Very fast service. Very polite.

Im not sure what has happened to this Friendswood location, but the service and efficiency has markedly decreased over the last several months. Items are unavailable, lines are long as always but move at 1/3 of the pace as previous, and its becoming more hassle than its worth.

They took an additional 20 minutes preparing my order. By that time my drink was watered down and melted, plus I didn’t even get the extras I paid for in my drink!! The “crispy” grilled cheese sandwich was stale and cold. WORST experience here!!

Staff was super friendly and patient. Even though they were out, I let the cashier “surprise me” with a random hot coffee, and I wasn’t let down.

This team is always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The line seems crazy long sometimes, but it moves quickly.

Employees don’t have to follow the rules. On a day when customers have to be outside (perfectly nice day after all) she get to eat inside at a CLOSED table and of course no mask. So guess it’s ok for us as well. The signs are just for show. All of them

Always missing items that we have paid for. I got tired of reporting it. They need to let customers ahead of time that they are without add ins. One time. Y husband picked up a hibiscus lemonade venti refresher and it was clear and we already ordered it the way it comes.We get to the window and they said it us clear and d we are out if the fruit but it still taste the same. I believe this will take toll on Starbucks. My driver has said that they are discontinuing the blackberries and raspberries. Dont you think that they need to tell the consumers and the customers. We are loosing money as well bc they are not discounting for what is put in the teas ect. Especially with a venti with additional blackberries that Im charged for without any fruit it it. This had been going on for months.

This location is always busy but they always keep things moving power quickly. Had my usual caramel macchiato asking with my wifes White Chocolate mocha, both were very good. Staff is typically very friendly.

Great place for a coffee lover just like me. I enjoyed my coffee! Lovely!

Perfect and very tasty

Drive thru service was excellent. The team was efficient and friendly. Covid precautions were taken (mask and gloves worn. A ceramic cup, and a basket used to hand items to you). There was a drive thru line, but it moved quickly. Bacon gruyere egg bites and a chai latte skinny were good. It is my standard order. The eggs werent over cooked. They were tender and fluffy. The chai was hot with the correct level of sweetness. (Try a medium chai - It seems to be the size that gets the sweetness correct. ) It isnt a low calorie combo, but it keeps me from french fry guilt.

I absolutely love this location! Staff is always so welcoming and inviting. It’s a very busy location, so you’ll often see a long line but the baristas are fast and efficient, so the line moves REALLY fast! Employees are super helpful, patiently willing to answer questions to make the best choice in drinks.

This place completely depends on who is working. I always get the Irish cream nitro cold brew and Ive been ripped off so badly certain times. However, the only reason Im not giving 0 stars is because of the times when the staff there has been great. Extremely inconsistent though.

I’m very disappointed with this store. They’re usually very efficient. However, their curb side service is nothing but failure. I’ve used it 3 times since they rolled it out and every time I’ve had to go into the store and reorder. Causing a longer wait time than it should be. They need to stop this service until they can figure out the disconnect.

They have been good the last few years Ive gone to this one. Been slowing down on going to Starbucks though but once I have a new job Ill probably be stopping by more often again.

Stacie (red hair) was very rude from beginning to end of my $37 order. When I was leaving she told me to have a decent day..... who says that to a paying customer. The service at this location has been great in the past, but they should definitely know they have a person this rude working for them. Please note I gave her absolutely no reason to be as rude as she was.

Drinks were good and the place is clean.

This Starbucks works like a Swiss watch! My order was correct, and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely go back again.

VERY SLOW DRIVE THRU..The SLOWEST I have EVER SEEN A STARBUCKS...It’s Crazy SLOW...20 minutes or more to get a drink on a non-holiday and not rush hour.JUST TOO SLOW..LINE OF CARS ALMOST IN THE STREET..PEOPLE DRIVING PAST..LOST SALES!!!!!! SO many more locations nothing special here..

Best way to start my morning is having the best coffee

The lady who works the drive thru is nice & friendly, but several employees will get feisty with you for no reason if you ask a simple question. I work retail & know that customers can be frustrating, but you cant be rude to someone when they ask a simple question. The guy behind the counter popped off about having a lot of customers in line & was really rude. He just made me feel bad so probably not coming back again anytime soon. Also the place is covered in flies

This is the best Starbucks because the employees are fun to talk to. I can joke with them and they joke back while keeping it professional. Im not good at picking which drink to get but George helped me and was very patient. Love this location.

Best customer service in the area

Never had a problem with the service here. Every time our order is taken, they dont rush us or have any kind of negative attitude. The person that greets us at the window is always very nice and super cool . Whoever is hiringthe staff here, good job. I come here often with my sister and/or fiance, andas I said, we never have any issues.

A little slow, but good drinks.

The folks that work here are nice, but it never fails that Im usually waiting 20 minutes in the drive through. Stopped coming to this location due to long wait times. The location on Bay Area by Target is 10× faster. And to top it off, the drink I purchased today was a quarter empty.

