I don’t know who put my screen protector on but they did a good job!!! They just got the wrong Zagg. I asked for the rap around (so edge to edge) but they didn’t give that to me. I’m not really sure what I got/paid for but I paid $64.11, so it was pricey compared to what my family has paid. But we’ve always gone there and the customer service is always awesome!!! I’ll be going back at some point to see about getting the right screen protector, but none of my family has really ever had this problem so it’s probably my fault😂😂😂

Ive been using the Baybrook location several times for various issues with my phone. Each time I have been completely satisfied with the outcome. Dina is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in detail what needs to be done. Their prices are the best in the Bay Area. I highly recommend ZAGG for all your cell phone needs including the screen protector, GET ONE!

I love the screen protectors but Im sick and tired of the lack of customer service. The last time I was here the tablet was dead. And today, I spent 10 minutes looking for whoever was supposed to be working the kiosk. When she finally showed up, she asked me to come back later because, you guessed it, the tablet was dead. Maybe if you were actually at your station paying attention to these things, it wouldnt constantly be dead.

I have a pixal xl and I went to exchange my screen protector they didnt have it. They asked for us to came back. They cahrged 15 dollars to replace their product. We went back 3 times they didnt have it. After calling Zagg customer service I came to realize they only sell zags product and this is not the official company. The company had great customer service and the man advise me to just call them form any replacements.

You will be way over charged for the original screen and should it break you will be charged an additional $10 to have the protector replaced. This is a scam you can do better at other providers. I hope you dont make the mistake I did.

Very polite and great service

I have tried several screen protectors on my iPhone. Several friends recommended visiting the Zagg InvisibleShield Kiosk at Baybrook Mall, across from the Apple Store. The Zagg Glass has got to be the BEST screen protector on my iPhone. Amazing clarity with the new Zagg Glass -- I swear the screen looks clearer with new new protector. Hayat at the Zagg kiosk took proper care and made sure everything was perfect with my screen. Thank you!! If you want your screen protector done right, ZAGG is the place to go! Thank you!
