Terrible experience! My past 2 or 3 experiences have been great thats what the one star is for but today was horrible! There was a long line and they only have to freeze plates so it took 20 MINUTES to get two rolled ice creams! One of the ladys were going fast but the lady that made mine was acting like she had all of eternity to make it! The other lady that made my sisters was much faster, but either way there was 2 pieces of hair in mine! I sent a little over $7 for one cup of ice cream, and waited 20 minutes just to find hair in it? Dont plan on going back. I dont have photos from this time (my phone was in my moms purse), but I do have photos from previous experiences. So the photos from previous experiences look good, and the ones from today, but they need to get more freeze plates, staff, and were hair nets! There was only 4 girls working there. I didnt see the hair until I was already eating it is the worst part. So the photo below is from previous experiences.

I.CE.NY is a really amazing ice cream place. The service and the employees were really nice. The employees were well spoken and really helpful and the ice cream was just amazing, it was one of a kind. Would definitely go back there and I would also recommend others to go there as well and try their ice cream.

Amusing to watch the ice treat to be prepared. The presentation is a lot of fun to see, both for adults and kids. They have a nice variety of suggested ice cream combinations but you can also build your own. We enjoyed the outcome of coffee ice cream with oreo, topped with mochi, strawberries, and gummy bears.

Really cool how they roll the ice cream. You can create your own or they have several to choose from. Sweet and delicious.

Love this place! Fun to watch them make it and yummy to eat.
