Excellent ice cream! No place can compare to the quality and taste of their product. It’s custom made however you like and they have so many different combinations available. Last their waffle cone is hand made fresh so it tastes super amazing compared to any other place I’ve tried.

This place is an amazing new place thats recently been introduced to hear. You can choose all your flavors choose non-dairy ice cream flavor options and you create on your own. It is so delicious I highly recommend that you come here, the employees are great of places do they clean I think you will like it and feel totally at home.

They had so many options and choices and different varieties to choose from! It was like a sweet heaven. I felt so overwhelmed looking at the menu items because i don’t know where to begin or what to order. There was just so many options and my eyes were definitely much bigger than my stomach.Once I got to the cash register, the lady was kind enough to go over the menu with my significant other and I. She was super patient and kind. I glimpse over the menu and I knew I needed to try the tiramisu flavor (it is my absolute favorite! Didn’t even know they had it). I added strawberry toppings and little things to my liking. Within 5-6 minutes they were done and I got my own personalized ice cream and let me tell you, it was perfection. I loved every bite. 5/5My husband had the custom creations Taro Flavor and he told me he liked it. I took a bite out of his and liked it too. 5/5 (but obviously nothing can beat my own personalized tastebuds loooool).I need to come back and venture out more with all the other things they have. They have such a large selection that you’ll never go bored.

Really good ice cream, well-worth the visit. The prices are slightly high but the quality is top notch. Their banana flavour is out of this world and made with fresh bananas.

We *love* Creamistry!!! They have a great allergen menu and several non-dairy bases to make their ice cream. Everyone in my family can get yummy treats that dont hurt their tummy. (None of us have severe enough reactions to worry about a little cross-contamination.) My favorite is the cashew base, coffee flavor with chopped almonds. My daughter gets the coconut base Unicorn specialty, with no whip cream. My husband and son try a new flavor each time. Even my mom, who doesnt like Ive cream, likes how creamy and delicious Creamistry is.

I went with my family. It is an amazing place.Ice cream was great I met with owner she’s super nice. We ordered Cookie Monster, unicorn and sea salt caramel all were great! We’ll definitely go back and recommend all of my family and friends. I have not had such a smooth and delicious ice cream like Creamistry before. They have non dairy options and lots of flavors!❤️

Always great experience, I tried the non-dairy strawberry ice cream with a brownie. Delicious and the staff is always friendly and makes you feel warm and welcome. Not to warm though dont want to melt the ice cream.

A little treat after getting their eyes dilated.The staff was really nice and patient with us, it was our first time. We were met with smiles and were given the play by play, so we would absolutley get just what our palette desired. The boys loved watching the process and he stopped and explained everything to my little scientist. The ice cream was so smooth and stayed cold all the way home. I went back and forth on the stars just because of the price. It was $27 for one small and two mediums. They literally make your ice cream to order. Like completely. You pick your milk and everything. Well be back! Just not sure how often.

The ice cream was really great. I ordered the grapefruit sorbet and .... no! So gross.... but the items my kids got were great.The reason I give 3 stars is due to the rewards error that was made...... The first order I made was for 3 items... price was over $25, they have posted signs claiming some sort of guarantee but I actually had to order a 4th item due to not being able to enjoy the sorbet whatsoever.... come to find out, I was supposed to be given a stamp for ALL ITEMS ORDERED, but was only given a stamp for 1.... $33 spent and because it was 2 different members of the staff, I only received a reward credit for 1 item.Lets be honest, if you have a posted guarantee you need to honor it.... and who actually makes the customer buy a second item when they receive something they cant eat!!????Im calling corporate office to deal with this rewards issue as well as the guarantee

This place is always incredible! Its my absolute favorite place to get ice cream. I dont even keep a tub at home anymore because when Im craving something sweet, 9 times out of 10 its that signature Captains Breakfast! Every time I go in there, customer service is excellent, the place is spotless, and the menu is heaven. This is the first place I bring people who are from out of town or who dont live near a Creamistry location. There really is nothing better where sundaes are concerned.

