One day my MacBook Air that I’ve kept in perfect condition would not turn on. I googled the problem tried fixing it, talked with Apple support and they told me what buttons to push to try to fix it, but nothing worked. When I took it to apple to get an estimate of how much they would charge to fix it they said $500 without tax. I was not able or willing to spend that much to fix it.I brought my broken screen on my iPhone to Edge Repair and also found out they work on laptops, they told me to drop it off and they would see what they could do. They also told me if they cannot fix it they would not charge me for looking at it, which I thought was awesome. A week later they called me telling me that it is like brand new and works perfectly fine it just needed a new hard drive, and they only charged me $110 plus tax!!! WAY better than $500. I’m very pleased with the work that they did, it was fast, all the staff was extremely nice and they didn’t break my pocket. I would HIGHLY recommend to bring your device to Edge Repair.

I completely destroyed the back of my I Phone XS. Didnt know that it was made of Glass. I brought it to the Masters at Edge Protection. When they Removed the Case, I was able to see what I thought was unrepairable. The Front was also, blemished from the fall. Dropped it off at 10 AM, Picked it up at 6:30 pm. It looks like a Brand New I Phone. Praise to The Edge Protection, Staff. They are Top Shelf.

My 8-year-old cracked the screen on our family iPad. (Groan.) Now, I won’t go so far as to say I ENJOYED getting this expensive piece of technology fixed, but I will say Edge Phone Repair made the process as painless on my wallet & me as it probably could have been. My IPad Pro was damaged beyond repair, or at least that’s what everyone I took it to told me. I gave up trying to fix it. Wish I had found this place sooner. Responsive. Extremely helpful. Took iPhone X to get a new battery, but it wasn’t the battery. It was a chip. They needed to order it, so they asked if I had another phone to fix. I did! Had an iPhone 7 that wouldn’t update. They fixed that.......and didn’t charge me. Just asked for me to come back for the first repair. Most definitely will do that.

Took my tablet in because it was not charging properly because the charger port was not getting a good connection and was very loose. They insisted that was not the problem even though when the cord was moved the lightning bolt would go off and on. They said it needed a new battery. Waited several days for battery to come in then I receive a call stating the charging port was no good. Just like I told them to begin with. Had to wait several more days and got a call tablet was fixed. Took tablet home and the SC card side of the brand new charger port was not working. Was told they would get it fixed by next day. Another call that tablet was fixed. When I got tablet home this time you could not charge it. It would only show a red X when plugging it in. Took back to edge again and they plugged it in too and only a red X. So at this point they tell me they are getting another new charger port and it would be another few days. After a few days I was told once again my tablet was ready. I took it home and to know surprise my tablet has the same problem it did when I brought it in. Charger port moves around when its plugged in and wont stay charging. I payed over a $100.00 to have my tablet fixed and got nothing but the run around for almost two weeks. Swore they would call me and get this problem fixed and they have not responded to me yet over two weeks later. Very disappointed as I and alot of family use this place. We will be going somewhere else from now on. Dont take someones money if you cant do the job.

We came in and there was a lady and her husband being extremely crazy to the worker. This lady was insulting, and threatening. My girlfriend and I couldn’t believe that this poor man was being treated like this. After the husband got embarrassed and left the worker was super sweet and sorry that happened. We got treated with a smile, great service and our iPhones where fixed whiting the hour. This place had the beat prices in town and on top of that what we saw today is the customer service is hands off the very best. My iPhone XS Max seemed to have some type of electrical short and would flash the Apple logo then go dark repeatedly. After trying to update it online and having many chats with an Apple tech who said I needed to buy a new phone or ship it to them and pay the equivalent of a new phone for the repair, I took it here. An hour later, it was working! They replaced an internal component and charged a very fair price. I highly recommend Edge Phone Protection and repair.

I sent my Apple Watch to this company to replace a cracked screen. Two weeks later, I still had not heard back, so I called them. The repair was complete, so I picked up the watch. The 3D touch had stopped working.Two days later, I used the watch to log swimming laps. Previous to the repair, the watch was water resistant, and I had logged my swimming with the watch many times. The first time I swam with my watch after the repair, it died due to moisture infiltration.Any attempt I have made for this company to rectify the poor repair has been met with stubborn refusal and stony silence. At no point was I informed that either the 3D touch would stop working or the watch would lose its water resistance. Had I known either of those, I would have replaced the watch instead of repairing it.The staff should have told me the complete ramifications of repair so that I could make an informed decision before repair; they did not. The staff should have warned me that the watch was no longer water resistant after the repair; they did not.I will never again send my business to Edge Repair, and I strongly encourage the reader of this post to take their products to Edges competitors.

These guys are the best! So fast, knowledgeable and willing to work with you. With so many devices they have worked on, I feel like I own stock in the company but always great prices and great quality!