I really like this Starbucks, I think its in a lovely location, and has good seating. The atmosphere is nice because a lot of young students go here to hang out or study. The outside section is also nice because you get a huge view of the sky.

They have a drive through. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My wife was unsure on what to order and they provided advice and drink was very tasty. Plenty of parking around the building as well.

Terrible parking. Since the drive thru cannot accommodate the amount of people who utilize it, the very few parking spots they have are constantly blocked! Don’t dare park in the neighboring business parking lot spots. You will get harassed by the owners. I get it. It’s really Starbucks who should be providing adequate parking for their customers. Unfortunately, the consistency and quality of this Starbucks location is nowhere near what a Starbucks should be either so it’s a double fail. Sad looking frappuccinos and watery coffee have been my unfortunate experience. I shouldn’t be disappointed at these prices.

Most consistent on a great hot mocha..I have special things I request and they get it right..I love the staff..always friendly!

Had my favorite hot chocolate with peppermint yes even in Texas I was freezing after church Lol!

This Starbucks is usually great but I ordered a steak and egg wrap from their breakfast options and they gave me, and the person in front of me who ordered the same thing, veggie egg bites. Very disappointing. Im sure they wouldve fixed it had I asked but I didnt want to bother them because they were busy. Most of the time theyre awesome though.

Ive always loved this Starbucks...but now that I found out that the have a keto friendly menu and the bulletproof coffee (keto friendly) I am beyond thrilled to keep coming back a bit more often. Keep up the great work!

Always the friendliest service! The barristas know what theyre doing, the drinks and food are great. And generally, your order gets finished pretty quick. Granted, they have their busy times, but doesnt everyone?

The service is usually good. The parking lot is awful and leads to many issues outside mainly because of the drive through. Drinks are sometimes slow if there are allot of people in the drive thru. Also many times they are out of an ingredient. I would recommend the Starbucks on the other side of town.

The bathrooms were off-putting. The staff was surprised to see an order from the Starbucks app. The place was packed and one staffer was more concerned with decorations than addressing that issue. The drinks were made precisely to guidelines.

Such a friendly place. The food is fresh and delicious! Its so good, it gets a little crowded at peak times. Be like us and come a little early to avoid the rush.

Showed up at opening time and saw all the workers inside preparing to open so I decided to wait patiently. 20 minutes later and 10+ cars through the drive thru and still no service. Then this poor elderly man walks up to the door in pouring rain and all the workers just wave him off like it’s nothing. I understand it’s a holiday and if your going to open up late, at least post a sign at the front and the drive thru to let the general public know. Unsat.

Staff is super friendly, they are some of the happiest people on earth. :) But the drive thru can be PAINFULLY slow. I’ve found a way around this problem by using the app. Since using the app, I don’t have anymore problems with wait time.

I cant recommend the nitro cold brew with salted caramel cloud foam enough. However, management needs to implement a better system. Peoples drinks (including ours) are getting lost in the mix and forgotten. I saw one person put syrup in the cup, another person found the cups, looked st them, then moved them to another counter. Then a third person found them, finished the drink, and it turned out to be wrong (reg cold brew instead of nitro). Really disorganized. We waited for about 20 minutes or more to get our drinks.

I ordered 3 venti cups of coffee here, got 3 half-filled venti coffee. Why should I pay for the price of 3 venti when its only worth maybe 2 and a half grande???

Friendly staff and fast service through drive through today!!

When I am paying over $5 for a coffee, I expect the full ounce-age I paid for! More than half of the time my cup is 2 deep empty at the time of pickup. Today, my cup was only 3/4 full! Rip off!!!!

This is a nice Starbucks. Only down side is there is not enough parking. I tried to meet a friend here & couldnt because there was no parking. I parked in front of the neighboring bank & was quickly told by FPD to move.

I paid $5 for what was supposed to be a cold brew coffee but when I left I noticed how extremely watered down it was. Black coffee is not supposed to appear light brown in color and should actually taste like coffee, not water. Will not be returning to this location.

Best place to get coffee in Friendswood Texas, just went and had my Latte with half and half, this group is amazing

I was in the drivethru. When I got to the window the employee scanned my reward and told me I still owed over $3 after my reward which didnt make sense when I only ordered a coffee. Then he started to hand me food I didnt order. I told him it wasnt my order so he changed a lot of things in the register then ran my Starbucks card. When I got my receipt I saw I lost my reward.

There are a couple of baristas that are great here, but if I dont order via the mobile app, it takes forever. I was in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes tonight. And its a single lane, so its not like you can bail because the wait is so ridiculous.

Decent coffee it did kind of turn me off that I found out their sandwiches that look fresh or actually made out of a bag and heated

Place was a mess with trash on the floor and tables. I was impressed by surplus of seating, though. The staff were behind the counter, complaining about how busy it was and comparing who was more sleep-deprived. They must have been talking about the drive-thru as only 3 customers served inside during the 15 minutes it took for me to get my drink.