Best ice cream i have ever had. Dairy, non dairy and organic options. So many flavors and toppings. You can create your own ice cream. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very clean store, fun place for kids and adults. I recommend everyone to go there. Thanks for opening there. Some people say it’s pricey but there products quality is great. Ice cream texture is rich and smooth and does not melt easily. They have loyality program you can get discount and promotions. My family and friends love Creamistry. It’s my favorite place.

The ice-cream is made in front of you, so its a cool way to show the kids, and you also get all natural flavors. The ice-cream is absolutely delicious and creamy. The only downside is if you are looking for multiple flavors, you have to make a separate order, but I have to say, its worth the 5 stars. I cant wait to go back!

Good ice cream. Good quality, cool method. This is where u wanna go if you want your ice cream thick. It had barely melted a spoonful by the time i was done with it. A little more expensive than my norm at almost $9 for a large. $6 for a regular (which is their smallest size, but actually quite a bit of ice cream for me)

Really great flavors and combinations. kids enjoyed the fruty peble ice cream sandwiches and the medium sized orders are big enough to be satisfying without being overwhelmingwell definetly be coming around again

Its honestly way to overpriced. Its good, nothing great, and they have vegan/non dairy options, but its ridiculously expensive. Didnt even get that much ice cream and few toppings. Just not worth it.

Love love it! The most creamiest ice cream Ive ever had. Love the options of the non dairy base. Staff is friendly and the owner is a committed business owner. The menu has been revised and the prices for the extras were lowered. Its definitely worth the price. I have 3 of us and its alittle over $20 which is the normal when you go out. There is more that goes into making this ice cream so you get what you pay for basically. Its not blue bell for all the reviews complaining about the price.

Absolutely love coming to Creamistry with my family! They make the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted and their customer service is always at 110%! The flavors come in such a variety it’s hard to chose, knowing they will all exceed our expectations. Bonus points for offering Vegan and Dairy free milk bases.

Really creamy and good ice cream. First time there and thought it was a little over priced but I guess thats what fresh from scratch ice cream is worth. You do have to wait a little longer than traditional scooped up ice cream since it is made from scratch using dry ice as a quick freezing method - enjoy

Nice place, interesting novelty, but all in all it’s just ice cream. $12 for a cup of mint ice cream with a few M&M’s is a bit pricey in my book. The manager was very friendly and informative however, so that’s a plus.I won’t go back, only because of price. Once again, it’s only ice cream, and no ice cream is worth $12 ever.

I was hesitant to come here based on some reviews of the service. We walked in and were greeted right away. The girl in the front was busy and someone immediately stepped from the back to help us and was equally friendly in explaining the process as first timers. The price of the ice cream is comparable to other specialty ice cream places, this isnt McDonalds. The ice cream is nice and creamy with lots of options! Like someone mentioned my shake was about half full, but they took the initiative to remake it on their own and apologized for the wait due to that.

Interesting concept. Pick cream or non-dairy base flavor and then they use liquid nitrogen to make it ice cream. Which is cool to watch. We had the dairy and cashew options and I couldnt tell the difference in texture or flavor. $7 for a small + .50 each topping I think is a little pricey. I was out $50 for 5 of us.

I have passed this place coming from and goong home from work for a year and saw it the other day at about 9pm and I decided to see what it was. Best ice cream ive ever had! Also cool to watch it be made. A little expensive but it was worth it.

Flavor is spot on. Texture is firm and cold - keep it simple and you will not be disappointed. Not inexpensive but it would be difficult to find this quality. Service is just like anywhere else - need patience.

Service was a little slow, but they didnt have all their mixers running. Not sure if they pick up the pace when theyre more crowded. The ice cream was delicious but the nitroshake was like drinking milk with very large chunks of stuff in it that wouldnt fit through the straw.Definitely get a bowl with toppings and its awesome!

The lady at the counter was awesome...the ice cream itself is amazing....but the guy that also works there was banging and clanging and throwing around all the metal bowls and instruments they use SO LOUDLY ... I was about to come unglued! It made it very hard to talk or just relax and enjoy the ice cream without whincing from the noise ..made me want to hurry up so we could leave. Not sure we will go back. He really needs to be aware of all that metal on metal noise and customers trying to sit and enjoy themselves.

Great nitrogen frozen ice cream. Im a fan of the cookies and cream and an even bigger fan of the mangonada! A little pricey, but you get to watch them make the ice cream in the cool nitrogen machines.

