Nice to call or visit a place where they acknowledge their customer base... the first time I felt like a person of importance while spending my money with a “hair supply store” instead of being followed, harassed and told you can only try one wig and must buy cap to try it on for a dollar, don’t go to the store in Plano spring creek and Coit they despise your face upon entry, over charge when she can and mistreat the staff that are more than willing to help...calling them away to discipline them. Asking “why are you taking so much time with them?!” Happy to find a place that listen, care, make the extra effort and aim for not making ppl feel less than or a burden to society while putting money in their pockets. ♥️

First time going there and I must say I was so surprised. Their inventory was great the cashier was super helpful and she also asked if I was looking for anything and to let her know so that she may find the product even if it’s not in store. I really appreciate the great customer service! This is definitely my new spot.

She knew exactly what inventory she had on hand and she was able to make recommendations regarding how much of a product I would need. I am HIGHLY impressed with this beauty shop: it’s clean, the customer service is superb, the owners go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their customers (for example, they will place an order for you if the item is not on site and have it shipped to your location of choice) and the prices are competitive with other beauty shops in the area. And to top it off, not only can you buy your hair and beauty products, you can also get your hair done there. I get my hair done and on my way out, I purchase my hair care products for the month. A one-stop shop and for me, you can’t beat that! I, for one, am a customer for life!

This guy was really nice, he told me if there are any brands I prefer, to tell him so he can get them in stock, thank you for your help!

I love that the store is black owned. If they dont have what you are looking for theu will try to accommodate you. The staff is friendly.

Not enough wigs and not enough bundles and the bundles that are there are way to high for just one bundle... I can get 3 bundles for that price😂 I wil be calling asking questions before i actually go to this place !!!

Had a wide selection of hair. And, even though the owner is also the stylist in the shop next door, she was willing to help me figure out to style my hair using the rubber band method.

I dont appreciate being overcharged for cheap products. However, I want to support the owner. So I will only purchase the common hair product items like oils, conditioners, gels, etc.