Had my phone fixed quickly. Thought everything was great. Went and put a new screen protector on the new screen and my new screen cracked within a few weeks. The protector was fine. I called them and they said that the screen breaking wasn’t covered under the warranty. $125 wasted. Never dropped my phone, just keep it in my pocket and apparently that is too much pressure for the cheap products they use to repair your screen.

This place is always honest and does great work within an hour normally. We used to go to a place all the way up in Houston but have found this store to have better parts and in addition, warranties their work. Plus, they’re right down the street.

Zane is super personable, and seems knowledgeable. Repair was fast, cheaper than Apple store. Easier too, no wait time like at their store, even when you have an appointment. I ordered a battery online for my phone, and after installing, it wouldnt turn on or charge. Turns out, it was the wrong battery they sent me. No time to wait to return and reorder, so I decided to check out Edge Repair. Happy to support a business in my community. Time will tell if it is a good replacement, but so far, Im happy, and will recommend to others.

Had the same trouble as previous reviewer.I took my son’s iPad for a screen replacement and decided to fix a crack in the back of my phone as well.I had that crack over a year, why I had to fix it at that company?! Biggest mistake! My iPhone XS was water resistant, but fried 3 weeks later at the beach. Such a Poor job! Son’s iPad screen is blinking, But at this point I don’t want to walk into that store anymore.It’s ridiculous to pay money and get things done worse than it was before.This company should not touch Apple devices !

These guys are GREAT! My phone feel out of my pockets without me knowing while I was getting in my car. Then, I drove over it! Just my luck huh! So, I went to the mall. I ran into these guys and they we super friendly and helpful. They fixed my screen and some other problem that it had. If it’s broke! Trust me they can fix it!

Sadly their glass protector did not work for the curved screen on my Note 8. Too many dead spots. But Usman was extremely helpful and understanding. I appreciate that even though things didnt work out, there was no pressure to buy anything. I Definitely recommend them for phone repair but maybe not for curved glass protection

I remember getting a screen protector from these guys back when they first opened their kiosk in October last year. Their service speed along with the price was great! When I heard they got a shop I had to bring my parents phones in to get a screen protector from here too since my screen has yet to crack! Great place, would definitely recommend others to come check them out!

I can’t rate it lower so here goes. Went in to get a battery replaced. They did that well but a part of my screen was no longer functioning. Brought it back in the next day and they claimed the sensors were bad and I needed a new glass screen. It worked fine when I dropped it off. When I insisted that they replace it at their cost they put the cheapest possible glass in that is constantly causing problems with calls. If you have an iPhone go to the Apple store.

Be real careful when dealing with this business, they replaced my broken screen but broke my front camera and insisted it was my fault even though they checked it before they started working on it. No refund no discount just bad luck. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE!

My Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus has a rear camera glass cover which got cracked because I carried it around in the same pocket as my keys. I priced around and was amazed to find these guys could do it for $30 cash - far less than commercial outfits like iFix at The Galleria who quoted me $40, UBREAKIFIX which quotes $99. I had the fix in under 20 minutes, and theyre nice guys, too. Just be sure you go to the right kiosk at Baybrook Mall - its near JC Penney and theres a Starbucks nearby. Theres four other places around the mall called Mobile (something) and More and theyre a chain - that is NOT these guys, dont go to the wrong place. Look for EDGE! Go to the Apple store for I phone repairs. Edge don’t guarantee their work and when your repair doesn’t hold up their response is “phones are fragile”. Both ATT and the Apple store told me my phone should not have broken again if the repair had been done correctly.

I have to add to my review for people reading in order to decide if they should go to them for phone repairs.. DO NOT listen to the star reviews that are any less than a 5. Not downgrading anyone’s experience that may have truly believed it was a bad one for them. But there is no way I can see them intentionally giving anything but 10+ service and professionalism. If there were bad things experienced, it HAD to of been beyond their control. They fixed my phone before they even knew if I was going to pay. And when I didn’t have my correct wallet with me, they continued fixing it anyway, never knowing if I was even going to return or pay. It was done and ready when I returned, AND like I say in this review below, they have yet to charge me for my second phone until they know 100% that they have fixed it.They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. The best customer service I have ever received. I dealt with two young men who were soooo helpful and went way above and beyond for me. Their prices are amazing, their work is exceptional and speedy (had not only my phone screen repaired but also fixed the charger port that had stopped working in less than 30 minutes!) their prices are incredible. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with every single thing! This is the place you HAVE to go to if your phone has messed up AT ALL before thinking u just need a new one. My phone looks and works just as brand new as it did the first day purchased!! I cannot patronize your store or any other store near you. There is a person, probably the employee, that insists on parking right in the front of the handicap ramp. I cannot believe you can be so cruel. Ive tried 2 different times to go this store and the same white car is always there Blocking the ramp!
