Excellent, excellent customer service from the Store Manager, Dylan! I was in the store on two different days and spent a total of 5 hrs in the store. Each and every time I was in the store, Dylan took his time in showing me all the mattress and pillow options that would help with my lower back and neck issues. I walked in there initially wanting a mattress and ended up purchasing a mattress, adjustable bed frame, and a Purple brand seat cushion. Dylan was great in showing me the pros and cons of each mattress and pillow I wanted so I would get the best value for my budget. Im extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone to shop and purchase a mattress and/or a pillow from this store!

This review only covers the sales experience since we have not yet gotten the mattress delivered. The sales person, Zach, at the North Irving store did an great job of understanding what we were looking for and then did an excellent job showing and explaining the various options available. There was never any pressure to select a particular style or brand. We spent well over an hour comfort testing multiple beds in our area of interest. As needed Zach carefully explained the features and differences of each bed. In the end, with a proposal in hand, we went home to make sure the proposed bed and base would fit our existing furniture. After confirming these details we called the store and placed the order.

I was in and out in a matter of minutes- which is what I liked. My salesman didn’t try to sell me on the most expensive mattress he asked what I was looking for and how I slept. We tested a couple brands for the right fit. He was very courteous, attentive and polite.

Cool place. They literally took my pressure points and individualized the perfect bed for me. Though I didnt buy the most expensive one, the experience was pleasant. Worked with the manager and he got me some water on a 110 degree day.But I would say that I felt pressured to purchase the adjustable bed frame. Other than that, it was cool.

Really glad we visited this place. Dylan, the store manager, was amazing. He clearly explained the process of how they figure out which mattress is best for you and your partner through their expert match system. It was pretty cool. At no point Dylan tried to push any of their products, instead he laid out all the options we had and answered all our questions. We did not feel pressured to buy a particular brand or product. The home delivery experience was amazing as well. Email and text alerts were sent ahead of time and delivery team showed up exactly when promised. Delivery crew from Red Carpet was very professional and were done with the setup and haul-away in 30 minutes. I will go there again for my future mattress needs

From the moment I walked in, Dylan at Sleep Experts was kind, inviting, knowledgeable, and a professional. He was patient as I tried each mattress for several minutes, had the right advice based on my described sleeping situation and what I was looking for, and explored all options to make sure I got what I wanted for the best price. We ended up at Sleep Experts after having a bad experience at one of the big, sell you everything chain stores. Dylan was our salesperson and he was awesome. Hes super knowledgeable about all the different brand beds and did great helping us find the right mattress fit for each of the rooms we were buying for. Overall, it was great experience and I would recommend Sleep Experts to anyone looking to purchase a mattress.

We ordered a Tempurpedic Adjustable bed. Now they have rescheduled our delivery twice and cannot give us an ETA for when we will receive the bed that we have already paid in full for.

Great service and price. I waited a few days until everything was finished to post.. The delivery service did a great job and set everything up quickly and professionally. I purchased an adjustable Split King from Tyler and he made sure everything was just what we wanted. My wife is happy and I love the beds. He knew just the right questions to ask so we could be confident that our choice in mattress would best suit us. Bought a mattress from this location ~7 years ago. Got a good deal and the mattress was pretty good.Fast forward to today when my girlfriend and I had to get a mattress quick due to a fire destroying our apartment over the weekend. Went in today and the new staff absolutely went above and beyond to take care of us. Tyler was our rep and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. They were able to get us set up for delivery tomorrow and we got a great deal.Sincerest thanks to Tyler and Dylan at this location. Extremely rude personnel. When we purchased new mattress, we also purchased 2 pillows, over $150 each. 2 days after sleeping on that pillow I couldnt move my neck, so I went to the store to see if I could exchange it. When I got to the store, Dylan told me that I had to wait because he was busy finishing up something on the computer. After few min he told me that he cant do anything because they dont accept returns or exchanges on the accessories, especially during pandemic. Noone told us that we cant return or exchange accessories. I wouldnt buy $180 pillow that literally gives me pain.Then Dylan proceeded telling me that he has to help these folks that were in the store before me, and actually buying something. As the matter of fact, I need you to step away because I need to complete their orderSleep experts, please provide some training to your sales people

We went to Sleep Experts to look for just a King sized box spring, not an entire mattress set and was welcomed by Dylan. He was very professional and informed us in different types of box springs and even providing us of our delivery options.

