Excellent, well stocked, clean store. Plenty of helpful staff.

I’m always so impressed with the customer service at this location. From the moment you walk in the door someone is greeting you with a friendly smile. Lots of people happy to help while you are shopping. Even the person at the register is very friendly and polite. They are well stocked, clean, and organized. After my trip today I felt compelled to write a review and say you all are doing awesome!

Everyone is so kind and helpful here! I’ve been here twice in the past couple of months and it’s been different people each time and both times all of the employees were so nice and genuine. I love this location.

Good store for all your soap and candle needs

They have some great products for men. The Ultra Shea Body Cream is a daily must-use for me.

It is with great pleasure that I write to applaud your organization for the great service I received yesterday. Sharla is very polite, professional and very informative. I received one exceptional experience that I will always remember which truly brought a smile to my face. I am sure you have complaints from customers about service issues and felt obliged, given the heartwarming experience to bring same to your attention. It is important that the staff member be recognized and commended for the excellent service delivery.

Very organized and clean, but most importantly amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Its a busy Sunday and as I walked in it was a bit overwhelming with the crowd of people. Someone quickly asked what I needed and brought me over to that section which fortunately was quieter and more calm. Plus great recommendations for new scents!

I LOVE THIS STORE! Its a little out of my way, but I feel safe there with their Covid precautions. The store always looks great, clean and organized, with plenty of products. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and all the managers have been amazing at helping me sort my coupons to get my best deal.

I don’t really care for this location very much. They always get stuff late, while the other location across the street in the mall get things early. I particularly don’t like one of the Managers, I think her name is Jennifer and she’s really Fake. Not helpful at all likes to go strictly by the book when faced with situations about coupons and other issues. I’ll only go in here to exchange items but I think I pretty done with giving them any revenue. The associates are very nice.. but that Jennifer girl is not my cup of tea.

They are doing a great job at keeping things cleaned and sanitized. Love their bath soaps and they keep coming out with new scents. Their hand sanitizers are a great size for the car. Best of all the associates are always helpful and friendly.

I love bath and body works, and the ladies here are so sweet and helpful. This would definitely be my go to bath and body works store going forward

Do not go here on a weekend if you plan on paying cash. I feel like I was punished for having cash, while I watched several customers go in front of me because they were paying card. Only one open register that could take cash is not ok. I typically do use card but this experience alone was enough for me to not go back to this particular store.

This is my favorite Bath & Body Works! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The product knowledge of Jen, the manager, is amazing.

My Mom called me very upset today. She is a loyal bath and body customer. She was livid today when she visited this location in Frisco. Her experience was less than pleasurable. She called me and advised that she stood in line outside for more than 20 minutes (which was to be expected). When she got to the register she was disappointed to hear that they didn’t accept cash. My mom does not have Apple Pay nor does she use a debit card. No sign was posted in line when she was standing outside during her wait nor was there an announcement made. Although, there were other announcements made, there was no announcement made in regards to acceptable forms of payment. This was huge inconvenience and disappointed to her. For future reference during this pandemic customers should be properly informed of how to pay and what is acceptable before entering the store.

First time at this location and had an absolute mess of an experience. Very small and cramped store, employees are not helpful at all. Much better locations around the area.

Made me drive all the way back home to get my coupon because they were too lazy to type it. African American lady up at the register was very rude 9/11/20 around 6:00pm- 6:20pm. Never have i ever had this issue coming in here till today with this lady. Not my fault you hate your job, horrible customer service! She didn’t even try scanning it or typing the code in.

Eucalyptus stress relief is the best

Please update your store hours. Theres no reason it says 7pm on google and your store closes at 6pm. It’s rude to tell customers your closed when you failed to shut your door on time and update your hours online.

Its funny how there is a gender bias shopping there. I have been to this exact location a few times. They will literally ignore men who come in to shop. I walk in and not 1 employee greets me or other men I have seen come in alone. Yet they greet females multiple times.Im just buying some wall plug-ins and going about my day! No need to act like Im there to collect a census or soak up the stores oxygen 😑.

I think of Bath and Body as one of those companies focused on customer satisfaction and they didnt disappoint! Staff was friendly and helpful as usual.

THERE IS A “KAREN” at this location ... beware ! I witnessed her yelling at 3 young black women over testers . I am sorry this happened to them . I’m pretty sure she wouldn’t yell at her own people like that . Horrible shopping experience!

Great customer service!

Slightly disappointed at the customer service I just received on the candle sale. I move often for work & didn’t get my mailer this year so they couldn’t honor the mailer without it. Once I mentioned I previously worked at a B&BW they “hooked me up”. Not the customer service I know where anyone who asked, got the discount without hesitation.Picking and choosing who gets the discount is wrong in a customer service industry. 👎🏾

We went into Frisco Bath & Body works and it was just as busy as usual. They have sales quite frequently and so it is generally crowded, but the staff is always very helpful and friendly no matter how busy they are. My wife likes this location, because it is located in a convient location near a lot of other stores. We will continue to visit this location in times to come.

Its a smaller store so it can be crowded sometimes but the selection is great and the staff is awesome, theyre super helpful without being pushy salespeople!

Maybe it was just the day I went, but the customer service wasnt great. The girl that rang me up wasnt very friendly & didnt even know the products they had in stock. I went to exchange a soap in a different scent, and she didnt even know they carried that scent. Also purchased a gift card on top of my purchase, came home, gift card isnt in bag. Now I have to make another trip bc she couldnt do her job right the first time. Going elsewhere next time.
