I will not take my car anywhere else. They took care of me without delay, and at a fair price. The waiting room is cozy with a TV, snacks, and drinks and coffee. The staff is professional and respectful. I am only doing business with Christian and patriot owned and local businesses. We all should.

Solutions Automotive saved my this week. My 4 wheel drive wasnt working when I tested it out last Friday before all of the snow and ice hit. I talked with the owner, Joe Yanessa, last Friday evening, and he was able to work me into the shops schedule in Frisco first thing Saturday morning. The guys at the shop got the 4 wheel drive fixed that morning!!!! I was so happy and impressed with the outcome. They took a frustrating and stressful situation and turned it around for me. I was able to drive confidently on the snow and ice this week with the 4 wheel drive working perfectly. I really needed it working properly to be able to help care for my elderly parents. I was able to drive to their house and check on them and also go to the store, pharmacy, etc. for them without worrying that I would have trouble with driving and getting traction on the snow and ice. I had a dashcam in my truck recording when i dropped it off here for an oil change. when i picked up my truck i noticed the camera was turned off and my oil change message was still there.this happened about 2 weeks ago and the engine oil message still pops up.don’t trust this place, pretty sure i got scammed :/

He listened, fit me in the next day, diagnosed the issues within an hour or two, called to discuss what was found, and fixed the issues in the next couple hours. So we went in for a issue with our vehicle not starting. We were told that the alternator and battery needed replacing and that it was going to be $930. They tested the alternator before even testing the battery and took 2 seconds to check it as well. We went elsewhere and got a price quote for $480 for a replacement on an alternator and battery, but when we took it in, we didn’t even need a new alternator! The battery was the main issue and once it was replaced for $150, we were all good to go. Seemed like solutions Automotive were trying to just get the most money for unnecessary needs and replacements.

The best experience I have ever had with an automotive company! Came recommend by a dear friend, no worries whatsoever! Car came back perfect, detailed in and out, full tank of gas, clean engine bay. I cant stress enough how well we were treated, thank you Joe!

Found out nothing was needed on my beloved Toyota FJ Cruiser.And, it made my day when I pulled up to his Frisco shop, parked next to a voodoo blue FJ Cruiser (same as mine), and found out it was Joes. Pre-summer A/C check-up was offered. They picked up my car from home, did the work, returned it without physical contact. The next day they picked up my other car and did the same. I am 75 yrs old, so this service was greatly appreciated - since during this pandemic I dont venture out unless necessary. But, with summer heat coming, it was good to have my A/C, fluids and tires checked out. Thank you.Recently, in November, my check light went On; it was caused by a huge rat living in the car near my front headlight, destroying electric wires. The got rid of it and repaired the wiring.Then, in January, my battery went bad. They came to the house and took it to their shop to test it. As I was about to drive it to a dealer to replace it - since it was still under warranty and they didnt carry this brand anymore, Joe graciously said Leave it with me, Ill take care of getting it replaced. Ill call you when its done. And thats what he did, no charge.Thats the kind of service they provide us every time. I rely on them; they are pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, very accommodating, and Ive come to trust them to do only whats necessary and not overcharge me.I highly recommend them !!!

Good prices, options to use your own parts

Called to see if they could swap my battery for a new one because I have an ignition interlock (lifesafer) and it drains my battery. He quotes me 150 dollars just to swap a battery. I have a 2011 Chrysler 200 so you have to take off the tire to swap the battery. Then I tell him another shop truthfully quoted me at 75 and I was choosing him because he services lifesafer and would be able notate that he unhooked the battery in my lifesafer file. He then immediately says oh well our machine isnt working right now. I dont believe that for a second. He tried to overcharge me, was rude on the phone and then lied and said his machine wasnt working. One star.

We are relatively new to Frisco and needed a car repair place. Often feel taken advantage by these places, but did not feel that way at all by Solutions. They listened to what I wanted done and only did the necessary work, did not try to push additional work on the vehicle. It will be my go-to auto repair place in the future!

My experience with Solutions Automotive and Joe came from trying to find trustworthy and comprehensive repair services for my suspension, steering components, brake rotors, and calipers on a Saturday afternoon. I have a vehicle that needed a diagnosis and repair before Monday morning. Joe and his team were able to find the major issues and address them by 4pm that same day. Im impressed with the way Joe researched the service history and provided recommended actions that we would need to do today versus ones that can be spread out over time. He came through and gave me better service and repairs than a lot of the other major chain auto services that are open on Saturdays.

They were super welcoming when we got there. They have a clean environment and we were able to watch tv since we had a baby with us which made the wait go by quicker. They were overall very nice and i am pleased with the service. 10/10 recommend!

We have known Joe since he was working out of his garage, at the start up of his business. He is a TRULY authentic, and fair guy! Solutions was able to get our checked in a timely manner and friendly service. However, we were not told before hand there would be a charge to see why the service engine light was on. We were suprised to find out we had a charge of $105 at the time of pick up. I don’t have a problem with the fee to get a 25 point inspection done on a vehicle, it’s the fact that no one disclosed the fee amount upfront before doing the service. Disappointing.

Honest repairs at reasonable prices, and fast too!

I brought my 2002 Chevy Avalanche in to have the crank position sensor replaced. Truck would stop running with no engine codes and no check engine lights or service soon lights. In the middle of traffic this was NOT good. Immediate restart would not work. After a couple of minutes it would start and run great. This sensor is on top and behind the engine next to the firewall. It is very difficult to reach. Eddie of Solutions Automotive replaced the sensor and Ive taken the truck on 10 test runs with no stalls or engine stop running. (Knock on wood.) I dont want to be too cocky, but I think theyve fixed it (Fingers crossed).

I’ve been to 4 different places trying to fix my Audi...2 Brakes Plus, NTB and Goodyear was to lazy to fix or even look at it... they said I needed new brake pads and rotors which was already brand new.