Clean and very tasty take on ice cream. You pick out your base (i.e. cream, coconut, lactose free etc) then choose from a number of different flavor and mix in options, they then use liquid nitrogen to freeze or turn it into ice cream. I had the full on cream and personally it might be the smoothest ice cream Ive ever had. Ill be back to try the non dairy out of curiosity. A little more expensive than say Marble Slab.

Maybe go once just for the experience, but not somewhere I will ever go back to. This place makes for good social media photos I suppose (if that is something you care about), but not a super functional ice cream shop. They make your order fresh to order, which sounds great in theory, but that means you cant see or taste anything before ordering. There was also about a 20 minute wait after our order was placed (because they make it fresh for you, which takes a lot of time). Their mixers are up front, and they use liquid nitrogen to freeze the cream, so it looks all smoky which honestly seems mostly for show. Youre limited on the toppings you can select. Also, we asked for two scoops and got charged for a creation (which is more expensive; like $11 for one sundae thing) and we didnt realize until afterwards unfortunately. The cashier was dead in the eyes and rude. ....After all of that, the ice cream tasted fine I guess.

You get complete customization of your ice cream. Mine was great and extremely creamy. Definitely recommend. Also, they have a chart online that shows which options are vegan, gluten free, tree nut free, and peanut free. Friendly staff as well!

The ice cream was excellent so the rating would be a 5. It took almost 30 minutes, and the customer service was non-existent, so that would have been a big fat zero. I split the difference.

Its good but go to the bank first and get a loan. Expect to pay about $10 per person. When McDonalds has dipped cones for $1, this place is pretty high.

I went to this place to get ice cream. The ice cream was good. The people were nice. But when I went to ask for a glass of water, the manager told the employee not to fill it up to make me use the water fountain. They gave me a cup with no ice and told me to fill it up with the water fountain. I was so annoyed at how rude that is. I got two ice creams which are by the way ridiculously priced and they can’t even give me ice for my water?

Ice cream is fantastic! The only reason for the three star instead of five is the gentleman by the name of Yassir was more interested in the phone call he was getting than taking the order.He literally told the young lady who was making ice cream to stop making ice cream (even though we just ordered 4 ice creams) and take the order of the person behind me in kine because he was getting a phone call. Seems to me that your phone call can wait since youre at work..........

Soooooo gooooddd. Dont go when you are in a hurry though. They make the ice cream fresh when you order it. Fresh, as in from scratch. That takes about 5-10 per order, so if there are a few families there, and there always is, youll easily spend a half hour getting ice cream. Its totally worth it though.

The ice cream is very good. Ive been to the location several times. On this occasion and a previous one I asked if I could get a creamistry creation put into a waffle bowl. Right away the staff stated they couldnt do it. I asked if I could just pay the regular price for the creamistry creation and the additional cost for the waffle bowl. Each time Im met with a, No, it cant be done. No, thats not how it works. When I asked on this last occasion another lady came from the back and begrudingly said she could make an exception with a not so nice tone or look on her face as if I was inconveniencing them.So, I asked what were the underlying reasons as to why. She then explained that it would be too many toppings for the bowl to handle and that it wouldnt look pretty. Im sorry but if a customer is requesting an item from the menu and asks that it is put into a waffle bowl and willing to pay an additional charge on top of the regular charge they shouldnt be met with a negative attitude by staff when asking for a reason for the denial. Wouldnt this be something that a business would do because its basically upgrading a menu item thus making the business more money?There were no other people in the location when I arrived so I wasnt holding up the line. I honestly wanted to make this my go to ice cream location, but Im not willing to be met with an unhelpful attitude when asking for a simple reasoning of the denial of my request.

Waited forever for this place to be built! I was driving from Alvin to Westheimer monthly for my fix! Had a craving and went into this location a few weeks ago with my daughter, I got the fruity pebbles with coconut milk, and the ice cream tasted sour! I couldn’t eat it. I’ll continue my drive to the Westheimer location!

I will never come here again. The ice cream is ok but so overpriced. I paid 23 dollars for 2 small orders, one in a chocolate bowl that was actually DARK chocolate (that I was not informed of) so my daughter didnt even eat it. The girl behind the counter was not the nicest either. Never again.
