My wife’s iPhone X wouldn’t turn on and Apple couldn’t get it to work. Apple said I’d have to replace the phone. Mike opened the phone and repaired it. Now it working great again and I don’t have to buy a new phone!

After going to another kiosk in the mall and having my phone destroyed by a-holes at mobile fix and more SAIJIL helped me 100% he’s the best in the business! I could go on and on. Cell Phone Zone in Baybrook Mall was hands down the worst, most unprofessional business Ive ever dealt with. Took my phone in for a simple cracked screen and Mother board issue, was told it would be 2-3 days to fix. After 9 days of no updates, no call backs I decided to contact them to figure out where my phone was. Had to call them over 5 times before they answered the phone. They told me my phone was fixed and that i could pick it up from them that night at 9pm. Once I got there they presented to me my still cracked, still broken phone that hadnt even been touched. Not only did they not do the work, and avoid my calls, but they lied to me about my phone being fixed for no reason whatsoever. For your sake, go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle and time. These guys are totally irresponsible, non dependable and in my opinion can hardly call themselves a business. I would give them zero stars but I guess one will have to suffice.

They offer cheap Iphone screen repair, I got my 6s repaired. They were quick, but the replacement was extremely cheap. Its hard to notice at first glance that this isnt an apple screen. Any pressure on the screen and it gets permanently damaged with permanent dark spots and lines. Just having the phone in my pocket is a hazard for it. 1 week later and the screen in barely usable. You truly get what you pay for here, better to just go get the real thing at the apple store imo.