I really wish I could give this place ZERO stars, but that is not an option. You know the old saying about used car salesmen... that was our experience. We spent $7K on a split king mattress and bases. It was a lot of money to be spending, however I have a horrible back and was hoping that this would be worth every penny spent. We were told by the manager that we could try the bed for 120 days and if we were not satisfied, we could return the bed for a $200 restocking fee, plus the pick up fee. After trying the bed, we decided we wanted to return it. It was not helping my back and the mattresses were constantly separating, creating a large gap. We had a sleep number at one point and did not have this problem. When we called to schedule the return, we were told the bases were not covered under the 120 day trial and that to return the mattresses, it would cost us ONE THOUSAND dollars. Of course, we would be stuck with the bases as well, which means we would also lose an additional $1,598! The manager, Dylan Putt said that we should have read the fine print on the paperwork we had signed. I agree with that statement and will in the future. That being said, I fully expected this young man to have been upfront and honest about the real cost of the return / trial. What he told me and what the fine print stated did not align. Our money does not come easy and we expect honest sales people. Is that to much to ask? After all, we were spending SEVEN THOUSAND dollars with this young man. When I told him, that we expected he was being honest and fully transparent at the time of the sale, he responded that he was sorry I felt that way. I write this in hopes that no one else has this same experience. We will Never again buy from a Sleep Experts and will be sure to tell all of our friends and family about this horrible experience. I will also be posting this on other platforms to get the word out regarding this horrible experience. Hopefully people will read the fine print and hopefully Dylan will be more upfront and honest with future customers. I dont know how people like this can sleep at night. It is shameful! After all, he only needed to tell us the whole truth during the sale. Yes, I could have read the fine print, but he could have also been honest. He knew exactly what he was doing when he chose not to disclose everything. I am going out on a limb here and assuming that this was part of his training. If my assumption it correct, then it also reflects poorly on this entire company.

Terrible customer service! Called in to simply ask a question before making the drive to this location. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and once I decided to call back I was repeatedly hung up on intentionally. Thankfully, another location was able to answer my product question in under a minute and save me a 30 minute trip. Hanging up on potential customers, no matter how busy your location, is unacceptable! Just let voicemail answer and save a sale. Hopefully, future customers will see this and choose to go someplace else. Maybe that will give you enough time to answer the phone.

Went into the Sleep Experts in Frisco and was met by Dylan Putt. He did not pressure me into buying . He was very courteous and went out of his way to answer all my questions. I’m a cautious buyer and it takes me weeks before I will purchase . I look at reviews and do my research! Dylan kept in contact with me and offered extra incentives. Not once was he pushy. Dylan is our sales rep - he was incredibly thorough with what our needs are. He met them perfectly. Another sales manager was in the store - very kind and friendly.The store is very clean!!! Very comfortable! We did the Expert Match - Dylan explained the benefits of using it. He was able to determine exactly what we needed. However, he did indulge us by allowing us to try other things. Called ahead of a time to get a quote on a queen size mattress, and a box spring. The guy Tyler told me $365 for everything. Keeping this in mind I go in the store and find the guy Tyler and the mattress he was talking about was $499 and the box spring wasn’t free and was an additional $170. I also made it clear that I needed a box spring that was able to attach a headboard and footboard, and they forget to tell me that it doesn’t hook and that they can throw a 10% accessory discount, which is good for the $100+ pillows. This store is a joke.

