Was looking for so long to find a place and finally decided to pay a visit and definitely worth it. David is friendly and explained everything carefully. He made things easier and felt 100 % taken care of.

I have rented storage units from several public storage locations in Fremont and my biggest complaint has been with the management. That is until I rented from David. He runs a tight ship. David is very clear on the rules, and policies that tenants are required to follow. He is friendly and knowledgeable. David ensures the property and units are secure from theft and are clean with no pests. I truly believe David is an asset to public storage and its tenants.

Got a call from the manager after making my appointment and was very impressed with the contactless online rental option. David explained how to complete the process and I got my code and unit assigned instantly! Really convenient and all my questions were answered by the manager before I started the contactless process. Highly recommended and very satisfied.

The manager helped me with the contactless rental. It was super easy to do it online. Didnt have to stop by the office just went straight to my unit and everything was inside. Super easy and convenient.

They will take your property, and leave your lock on. Like nothing never happened.. please don’t use the lock they supply you with. Because that property manager is not right. He will walk around like he is sweeping just to see what you’re putting in your storage. NEVER COME HERE ( your welcome)

Really glad I decided to rent a unit here. Drove by and saw a gentlemen sweeping cobwebs off units and I knew this was were I was going to store my things. David Jr really takes pride in his job there at public storage. His place is always clean. He always said good morning to us when he passed by. If you had a question or a problem he always put himself in our shoes and gave us suggestions on how we can resolve the issue or question. Of all the times we have used public storage, he really stands out as being a super example of how public storage should be run. The place in Newark run by the “girls”is the pits. They are the opposite of how public storage should be run. David Jr took really good of us and he will you too. Best place we’ve been to. Worth checking it out.

I rented a unit here at this location a while back. Kim Ochoa the manager here at this location. Is a very nice lady. I had no idea how to pack my storage unit or what to do I had to move out of my place quickly. Kim was very helpful. Has great customer service. And every time I come in to this location shes always very friendly and helpful if I have any questions shes always there to give me the answers. Me and my wife appreciate Kim very much.

I had a great experience with Kim at this location, excellent customer service! Kim showed me a storage unit that worked great for me. She gave me some excellent advice on how to pack my belongings in the storage unit. She also gave me some good advice on boxes and moving supplies that I will use during my move. Moving can be very stressful. And she really put my mind at ease. When I first came into the office she was very friendly and very easy-going. I felt very comfortable right away. The process was fast and easy. Kim explained everything in detail. I plan to stay here for a very long time due to my situation. Can really helped my transition a lot easier. I left her office feeling much better and happier than when I came in. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know and family as well. Came in to buy some moving supplies, Kim the manager here was excellent! Me not being very experience with moving. Kim gave me some great suggestions on packing my items and moving. I really appreciated the help! Me and my wife have been in our home for close to 30 years. We are moving out of state. Thanks Kim for your excellent advice! Very much appreciated. If I need any more moving supplies I will definitely be back here. I have to admit before coming here, I stopped off at other places needing suggestions and help on what size boxes to get and honestly I got no suggestions no advice on anything and no help! People like Kim is what makes me want to come back! She had me and my wife laughing and enjoying conversation. That really means a lot to us since we have been overwhelmed with this move. Due to COVID-19 I have had to store all my belongings and move. I have been so stressed and overwhelmed and having to move all my belongings on top of that has been a nightmare to say the least. However, I was so glad that I chose to rent at this location. Not only is the property clean and organized but the manager David Jr is so kind and respectful it was very pleasant to engage with and the patience he showed listening to my story, at one point pausing the contract agreement to offer me a tissue (he could see the tears forming in my eyes) and to speak such kind words to me and talk to me as a human being and not just some customer renting another unit. I smiled and laughed for the first time in a long time. Seeing all the other people who rent there driving by and waving and saying hello and how are you see you later to David really made me feel like he cares about his property and his customers. Amazing display of professionalism and control during these really uncertain times. I cant say thanks enough and if I could give 50 stars I would!!
