hours when it was seamless to me.CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLIGHT: I had some issues locating my key to gain access to my unit and Stephanie, the manager on site, was GREAT. She helped me at the very end of her shift when the office was closing cut my lock after verifying my identity to get access to my unit. She was cheerful and didn’t make my late-day request seem like a burden at all. I’d definitely return for future storage needs.

The storage buildings arent new but my storage cube was clean and trouble free. In 2 years I never saw a single bug or evidence of any threat to my belongings in storage. Staff was always helpful if I needed anything.

You get what you pay for. Super basic. Had to come back the next day with my vacuum to clean my unit. Contactless sign-up and move-in online was super easy and straight forward.

The display of beyond exceptional costumer service is rare these days especially in the storage facility industries. I am beyond satisfied and quite impressed with the staff here at CubeSmart. Lionel is a superstar to say the least. On such short notice he was able to accommodate our unique buisness needs. Thanks again. Hello CubeSmart! Goodbye Public Storage, you will not be missed!

Customer service was very helpful when I rented my storae. It was very accessible for me to be able to access my unit

It is a little out of the way but when you need to store a car its hard to find someplace that has one big enough. CubeSmart did and got me in the same day. The space is just big enough. It was a little challenging to get it in due to the tight spacing between the buildings but it worked out. Half off the first month was a plus.

I went in and met the new manager, Stephanie, and wow! She has really been working to clean the place up. She was so helpful and friendly, too.

Process was seamless. The staff was exceptional and ready to help. Well maintained facility. I’m excited to store my belonging with CubeSmart and will recommend to friends and family.

Horrible experience, came in to get a space and didn’t get greeted and told me to come back in 45 min because she was leaving the office.

Lionel was so helpful. He went above and beyond when my unit was broken into. I will say this though it is a little uneasy to know after filling a police report to hear that there has been other break ins. I highly suggest a dislock because they are not easy to cut with bolt cutters. But Lionel was amazing. He trust cares about his customers and making sure they are happy and taken care of. I only gave 3 stars due to the fact that my original unit was broken into and the lock was changed to someone else’s lock so how secure is the property really.

The service is always great, and everybody I met are very nice and very helpful. I would like to thank them again here.

Im a former roommate of one of the employees (AJ). One day a few months ago he started coming home and filling up the apartment with boxes. I asked him about them and he said he found them at work. That struck me as odd and he just kept bringing more and more in until I finally moved out. He began acting really suspicious and I knew something wasnt right. I was looking at the revies for this place and have noticed many people reporting break ins. I think its pretty safe to say that AJ has been breaking into peoples spaces and stealing their stuff.DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNLESS YOURE FINE WITH LOSING EVERYTHING.

Updated review 2021: I now no longer store my items at this location. I went in one day and Judy no longer worked in the office. After that, everything about this place went downhill. The customer service, the cleanliness and professionalism. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, use this company. This place is not the same!!CubeSmart in Fremont is one of the nicest storage facilities there is in town. I chose this specific location for the cleanliness, safety and more importantly the staff. I do not live close by, but I made this more expensive option my choice as I found value in my dealings with the Manager, Judy. She is very professional and has to be the friendliest person I have ever met and had the pleasure to work with. I have been to other places, they are not as friendly and the facility is not kept up and clean. Judy asked me all the right questions to find me the perfect unit and allowed me to use the moving truck to move my stuff in. A great big THANK YOU to Judy for such a great experience! If only all my dealings in life were with someone like her!

We were in the middle of moving into our new home and needed some extra space. Our movers told us about CubeSmart so I decided to check them out and boy was I more than pleased! The store managers Judy and Karly were very welcoming, pleasant & knowledgeable. The facility and units are secure and clean. Karly walked me through the entire rental process and got me signed up the same day with no deposit down. They even have a free truck for new customers and Judy lives on site for extra security!! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage in the area. Thank you ladies, it’s always a pleasure!

I always thought that looking for a better storage will add to stress when you move. This is based on my experience the past three years that I have move. Things have changed this year when I went to CubeSmart.When I came to their office in Fremont, first thing I notice was the good,fantastic treatment I got from the Manager, Judy Klarnet and anothergirl name Karly. Among all the storage facilities I encountered, they havethe lowest price, very clean facility, which makes me more impress with them.Both Judy and Karly were so very nice, very helpful and friendly that they will do everything to make your move less stressful. Three or four times, Iwent to their storage and I felt the same treatment. I never thought that Iwould find a storage with employees who will treat you like a family. One thing I notice, JUDY AND KARLY WERE BORN TO HELP PEOPLE and theirkindness and helpfulness was inborn and coming from their heart.Thank you so much to them. CubeSmart is very lucky to have these kindof employees.

I was with a friend who was looking for storage and we came across CubeSmart. We were greeted with the smiling faces of Judy and Karly who were very helpful. Judy helped us figure out the size we needed and Then Karly took us on a tour of the facility, showing us the units and explaining rules and how everything worked. I was amazed at how clean the units were and how knowledgeable and patient they both were. Thank you two for easing this stressful time for us! I highly recommend CubeSmart, you guys are awesome!

These peeps are very nice, great at getting you started in your rental and usage of your new space....just a no-nonsense no-hassle approach. I like them. Keep it up; great job!

I give one star for low price. However, if youre looking for safe, secure storage on small units, this isnt the place. The cheap, wooden doors have hinges on the outside of the door. They have cheap sensors that can easily be hacked. There is video surveillance inside the buildings.

Great place for storing stuff. Sign up was easy and fast...faster than experience had led me to believe it would be. Judy was very helpful and got us a good location and made sure we had a cart and everything needed to move in. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful and the prices are good.

This is run by a very unprofessional individual. He lies and has his friends there at the facility partying all the time and taking up all the parking so there is none for the customers. He is never available to speak to the customers and when you do see him, he is rude unpleasant

My experience with all the employees @ Cubesmart was very positive. My situation was complicated as I was moving cross country and had additional aspects some expected; some unexpected which needed to be implemented; all which were done professionally. A stressful transition was tolerable and manageable thanks to the dedicated employees. Thank you!

The customer service here is excellent and they have a very clean restroom, but come rain or shine they raise the rent every 6 months and I dont like that.

We were moving up to the Bay Area from the Palm Springs area and needed a couple of storage units, one for the furniture and one for my classic car. I called the central reservations number and they got me all set up with what I needed with the Osgood Road, Fremont facility.Judy is the manager and has been nothing but helpful with our move-in. I was able to reserve the units several days in advance without charge. When we arrived to unload our furniture and car, the units were clean and all of them had a light to see everything inside. I can not speak high enough of how enjoyable and accommodation CubeSmart/Judy was to us and our needs. Their facility is right off the 680 Interstate and they have easy access.Again, thank you Judy so much for all your help and understanding.I would recommend this storage facility in a heart beat.

Overall experience was good and I would use CubeSmart again the only problem I had was I was late leaving only one time and it was only one minute past and the manager threaten to kick me out if it happen again

I got my stuff there for a reasonable price. It was clean and safe. They even have a truck that you can rent for free but I did not know.
