Ive had my bed for about 3 weeks now and its okay. I might be happier with it once I get the chambers switched out so it works properly for me, but there is the problem. Its not the bed; its the salespeople.The salesman at this store decided not to mention that there was a three week delay on installations because of shipping issues, so it took twice as long to arrive than what was promised. Whats worse, though, is that he sold me on a two-chamber bed while knowing that Im the only person that would be sleeping in it and that the Sleep IQ technology wouldnt be accurate as a result. I spent the better part of a day trying to figure out why it wasnt working only to find out that it cant work for me and that Im going to have to have people come back and exchange my mattress so that maybe Ill finally get what I thought I was buying. Fortunately, Im within the 100 day window, so I got a refund for switching to a single chamber mattress but now I have to wait almost a month longer for that to get switched out and I was told that its the only exchange Im allowed. The support staff has been excellent, at least, but Im debating calling back and just having them refund all of my money at this point.I shouldnt necessarily attribute to malice what can be explained by ignorance. Perhaps the salesman didnt know all of these things that have caused me headaches since my purchase, but is that really any better??? Knowing what I know now, I probably would have taken my money to any other mattress shop and gotten anything else. If you decide to go with Sleep Number, though, I highly recommend looking up a different store to purchase from. Itll save you a LOT of hassle.
Amazing experience at the store. Tara was super helpful and listened to what we needed and guided to a mattress that was perfect for us. Didn’t try to up-sell to something we didn’t want, but found the perfect one for us. Can’t wait for it to arrive. Looking forward to better sleep

The mattress you receive is NOT the same mattress at the store. Buy at your own risk. Also be aware that the salesman will NOT tell you the adjustable base is NOT returnable and they will charge $200 to pick up the mattress that you will return. These mattresses are horrible. Dont make the same mistake I did.
For 8k you would think the bed would breathe, instead you wake up in a pool of your own sweat! GROSS! The bed is very comfortable but not worth the price! And good luck with returns ugh.

We visited the Frisco store and were greeted by Cameron. Very friendly, informative, didnt push into making any decisions. After several hours in the store we decided on a bed. My husband has had a lifetime of back issues, so finding the right fit was extremely important.The price was more than we expected, but who can put a price on an amazing night of sleep. We did get the 0% interest. So that helped! Either way we are extremely pleased with our purchase and would recommend a sleep number and Cameron to everyone!!
Wow. I really expected more from this company but was definitely let down by my experience at the store. The salesman became obviously irritated with me because I wasnt really noticing a difference in the beds he had showed me. He had no problem making me feel like I wasnt worth his time or effort. I ended up just purchasing online since it was clear my money and needs werent worth the guys effort. I love my Sleep Number bed and would rate that 5 stars but I will definitely do my business online or at a different store from now on and will tell my friends to do the same.
I received **outstanding^^ service at the Frisco, TX, Sleep Number Store. They.helped me understand the various beds and the options available with each bed. with each. I was able to “try out” each bed and it’s options in order to select the perfect bed for me and my needs. In addition I needed a pillow that properly supported my neck and head, and received gracious help to find the perfect pillow. On top oM mmmm

I stepped into the store and that was my first mistake. The sales agent made it seem like the deal they had going was going to end. He opened a credit line for me for the full amount so that I could get this bed I was unsure about buying. I did not purchase the bed instead I put it on hold. That was two months ago. I called customer service to cancel the credit line and found out the store showed I purchased it. I called the credit card company and they told me to call this store back to get a refund. The store said their was nothing they could do to help me even though they were the ones that got the credit line for me. The supervisor was unwilling to help me. Do not fill anything out unless you are absolutely ready to buy. Dont even bother doing it for a quote.

Absolute JOKE of a company and product. Cannot believe the amount of deception and sales tactics involved here as well as BLATANT LYING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Not only east I LOED to from the salesman to just make a sell but the delivery and delivery staff was a JOKE!They delivered the wrong size and told me to deal with it on top of trying to deliver outside of the timing window and telling me I will hafto wait 2 more weeks....How is this company in business?

They are no longer in the mall, FYI !!!! Alexis helped me out and she was amazing, my wife and I were helped the min we walked in and she focused all of her attention on us and making sure she find the right mattress for us. She made sure we were completely satisfied before we bought our bed, the next day I went to the store to price match the bed and that’s when it went downhill.! Customer service was amazing they helped me out by price matching the bed, I went to use the money that was given back to me to purchase accessories for our bed. He was very pushy and just started selling me things with out making sure it was what we needed, on that of that he failed to tell me the price match would not show up till the bed was delivered. That was not a big deal, the prob was the way he was talking to me he was very rude and sarcastic. The 1st visit was bad the 2nd visit was terrible, not only that but the manger was not very helpful she was even worse ! She had his back the entire time and she condoned the way he was talking to me, I will be honest if it was not for customer service I would have canceled my order and went else where. From this day forward I will take my business to the Plano store, I rather drive Farther away for good customer service then go back to the Frisco store and have to deal with rude people. They don’t deserve my business or anyone else’s business, this is my 1st google review I’ve had a google account for over 10 years.10 years and this is my 1st review !!! I just want the future customers to know they should avoid this place, I just want to ask sure future customers are happy.

I walked in to look for a new pillow. The hostess was very sweet and kind but the sales guys were horrible. I didnt find one I really like so I was looking at sheets instead. My boyfriend was with me and decided to sit and look at the mattresses. The sales guy came up asked if we were interest in a mattress or just pilllows and sheets. I told her we were good he was just looking at them and I was just browsing. He then preceded to tell us this was a busy day for them and that if were not looking into buying a mattress then we need to keep the beds free for someone who is going to buy one. There hardly was anyone in the store and thats not how you make a sale. I went in to look at pillows and contemplated looking at a new mattress but after being treated like that I wont be going back.
