I really like the employees who work at this location. Theyre really friendly and helpful without overdoing it. The ice cream isnt cheap, but its quality stuff. We frequent this location often.

We had excellent service from the young man behind the counter. He was very polite and efficient with getting our order and checking us out, and of course the ice cream was great.

A little pricey for what it is! $21 for 2 cones (1 scoop/flavor) and 1 cup (1 scoop/flavor) it was too expensive for me

This place closes at 10 or 11! Call. Don’t believe google. The young man is polite!

WOW! What a terrible, EXPENSIVE experience here yesterday! Not complaining about the price BUT about the MASK order and sign on the door NOT being enforced!! Also the not too smart employee NOT listening to our order request and HURRYING us so that we did not get the ice cream we wanted and paid for! My sister just left her cup on the table, untouched, and we left. Not going back.

Last Thursday, 02/25, young man was working by himself and was EXTREMELY busy. He did very well and handled everyone as quickly as possible. Thought he did a great job.

Very clean and sanitized. There was a young guy who gave me a very good service. He was polite and offered me samples too. Please give him a raise. Will visit again.

The service was exceptional and the food served was also fresh. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the environment was very hygienic. Nice place to drop by for desserts and would recommend this place to everyone I know.

NOT OKAY. We LOVE this place, but the staff was not wearing masks, it was CRAMMED with people inside, no limits being set on entrance/exit and DEF no social distancing.we will not be returning unless safer standards & practices are in place.Also-individually wrapped spoons would be good.This is a franchise and I expect better.

The best ice cream place in the world! They have cookie dough balls as toppings💖. I love it here, and go here ALL THE TIME. There are amazing cookies and PERFECT ice cream. I would definitely recommend giving this a try.

Very disappointed. I ordered an ice cream cake online for my son and picked it up a bit later than when I asked for it to be ready as I was getting some last minute things before then. They had no order for me under my name. The cake didn’t look like the picture. It had Kit Kat’s on it instead of Andes mints (it was a mint chocolate cake). I had to wait for them to decorate writing the name on the cake. Won’t order from this location again.

I could not understand the lady asking my father if he wanted caramel and she could not understand how he wanted his ice cream. Definitely a language barrier. But when this happens, the customer cannot be held accountable. When I asked them to remake my dad’s banana split, one woman (who made the original) started arguing with the other woman. I may not speak the language but I know what arguing sounds like. Completely unprofessional. Then they made the new one with about half the ice cream. Ice cream is supposed to be a break from the stress and this just added to it. Terrible.

Horrible customer service. Ice cream may good but not worth going back. The older lady in there argued with us about the milk shakes. Blue Bell is better.

The fruit used as toppings is from the freezer. Blueberries were shriveled and did not taste very good. Fresh fruit would make for a much better experience. It is what I would expect from a Marble Slab Creamery.

Id give them zero stars if it allowed. So the Friendswood Marble Slab website shows $4.99 for a pint and $6.99 for a quart of plain ice cream. I questioned this pricing because their board in the store shows $9.99 for a quart. The first employee said the online prices are incorrect and pointed at the board for the prices. Then she said something to the other worker in the store and she said that those prices are not for this store and that online it says that prices could vary between stores. I explained that the website I was on was for the Friendswood store and showed them both my phone with the lower prices and how it specifically said it was for the Friendswood store. The first employee looked at me and said the other employees name. The 2nd employee then proceeded to tell me those were online prices. I actually didnt realize I could order online. So I asked her if I ordered online standing in the store would the price would be the $4.99 and $6.99? The employee said she didnt know and offered nothing else except to stare at me with no other explanation or offer to honor the online price. Since they werent going to honor their advertised price I walked out and went to Dairy Queen. They honor their coupons and prices from online. When I got home I wanted to test this online ordering. So I attempted to order the ice cream online and the soonest it would allow me to pick up 2 quarts of hand picked plain ice cream was 3 days from today. Not a friendly store and the website needs some updating if you have to wait 3 days to get a quart of ice cream. Also their website shows the store closes at 9pm on a Saturday and the store actually closes at 11pm.

I love good icecream and my two favorites here are the dark chocolate and the homemade vanilla with added caramel. The ladies here have always been friendly to us every time we have come.

As we walked out, the lady behind the counter coughed up something huge. It sounded disgusting. Then halfway through my ice cream, I found a long black hair. The same color as the lady who made my ice cream. We won’t be going back:

My kids and I love over Marble Slab dates. The icecream is delicious and the service is great.

My family and I came in on a Sunday evening. I ordered a regular size birthday cake ice cream w/ Oreos. The Indian woman making my ice cream ended up making it with gummy bears. When I said “I actually asked for Oreos”, she replied “are you sure?”. Customer service 101: the customer is always right and if you make a mistake, just fix it by remaking the cup of ice cream. It’s not complicated! Clearly the culture of these employees is to not understand social norms like DONT BLAME THE CUSTOMER!

I love their ice cream but their service is terrible. After I told them what I want on my ice cream, they took the order but at the same time they are talking in India language and looking at me up and down...hoping I would not know they were talking about me. I might not understand what you are talking about but it is still rude and very disrespectful to customers, especially they are your routine customers. I dont give business to people who dont deserve it. I went to Menchies for my treat now and love it there. Everyone there at Menchies has a wonderful attitude and they speak English lol.
