This place is now my go to for oil changes. For synthetic oil their pricing on an oil change is very competitive. Time to perform service has been quick. They will get more business from me.

Great service. Lance diagnosed my concerns and presented me with a suggested repair at a reasonable price. I got my vehicle out of the shop in just a few days everything is working great. I would recommend this store to friends and family. I found my go-to place in Friendswood.

We had a horrible experience at this place! Lance is the most unprofessional person we have ever had to deal with. Stay away from this place if you value good customer service. We where quoted a price for some maintenance work and a windshield. We gave him a down payment and had to pay the balance at pick up. When we go to get the car the total is $300 more then he had quoted us. When we asked why it was more then what he had quoted us he became annoyed, irate and extremely unprofessional. He blamed the over charge on the windshield guy and refused to take responsibility for misquoting us and now expected us to pay more. Will never do business with them again and would not recommend anyone to take their business here.

I have used them for personal vehicle and work trucks! Services are fantastic and employees are great! Highly recommend to anyone needing their truck worked. Just cant say enough about how awesome this place is.

I have always been hesitant on going to get my oil change because of the long wait and bad service. Well this place has totally restored my faith. I was greeted by Caleb Strickland instantly and he attended to my auto needs right away. He was very kind and cheerful. The lobby was super clean and the seating was very comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Five Stars!!!!

Holy smokes! If I could give more stars, I would. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. Caleb is the absolute best at what he does and is honest as the day is long. My wipers are wiping!! If you need anything whether minor or major, this is the spot in The Friendswood Webster or League city area to go to! Highly appreciate them and highly recommend!

Took my car in for a simple oil change and they did take it back right away. BUT when they were done the man comes out and asked me have I had trouble with it not starting. No not at all I said. He then tells me that it just now didnt start and I needed a new battery. I told him I was not interested in purchasing a new battery. So he said he would jump it. It didnt need to be jumped because it was running! and just to be make sure I started the car up several time during the day after I got home and it started right up and then took it to another shop and the battery is fine! We have used this location for years for all 4 vehicles and had always been pleased but the new owners there are not trustworthy..very dishonest

My AC would constantly stop when I was in traffic and Forward fixed it right away for me at a good price. They even had a shuttle driver pick me up and drop me off at my house while they worked on my car. The shuttle driver was a beautiful young lady with a very great personality. She made my experience here 1000 times better. I appreciated everything that forward did for me!

I was in desperate need of two rear tires. I could only budget one at the time and I was going to just have to keep my fingers crossed that I didnt have a blow out until next payday. I ordered my tire here & was told to come in next day. When I arrived my tire was not available. That is where great customer service was provided. I was given buy 1 get 1 free to come in next day. This saved me so much to be able to get both tires changed together. If that is not the blue print for great customer care, than I do not know what is. I highly recommend this facility and will now have all automotive repairs done here. Never mind. This place was in different ownership when this happened not impressed at all with new company

Got in and got out. The owner is friendly and they did repairs to my vehicle in a timely manner. I was able to make it to work on time. So far so good the vehicle is driving great.

My family had recently moved to Friendswood and I have been searching for a place to get the oil changed in my wifes car. I was in and out of here in a timely manner and for a reasonable price (~$26 for a basic oil change). Staff was friendly and accommodating. I will use Friendswood Car Care again.

My wife got a flat tire, went to Forward Automotive Center and they did a great job helping us out. Found a good tire to replace the flat one and even gave us a lift to the library, while they were changing it. I will definitely be using them again.

From my small business background, you get one shot at getting new customers, the first time they give you a chance to earn their business. Your service, or people or cleanliness or effort has to rise to the occasion every time. Forward Automotive rose to that occasion today with something as simple as fixing a leaking tire. The little things count. I will be taking my cars here from now on for all of my automotive needs.

I brought my vehicle in today for an alignment and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office, the courteousness of the staff and the efficiency of the work done. My husband was very happy with the quality of work and the pricing. Definitely top on our list next time!

I was very impressed with the new look. They really cleaned the place up. I would have never stopped in that place before. I stopped in because my AMG had a low tire and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I think I am going to give them a try for my other maintenance things.

They have new owners who are 100% committed to Customer and Employee satisfaction. They also have a wonderful coffee bar & doughnut kiosk...

Took my car here for the first time and a very cordial and professional guy, fixed it very quickly and did a great job. I would recommend them highly!

Went in for an oil change and right off the bat they told me my vehicle required synthetic without looking under the hood. They said just because it was a Rubicon it required it. I reluctantly agreed and did some research and confirmed that it didn’t. I asked again before paying and they said some engines require it from the factory. I called 3 Jeep dealerships and all three agreed that I had been ripped off.

I brought my car here due to a grinding sound. I had taken my car to Big Star Ford for a prepaid oil change. At 19k miles, I was told my brake pads were bad, with the excuse I drove bad. But it wasnt till Friendswood Firestone looked at it, that a good mechanic figured out that the cause is from a factory defect. Thank goodness someone knew what they are doing! I would have had break issues indefinitely if it werent for these people! These people showed me the issue and I feel I can trust them.Thanks

Went in to get an alignment for my wifes mini van steering wheel was still not straight the van pulls now and wheels were not rotated went back and the guy calls me picky. Arrogant I was a tech myself at a dealership years ago and I know way more than the average person. Will never go back.

Rating is not on the work because I never got a chance the girl in the front was not welcoming at all she was rude and snotty said she would call me after 1pm it’s now 6pm she also kept all my coupons from the auto shop I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Poor service. Forward Automotive installed my flywheel 180 degrees off from the alignment pin. I was forced to bring the vehicle into the Infiniti dealership to diagnose/resolve this mistake.
