This Super Center which is located in 3031, Preston road STE 400, Frisco, Texas - 75034, where I bought my Mattresses, Bed, Protector is really awesome. The staff both David’s😀, are really awesome and customer friendly. Not only they gave all the offers they could but also helped in my financing part (which is really tough now-a-days for the new comers to US) . Thanks guys .

I want to leave a review for the store because I truly had an enjoyable non-pressured experience with purchasing a mattress here. Dave was patient and knowledgeable and very patient. I gave him my budget and an idea of a mattress I was looking for and he helped me find what I wanted. The first time I was in the store I actually did not purchase a mattress… he give me a suggestion to go to a different store to try a mattress they didn’t have on the floor and if I want to come back I could. I went back about a week and a half later he remembered me and purchased a mattress… it’s perfect!

Placed my order via phone for a box spring. Josh took the call. He was very polite, listened to what I was looking for, responded with what was available, and asked if he could call me back as he was the only one in the store at he time and he had customers needing assistance. He returned the call within 20 minutes and placed my order for me. Josh was very professional - he took care of his customers in the store (and appropriately so as those in the store should take precedence) and timely returned my call. Wonderful experience - Josh represents Mattress Firm well.

Store Manager David took the time to help my husband and I find the right mattress for us; providing the proper info and selections to choose from made it easier to understand levels of firm and price range/warranty/and was so sweet to give us a mattress protector after a really tough week from an out of state move. He talked to us about pillow options and made our selections based on his reccomendations and testing out the options in the showroom. The store was clean and inviting. We would definitely go back again in the future.

Dave was amazing!!!! I use a wheelchair and beds can be difficult to get in. Dave was very attentive and listened to all of my needs. He went out of his way to move mattresses around to show me the correct height of frame I would be getting and what it would look like with the mattress. I will definitely be back to see Dave. Sure wish all sales were like this. Quick and easy.

Walked in with my wife to look for a mattress for our new home and met David. He was very friendly and educated us on all the options available for us to choose from. We tried out several different options and finally landed on the one we liked the most. It was our first stop so we left and went to other stores but ended up coming back because of the service and price!

Don’t buy from Mattress Firm. They will never honor the warranty. They will make you buy all sorts of protection to preserve the terms of the warranty and when you make a claim they will deny it on some technicality. Customer service is horrible. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. This is a fraud company that sells sub standard products and has a aggressive marketing to dupe customers. Better to buy from a more reputable store that will stand by their product

Arrived at Mattress Firm looking for a mattress set for a guest room. And I was out in 20 min thanks to Super Dave He asked about what I wanted, gave me a few options, he didnt pressure me into something I didnt, and was very friendly. Havent received my mattress set yet, but it will be here soon.

These guys did a great job! They made sure to take their time and show me a variety of mattresses and gave me some helpful tips on picking what was right for me.

Knowledgeable staff. Went in knowing what we wanted, and directed to our budget. Then applied for credit which exceeded what we wanted. From there we were directed to the nicer mattresses, spent maybe an extra hr being talked into higher end mattresses. I know they want to make higher sales, but just felt pressured. I had to put my foot down and repeat that all I wanted was the first option.

Great customer service! Asked for store manager Julian C. We came in to shop for Tempur Pedic mattress and didnt know that our 12 years old TP mattress still have a 20 years warranty on it. Juian was so gracious to help us track down the old invoices and print out for us, so we can called TP for the warranty claim. These days it’s hard to find excellent customer service because everyone wants to get things done quick, fast, and in a hurry without checking for accuracy, however today this was not my experience. Valerie was exceptionally knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my mattress ordered and delivery set up. After we got off the phone I got distracted running errands and few hours later she followed up to remind me to go in the link and complete my order so I didn’t lose my delivery time slot. I would definitely recommend shopping here and I will gladly return to this location to shop again.

Incredibly frustrating delivery experience. Ive been in a situation where I dont have a proper sleeping arrangement and finally was able to purchase a mattress and base. I wanted to work something out to take both items home with me on the day of purchase specifically so that I could get some restful sleep before my workweek. The salesperson I spoke with convinced me to have the items delivered instead, assuring me that I would receive them the following day.When the delivery arrived, I found the order was placed with a King base for my Queen mattress. This is fine with me, people make mistakes and Im not going to hold a grudge over something small like that. I refused delivery of the base and called Mattress Firm to find out what we can do about this. I was promptly told it would not be re-delivered today. I asked about where I could go to pick it up and was told that I cant since the wrong base is already on the truck.I dont understand any of the logic behind this unfortunate customer service, but Im going into my workweek sleeping on a couch.***A suggestion for whomever designed the internal ordering system: add double and triple checks for matching sizes when ordering this stuff. I would think this would be part of the system already. Its not often that a person orders a Queen mattress with a King base, and you cant blame your people when you set them up to make mistakes like that. The order also went through multiple peoples hands with that mistake on it. That is a systemic error, not one individual making a mistake.***UPDATE:Ive just been informed my base cant be delivered tomorrow because the wrong-sized base I refused still has not returned to the warehouse.I cant imagine why this couldnt be remedied today. I work tomorrow and will have to take a half day off to drive to a warehouse to pick up the base that should have been delivered today.Had I known getting my base through Mattress Firm would be this much of a hassle, I would have bought one somewhere else. I dont understand what is so complicated about allowing me to pick up a Queen base from the warehouse today, but whatever that complication was lost repeat business.I feel bad for the salesperson I spoke with because they really did a great job. Its unfortunate they dont have the support of management/corporate in order to provide end-to-end service as excellent as the in-store service was.

I went to this location just yesterday, my mattresses were delivered today and I can’t speak to the quality if the mattress however the service at this Mattress Firm is phenomenal! Joshua helped me while I was there and he was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He made my mattress shopping experience just breeze by, there was no hassle, he wasn’t a pushy salesman and so so patient while I made up my mind and changed it and then changed it again. I have a Mattress that is 11+ years! I love it and still comfy - though my back and neck didnt agree! Been looking for a new mattress for a good month now! This Saturday afternoon went to Mattress Firm Mark had guided me through the process of looking for a new bed - he was VERY knowledgeable about their products, didnt bash on other bed firms like most sales men I have come across, and also gave me my space and wasnt not pushy! & gave a great day. All leading to my good experience. I received my bed Sunday evening, they took my old as well (no hassle) and I slept straight through the night! I am feeling refreshed this morning. Very Happy! We were quickly greeted my David, he was cordial and polite. He wasn’t pushy like other sales people we normally get. He sold us exactly what we needed and explained the differences between the models. He helped us make the right decision for us. Staff was informative, and was able to upsell us on an adjustable base. The base did not come with the remote so on two separate occasions we went to the store for the sole purpose of picking up the remote. So on the second visit we were informed it was at another Mattress Firm. Its frustrating to have a product that does not work due to the negligence of the store.

I had 2 orders (first order from this location;second order from the other location). 2nd location gave me a better deal with better base so i canceled my first order. However, i actually received my first order with basic base and he is not willing to change my base with the original order because Ive got great discount already!!! Dont go this location because its a scam!!
