Love it! I feel like I am making a healthy choice when I need to grab food on the go. Chicken, almond sandwich is amazing, I just forget to tell them not to toast mine, they also offer it in a wrap. My teens love it and we enjoy sitting with Grandmother on the patio.

This is a nice little coffee shop. The workers are helpful and friendly. They won’t let you use your own personal coffee cup, on account of the pandemic I guess. Unfortunately this does help contribute to single use plastic again, so we are just trading one disaster for another, unfortunately. It does have a nice sit down area. The AC is very very cold inside, so bring a sweater if you plan to sit down for a while.

The cold brew was nice and the patio was inviting. Would go here again.

What is going ON, Dunn Bros. What happened?? The roof is leaking, the A/C is touch and go, the paint is chipped all over the walls, the seats are ripped, there are trash cans everywhere, there are inhospitable, sloppy signs about how to use your card reader and time limits on your stay. The ragged look no longer resembles that old-school, homey coffee shop from the late 90s. It looks a hot mess. Its gross. Ive been a regular customer since 2014 and Im overwhelmed at how much this place has fallen apart. PLEASE get it together. This used to be my favorite place to come, and I want to keep coming here.

This place is terrible. Cant believe its got 4.5 stars. Service is very slow, the COST is ridiculous and the coffee is just ok. I bought two drinks and 2 sandwiches- $33 dollars later. Sandwich didnt have cheese on it, the egg was over cooked.

Absolutely fantastic! Perfect balance of flavors. The Avocado Toast had just the right amount of salt and pepper. Delicious. Almond Chicken Salad was perfect. Loved it all.

This place has some of the best coffee!! Tried the creamy coconut nirvana and it was great!!! Their banana nirvana is great, as well as their food. Wish they had more locations, but the drive is worth it.

I was at the drive through window today. Everyone who worked there had on a mask except for one lady who was training someone new.My plan was to oder lunch for my family. After seeing her touch food trays and speak into the pastry cabinet, I changed my mind. They lost my business today. I have Cancer and cannot afford to take that kind of risk.

What can I say about the best coffee period. They have my favorite all year “ pumpkin pie “Their food is great and very friendly employeesThey had a old style band that played one time that I would like to see again. ENJOYWell this is another review, I lied. Sorry but I didn’t know that after the year of pumpkin pie spice, they DO NOT have it all year anymore for whatever reason. They still have I think very good coffee. I don’t go as much anymore.

Spiced honey nirvana - one of their specialty drinks. Is watery espresso with low quality homemade syrup. Arguably the worst latte Ive ever had.Chai tea made from powder, brought to me before I finished paying (first clue something is wrong). Tastes average, but at $4.40 for 16oz, I could have bought my own powder.Pastry door left wide open. Its only noon and they already look old.

Would y’all use the propane heaters on the patio when it’s cold? It would increase business and help keep people safe during this time of COVID

The atmosphere of Dunn Brothers is simply fantastic. No such thing as a stranger here. All the employees are exceedingly friendly and the place has great service. The place is kept spotless and clean. Both the food and coffee are fantastic and well worth the money, of which you wont spend too much! Prices are great here as well.

Good coffee and tea but so many people park themselves at the tables for hours that whenever I go I cant ever just sit down. Tons of people there, but never a line. Prices are standard for a coffee shop. Is a unique location in Friendswood though.

Always love coming here. The staff is attentive and patient. They make the drinks quickly and are helpful if you have any questions. The food is good and you can watch them make it behind the counter

Great place,great service, great coffee and food. The only negative would be that the seating inside is limited...and those who want a place to study pretty much park there for hours at a time...leaving you to sit outdoors. All that being said outdoors in the fall and spring is fine.

Before we start to explore this city we had a coffee here in Dunn Brothers Coffee.I love the brewed coffee and the sandwich was so good as well. it was satisfying and we had a good services. They are all friendly and attentive.

The coffee is great! I typically buy their regular coffee, but I have tried their pumpkin spice latte. Everything is excellent. Their food choices are all tasty and they have a decent variety. I go out of my way to visit Dunn Bros!

Very thankful for the vegetarian/vegan options on the menu! This is very hard to come by at other local coffee shops. The avocado grain wrap is phenomenal. The staff members are very friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

The coffee, drinks, and food are always very well prepared. The staff are always very friendly and laid back although, I have had a few unpleasant experiences with the owner. It is a little pricey but overall a good coffee shop with better quality compared to Starbucks.

I got here this afternoon and there was a group of bohemian-looking college kids discussing students rights on the patio. Does it get any cooler than that? The espresso is perfect. The back patio is wonderful. Theres really no reason to ever get coffee anywhere else. Seriously.

Great local coffee shop! Yummy strong coffee and kiddos liked the fruit smoothies. I love the outdoor area to hang out and let the kids play while we visit and listen to local musicians play on the weekends.

Their cold press coffee varies in the type of bean they use, always gourmet quality. Nice cozy environment, though seating goes fast because of the many students on laptops. Most of the counter staff are professional and friendly, the few that werent dont seem to last. Quiet, beautiful outdoor seating as well.

I really want to like this place since there’s not many choices to pick from near to my work place, Unfortunately, I can’t pass their horrible customer service. They never acknowledged you, they always seem stress, they don’t smile or say hi, or thank you... I get the hipster vibe of the place and I like it, but customer service is everything, a good attitude that makes you feel welcome and want to comeback.The coffee never taste the same, some days is so hot that you can’t even hold the cup and have to wait like 20 min (not lying) to take a sip.. the place is very nice and I love the outdoor space is just that the people working there don’t seem like they want to help you at all... today they were all busy and after a couple w minutes a guy came to the register and stand there just looking at me and I didn’t know if he was ready to take my order or not, I have to ask him, he never said hi, how can I help you? Or I’m sorry about the wait... or something, you know?! I hope their vibe will be as good as the place. It also bothers me that you have to tip for a drink, even on the drive through, ( the receipts always ask you if you want to add tip, they also have the containers for a tip everywhere)especially if you’re not having a good service at all... My avocado wrap was great, though...

If you want a change of pace from the usual Starbucks, check out Dunn Brothers Coffee in Friendswood. Just like any other coffee shop, they have their own flavored roasts and the different varieties of hot and cold coffee (and non-coffee) concoctions. I tried their dark roast brewed coffee and I enjoyed it. It was good, and not overly roasted tasting. It definitely wasnt as strongly flavored as Starbucks dark roast, but it was very balanced and good. Its perfect for those who dont prefer their coffee to have that burnt taste. They do have lunch and snack items on hand as well. The staff is friendly, the shop is spacious inside, and they have ample amount of shaded outdoor seating. Its ideal for hanging out in groups on a nice day.

One of the best local coffee shops around! First off the owners and staff are incredibly nice. Even when they are really busy they know how to make you smile. The atmosphere is very home like and calming, they have indoor and outdoor seating with board games and weekly live bands playing music during the evening at least once a week. And of course the most important thing is that they know how to make a fantastic coffee! They have a cold brew drink called an iced nirvana that is amazing! Would highly recommend this place to any and al coffee lovers!

This place has a really great environment filled with nice people. A great place to sit and talk or get some work down. Only 3 stars because all of their drinks are very bitter, even when they should be even a little bit sweet. For someone who likes that kind of thing, that would be a plus. But I order sweet drinks because I want something sweet. To get the opposite is just disappointing.