I was looking for a certain pillow. So I went to Sleep Expert in Frisco, TX. I met a young man name Sam Beaver. That was the store assistant manager. Sam was very knowledgeable of different pillows. Sadly they did not have the pillow I was looking for. But I did buy a different pillow from Sam that I was also interested in. Sam gave me a discount. After spending a little time at the store talking to Sam about other mattress and adjustable bed frames. I came back and purchase adjustable bed. Because after talking with Sam, I felt he cared about my needs more than making a commission. But am sure it was part of the trade to gain your trust to earn your business. I had to wait on other customers before choosing the correct adjustable bed frame. That Sam gave me good advice about the difference afterwards. While Sam took care of other customers. I watched this young salesman take care of two other customers besides myself. Which seems the store could use another assistance to help out with other customers. Sam remained very friendly and professional in making sure what they wanted. Sam handle the paperwork like a professional if hes done this for years. Sam answers all my questions and the ones I did not know about. I left the store each time feeling like I made a new friend and a trust with Sam as a repeat customer. Which am sure was nothing more then a business trade to gain your trust. But nevertheless my adjustable bed frame was delivered to my home today on time as scheduled. I stop by the store later to thank Sam. Sam had a rough day with five customers at once.

REVISED - I originally rated 5 stars based on Dylan and what he did to help us select a mattress even with all the mishaps from Sleep Experts. My original review is below, but it is based on Dylan as a person. Our experience since this has be less than good. Everything from missing delivery dates, no calls or follow up calls, management showing they do not care about the customer, District Management promising calls back and not happening, and delivery of product that are not satisfactory. I would say buyer beware and would not be my first choice again for our future purchases other than if I knew Dylan could handle everything personally.ORIGINAL REVIEW (Written before delivery) My sister and I were shopping for new mattresses for both of our houses and while we were dreading the experience (since we have not had the best experiences in the past), we had a great experience because we ran into Dylan Putt. We had the best sales experience with Asif. He never pushed to buy but rather talked my husband and I through the different types of mattresses while being extremely pleasant and patient with us. We felt educated on mattress matters and left knowing that our purchase was the right one!

Tom the salesman working today is completely rude & creepy. I told him what i was looking for & asked for a 20minute trial. He literally stood over me with his arms crossed telling me I could not lay down for very long unless I buy today. It was creepy trying out a mattress with someone just starring at you. He was badgering me & started yelling at me. He walked to his desk & told me he was closing & I had to leave. It was 7:45p.m. & wow im not going to give him the sale but I do need to find a good mattress. He is the worst salesperson Ive ever come in contact with at Sleep Experts. He literally ran me out of the store.

Store manager Asif was very nice. He helped me swapped out a defective spring box and was delivered the next day. Great experience and he represents the company well. Definitely recommend this store when you need to purchase a mattress but make sure you ask for Asif because not all sale reps are like him.

Very unhappy with the service that I did (or in this case did not) receive from this company. We wanted to go with a local company instead of dealing with the bigger chains and now I believe that was a mistake. My mattress was supposed to be delivered between 5-8 pm Tuesday evening. I made sure to get off work in time to be home and got everything arranged in my house to allow for a smooth drop off and set up of the new mattress. I waited until 7:00 pm without hearing from anyone, at which time I called the store and the salesman I spoke with assured me the mattress was indeed on the truck and scheduled to be delivered by the 8:00 pm window. Finally, at 9:05 pm I receive a telephone call from the delivery person who stated that he would arrive in 30 minutes. I agreed to wait til that time. Well, 9:30 came and went and then at 10:35 pm lights were turned off and it was time to turn in (of course in the guest bedroom bc my mattress had not yet arrived), and just at the very time I hit the pillow my phone rang and audaciously enough, it was the delivery person indicating that he would be arriving in about another 20 minutes or so. Needless to say, I communicated with the delivery person I had to get up at 5:30 am the next morning and thus canceled the delivery. Now, Im wondering should I just be reimbursed and go with one of the other many businesses that may have better service than this. No return phone call from the salesman before he left for the night to check on my order and then the expectation of the delivery person to make a delivery at 11:00 pm at night! Unacceptable.

I cant say enough about the patience and customer service provided by Tom Dayeh at Sleep Experts. Though unintentional, I was a Goldilocks customer as i went through the process of purchasing my new mattress...its one thing to buy a pair of shoes that wind up sitting in the back of your closet when they arent as comfortable as you thought - but its a much bigger deal when youre spending thousands of dollars for a long term investment in a mattress. Tom and his associates at Sleep Experts made sure that I was happy with my ultimate selection.

We are getting away from tempurpedic.. it didnt work for my family. so we were very careful on what we are buying due to the heavy investments we are making. Bullying someone in to a sale is not a good way to run a business. I told her that I was not buying today and just looking.
